I wanted to call and discuss my bill and how my bill has yet to have my promotion added on even though I traded my phone in. I can’t even just call and talk to the store it’s all automated and confusing…

Kevin at the Oshkosh Verizon was the BEST!!! Wasnt pushy on selling me anything I didnt want your need just listened to what I wanted and helped me. It was awesome!!!
Seth was very helpful and gave us more info then we came for, this after he was fully aware we were gonna order online he wasnt pushy and never once tried getting us to purchase immediately but gave us all the info needed to go online and complete the order ensuring us online was simple. We just wanted to hold the phone before we bought but he cinched the online sale for sure. Everyone else was also friendly great store.
Nice place, but I think it might just be a rule with any cell store to not go if you are in a hurry, maybe just this store. They are nice, courteous, and take their time to explain if you have questions. Great but it could be problematic if you are in a rush.
I went in to add a line for my daughter and maybe upgrade my phone. Matt was quick to help and pointed out a new plan that would save us money even after adding an iPhone 12 pro to the plan. We also got a free 12 Pro for a deal they were running. Matt had everything set up and helped with accessories we wanted. He pointed out many different options and was not pushy at all. Great experience overall. I normally go to Appleton but they were shut down. I will now go to Oshkosh in the future.

There is an extreme disconnect between customer care and store customer service. Neither seems to know or care what the other says and the end result is customers making unnecessary trips. This stores customer service leaves much to be desired. I suggest going to the Appleton store for customer service done right.

They only book an appointment online if you know your customer number. Then I called since I didn’t know my customer number and you can’t talk to anyone and they keep asking for my customer number.I understand that restrictions must be put in place due to covid but maybe hire an actual human being to answer the phone if you don’t want people stopping down.. I can’t wait to leave this place for somewhere that will actually help their customers!!
I am sorry it is not like it use to be . They use to go out of their way to help you now I dont feel that way its like your a number not family like they use to treat you. I have been with you fir a very long time and have seen changes but I hope it goes back like it use to be.
Was told could not be in the store without a mask but others stores have no issues. Worked for Verizon a few years back and this location has always been a s*** show.

I bought a screen protector for my phone and I wanted to return it be because it was having bubbling issues around the edges of my phone. And when I got to the store they told me I could not receive a refund, even tho it clearly states on the bottom of my receipt that I am entitled to one. Ive reported you to the better business bureau and I hope you go out of business.

Wont stand behind what they sell. I had to buy out my defective phone with known hardware issue to get different phone within 4 months after continual problems. Brushed off because they didnt want to deal with me. Wish I never switched to Verizon because of this experience.
So me and the wife stopped at this store to have them fix mine and the wifes phone. Because they keeps freezing up and dropping calls. The rude lady at the front door told us we had to wear a mask before coming in. My wife told her she has a medical exempt and that she couldnt wear one. She didnt want to hear any of this and said she doesnt care and that she doesnt have to follow the governor rule about medical and that there a private company. She said she would give us a number to call to have them help. Long story short. We argued about it and they were just passing the buck to help us. Besides her mask was down below her nose anyways.
Quick to sell u new product, but when it comes servicing what you purchased from the Verizon store different story. Case and point purchased $450.00 Samsung watch after several attempts to pair up with Note 9 phone with no resolution. Requested to return watch for full credit to acct still covered under 14 day return policy they refused. Directing me to Verizon store of purchase. After returning to store of purchase no hassle watch switched out for different model, defective watch returned.
Harley was wonderful. Very very helpful. I think customers will be satisfied when working with her! She knows her stuff and is very professional! Made Verizon experience great! I recommend THIS Verizon because of Harley!! Great service, knowledgeable. The best!
I transferred 5 phones to Verizon this week. Maria and Tim were exceptional in their service. Both very knowledgeable about their products and plans. Never felt rushed or pressured. We had some complications from my old carrier and they patiently worked to resolve them. They both were very sincere and professional. They made my experience very positive.

One of the better Verizon corporate stores. Staff always friendly and knowledgeable! Wait can occasionally be little on the long side, but to be expected when they give the customers the time they need.
Terrible experience. People there dont know what theyre doing. The store manager Chelsea was especially rude and discourteous. Shes very happy to talk to you if you want to sign up for a new line.as soon as she finds out you have a problem she does not really want to talk to you. She tells you to contact Verizon. She dialed a number and handed me the phone. I was on hold for 25 minutes and the line disconnected. She said I should call Verizon myself from my home.when I asked her why they could not contact Verizon she just looked at me and said have a nice day and walked away.
After a very trying two weeks with a different cell carrier, lack of service and occurring roaming charges. Went to Verizon the associate Michael set us up with a doable plan and two new phones and a MiFi. I believe we will be set to continue our travels without any cell phone issues.
Good carrier for your phone. Lots of phones to choose from. Ive been a customer since the Alltel days. Unfortunately, theyre also the most expensive carrier on the market so keep that in mind if youre thinking of heading there.

Im not the biggest fan of Verizon as a company, but the local group of people that work at this facility are very straightforward and helpful - this review is for them.
If I could choose a negative rating I would. I went in to purchase a new iphone and was provided with a representative that did nothing to explain features and advantages or disadvantages of any of the iphone 11s. I had explained that itd been 5-6 years since Ive bought a cell phone and she sent me out of the store without a hint of how to set it up. When she asked what color I wanted, I told her I didnt know what was offered. She listed the colors and I asked her what they looked like and she said she couldnt open the boxes. So I googled the colors. So unapproachable that Id have been better of purchasing it online. No customer service skills. Dont know her name, but she has tight, curly hair.
This place is awful. Friendly service but dont have a clue what they are doing. Waited for an answer for over 30 min ended up leaving driving to the one by menards and got my answer within 30 seconds. They are also so consumed with trying to sell you extras they dont even listen to the word NO and continue trying to up sell everything. I get its a business but its just a little ridiculous. How about you know your product and plans better than maybe more people will want to actually buy stuff from your store.

Absolutely horrible service, waiting and hour and a half with no help, when I asked I was told they couldnt do it because it was 40 MINUTES PAST CLOSING TIME!!!!! 4 employees clocked out and left never even asking if I needed help or was helped. I will be switching to AT&T tomorrow. Great job Verizon

Way overpriced.Poor customer service.I switched to Sprint. Now I can actually use my phone at home instead of calls constantly dropping like on Verizon network.The bill is ALOT cheaper with Sprint too.I now have 2 phones with unlimited everything that cost me less than Verizon 2 GB plan for only 1 phone.After 8 years of Verizons price gouging and lack of coverage, Im soooo glad I switched to Sprint!!!!!!!!
I went to one of the authorized retail stores (in a nearby city) to switch my iPhone over to Verizon. I ended up with a dead phone for 18 hours. I was at this store when it opened on a Sunday morning. No waiting. My phone was up and running in 5 minutes.

They dont know what they are doing. Just stop in and find out for your self. Wanted a side by side comparison of our plan vs the new plans offered and they could not do that. They ended up simply trying to sell us the new plan and up selling it as well. Must have told the sales person 10 times that we did not need a tablet or roadside assistance. He just kept it in the new plan he was proposing. We finally just left. This should be noted we are Verizon customers but will not stop back in this location for help. I expected more from an actual Verizon owned and operated store.

I came to return some beats solo3 that I bought but my husband got me some for Christmas. Anyway I brought my receipt with me and also the beats were obviously in new condition. I paid with cash and one of the employees said he couldnt give me a refund and that the money will be turned into account credit. Are you freaking serious? I had my receipt with me and it wasnt even 14 days. So I had no choice but to do that. SMH!
Bad customer service! Been calling around for phone and two Appleton stores checked on it and asked me what color/colors I wanted. They had the phone but in the one color I didnt want. Oshkosh man not only sounded like he was bored out of his mind but refused to tell me what color they had in stock. Said Id have to come in and see and its their policy or to tell. Thats a hard sales tactic basically getting u in the store knowing they dont have what you want then trying to sell you what they do have. Im not about that! When I told them the other stores asked me what color/colors I was looking for without me even asking he said they were wrong to do it. So Im going back to one of those stores even if I have to wait for shipping.

After five years with us-smellular and the past two monthsonn their no contract business plan being pure hell with no service whatsoever, I switched to Verizon.Zach and Dillon both got me set up on a new plan for much less than what us-smellular was. They were both willing to take the time to gwt me on the best plan for my needs and at an affordable price.Their coverage is awesome! A ton faster and more reliable than what i had.Thank you Verizon.

Be very wary of the salesman at the store! Theyre all about the commission commission commission!..they will slide all sorts of stuff in to your bill and use a lot of wordplay. Make sure you get a receipt and double check it before you leave the store.
