I needed to get a stuck sim card out of my phone and I called two other places and they said they could not do it. This place was able to do it quickly, no problem, and I was so thankful! Definitely recommend!

Place uses poor quality parts to repair devices. Dropped off device for cracked screen, replacement screen was warped. Screen clicks when any sort of pressure is applied that wasnt there on previous screen, now 2 months later the digitizer doesnt work. I wont be coming back here again.

I took my iPhone in to have the shattered screen replaced. They did an excellent job and it only took an hour! It was inexpensive as well.

They took $1200 out of my account instead of $120 for a phone screen repair. And now that my account is overdrawn, they won’t give me my phone until the transaction that they did reverses. So now I have to go an unknown amount of time missing a very large amount of money and Ill have to go without my phone.Update: I lost the home I was needing to move into in a week because the money I needed for the deposit was taken from my account by them, so now I’m also out the overdraft fee, $200 application fee for that home plus the new application for another house if I can even find one in time. So my $120 phone repair has now cost me over $600, and a loss of my home, and the man at the counter had the nerve to laugh when he was asking me about it.

Brought my phone in hoping it could be fixed, long story short it could not be fixed.He kept it over night and worked on it far into the next day!Let me know that it would be best to just upgrade it and have me his honest opinion.Didn’t charge me a dime even after he got it open and cleaned the insides and worked on it.Real good guy and super friendly, I would bring another broke phone in hopes of getting it fixed to this shop but like he said, hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do he’ll be there

I dropped my phone just days after purchasing it and broke the screen. I called their store and spoke with Justin, I believe his name is, who told me he would have to order my screen. He called me within 2 days and took care of it. I live in Verdigris and frequent Owasso. This is my go to place for phone repair.

I have always used this company for my device repairs. They have the best prices in town and can fix almost anything when it comes to your smart phones. I am thrilled that they have a new store in Owasso so now I dont have to drive all the way out to Tulsa every time my wife or I break a phone screen. Employees are helpful and you can tell they know what they are doing. Any one of them will give you an experience that puts all other repair shops to shame.

Took my phone in to get fixed came back to me with a worse battery than when I brought it in and 2 weeks later the battery became loose inside the phone. You can hear it moving around when the phone is shaken. Terrible service uses junk parts. Store looks run down counter is destroyed
