The two associates were super friendly.I liked the fact they knew exactly what to do to help us get our Sim cards replaced from Sprint to T-mobile.If you were a Sprint customer, make sure you go to a T-mobile and get your Sim card changed out. Your phone will start working a lot better. Since they merged, it is necessary to do that.This store is always clean and stocked (it seems.)I love how there is never a wait!!Five stars are for the associates being so friendly that day 😀I do have to say that my service here in Owasso is super awesome since the merge.Highly recommend switching to T-mobile if you are having trouble with your current service provider.

I came yesterday needing some help with my service I’ve been having issues with calls dropping. I came in the store and started telling my issue to the store representative Tyler. Tyler was very unprofessional, arrogant, and not helpful. Tyler kept not listening to my issues that I had just talked to customer service (sprint telephone) he was too concerned with me calling it sprint to actually help me with my issue. The first thing he did was correct me on the name and not even great me or help me with my issue. He continued to belittle me in front of many customer just because I accidentally said sprint. To be fair I’ve been a sprint customer for years and im use to the sprint name. I will never come back to this store. I would rate my experience as 0/10 if I could. Tyler, please learn how to talk to customers and stop treating people rudely just because you are having an off day.

Im not even a customer of tmobile but went to the store with my mom because my dad had passed away and she was trying to figure out how to send his phone back so she didnt have to continue paying for it. They were so incredibly rude to her saying they could do nothing to help her except send the phone back but she would have to pay some extra expense and still would have to call into the main office because they were not authorized to do anything on the account. What is the point of a store if no one can help you with major problems. There was another older gentleman getting a similar run around about extra charges. Makes me sick! T-Mobile better start treating their elderly with some respect before they jump on the prepaid bandwagon with this generation and tmobile loses all their customers.

I am handicapped and needed a chair. Not only was I denied a chair ( by the store manager, Lindsay Cook, and her regional manager ), but, in the stress of the wrong headed and verbal abuse, fell onto the floor --- breaking two ribs.Early-on and during my visit to this store, Lindsay Cook, the store manager, called the Owasso Police.She then continued her unprofessionl and emotionally out-of-control behavior; while continually berating and haranguing me - while on the phone with her compliant regional manager - until the police arrived 20 minutes later.After the fall and as I lay on the floor, this crazed manager shouted ... He just now threw himself onto the floor ..., while still speaking to her regional manageron the phone.Needless to say, I was not able to get my expensive, high quality, Samsung Watch 3 set up for use.Truly a nightmare and deserving of a---5 ⭐ rating!!!

Went in there after buying a locked phone that seller couldnt remember what it was locked to, either sprint or Verizon. Simply just wanted her to put in a sim and see if it would work on the carrier like Verizon did. proceeded to tell me that it wouldnt do anything, instead ran the the IMEI number to tell me it was unlocked, which it was not. Then sent me on my way. pretty much went in there for someone to sit there and try to act like they were actually helping me. I highly recommend Verizon. Verizon has wayyyyy better customer service and told me everything i need to know about the phone and what I should do. I dont care about the rates. you would have to pay me to use sprint.

Jake helped me out today and has been the go-to man for helping me with all my Sprint/phone related issues in the past as well. Staff here is great and incredibly friendly, approachable and not in the slightest pushy. The staff here are personable and on level with me and work WITH me to explain and answer my questions, especially Jake. If you have a need for a new phone or an issue to work out, Jakes your man and tell him I sent you.

Had a wonder visit today! Went in to upgrade my phone. Had my parents, sister and 11 month old with me. Jacob was extremely nice and helpful. He made our experience there very fun. Will definitely be going back to use this store!

Always great service each time I have been in. Adam the store manager makes sure you are taken care of and even drove to pick up a phone at another store for us. The girl helping us was also very helpful and did a great job of explaining our current offers and making sure we were taken care of. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but this store is outstanding.

Best experience ever buying phones. Dustin is an awesome sales associate, knows his stuff and very helpful. Dustin got us fixed up with 2 phones in no time at all, quicker than any other store Ive dealt with no matter the carrier. Highly recommend and be sure to ask for Dustin.

We had the worst experience at the Owasso store today. Lindsay C is the rudest customer service person I have ever encountered. I will never go back to this store and would not recommend it to anyone.

Jacob made this the best Sprint experience I have ever had. He was helpful, even beyond answering my questions: he gave me hints and tips for the things I didn’t even know I needed to ask! If every Sprint employee was as awesome as Jacob, it would be a company I would never leave.

Adam was outstanding! He solved all our problems (phone support couldnt), all while helping other clerks, and did it as fast as the screens would change. He is a true asset to Sprint. The store was clean, cool and well-organized. We will definitely make the Owasso location our store and Adam our Sprint go to guy!

The worst experience of bad customer service I have had to deal with. I had the privilege of being able to speak to multiple employees trying to help me. Unfortunately I was unable to understand there foreign dialect and spoke extremely fast as if were rapping a song. Secondly, I was continously being asked if wanted promotions for FREE; Then later saying great it will only cost this amount.... I THOUGHT IT WAS FREE! I have spent over 3 hours trying to get an answer to my question for my phone and never resolved my issue. I am done with Sprint and the foreigners.

We were helped by a gentleman named Jacob. We HIGHLY recommend asking for his help. He was fun, goofy, and very knowledgeable. He made a mundane and annoying problem into a charming and quick experience. He got everything figured out, gave us all the info we could ever need, and made us laugh the entire time. Thank you SO much for being amazing, Jacob!!

Jacob is AWESOME!!! I went there tonight with an issue of an activation fee not being waved, after recently relocating here from Connecticut. Even though the store was busy, Jacob took his time with my situation and really went out of his way to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the store I had my bad experience with was NO HELP, and was not pleasant either but Jacob still kept a great positive attitude and did everything he could. I appreciate the time and great customer service he gave to me. He even made sure to aknowledge customers as they came through the door, while assisting me. He is a great team member and sprint should be lucky to have him!!!

I had had nothing but problems with the online support, so I went in to the Owasso store location. Good thing I did ! Jacob gave me the best customer service I have seen anywhere in a very long time. I went in to purchase a phone and was helped by Kyia. She was very friendly, courteous, and professional. She gave me the highlights of the current phones available on Sprint and even though they didnt have the phone I originally wanted, I left with a new phone that I like.Update: I still have the same phone and it has grown on me and quickly become one of my favorites. Kyia did a really great job helping me find a phone.

I didnt even by my phone here, but they helped me with my screen protector. She was wonderful, and her name was Kyia!

Watch out for the woman crazed manager. He made me very uncomfortable while also being rude to his own employee who was doing an excellent job serving me until this guy kept interrupting about things we had already discussed. Tonight he made my husband wait for an hour while flirting with girls and then lied saying he couldnt serve him AT ALL (though his name is listed on the account) without the account holder present. Its worth the drive to Tulsa to avoid his inappropriateness.
