Their satisfaction guarantee is a hoax... I was told that I would have great signal based on their service map for a whole home system. I was told that it allows for zero risk on my part and I can return the equipment for a full refund. When I tried it at home, the service buffered about every 5 minutes for almost a minute each time... I tried to return the equipment and cancel my service based on their guarantee, and I was informed that I had to pay a restocking fee. I paid it to get the service canceled... Then I was charged with a month of service after trying it for 30 minutes one day. Please do not trust anything they tell you in the store. It is likely just to get you to sign up for the service and they do not care for you after you are hooked. Shout out to VERIZON!!!!!! They treat you right and have great service!! Please try all other carriers before you go with US Cellular!
Absolutely horrible staff..manager screamed at me last time I was in there. Staff is extremely rude and poor mannered. Do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere where the company and employees value their customers. These people make AT&T look like all stars. Spent 18 years with uscellular and theyve done nothing vutgo down hill.

Brett, sales rep, was great! My advise is definitely seek him out.I ported my cell phone # over to US Cellular & got unlimited data plan. # was already ported before I even left store. He went above & beyond - he was very knowledgeable about all of the cell phones for sales including their specs which made it easy to compare 1 to another, transfer info from old phone to knew phone, check account to make sure I was on correct plan, set up auto pay for credit back on my account ever month, check for corporate discount was on account, etc.He was very nice and cared you were completely satisfied. Thats how to make a customer for life!
Congratulations Manager,My husband may come & talk to you about you putting your hands on a 62 year old woman, Kelley Rubottom. You scrapped my knee with the door, also you injured my right knee which has a titanium replacement. I called customer service 4 times yesterday. I made complaints, also I paid off my tablet & iPhone. At least I’m moving my account to the #1 cell provider.The Owasso Police officer had a good laugh about a younger 6’2” man manhandling a women who is 5’3”. This location has some of the absolutely amazing customer service ladies ever. Walked into the store with my husband, two young daughters and myself, literally minutes from closing time. These wonderful ladies helped us as if we were their first customers of the day. We ran into some issues and they took the time to help us figure out what to do and come to a solution quickly. Lovely staff! Wont see me to upgrade my phone lines said i had to be in a hour before close, even with one phone not working & another that wont swipe due to shattered screen.
Today we went to the store in Owasso and we had Katie and she was so awesome she helped guide us to what would fit our needs best. We also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager and his boss they were awesome talking to everyone and making sure customers were getting taken care of. We always enjoy coming to this location!
I have been with them for over 12 years and they advertise the best service in the area. It is just the opposite and continues to get worse. I stay with them because of convenience customer service is great if you get the right person. I have literally had them tell me to go to another service because they could not help me or beat them. I suggest you go somewhere else! I will be taking my three lines to another provider soon.

My LG Flex2 bit the dust today and I cant say enough great things about Jesse and Brett. I first visited with Jesse and he suggested a factory reset and thats when I decided to see what the Cell Phone Surgeon by Walmart would say. I returned later that day to see Jesse again which had an appointment with another customer but asked his coworker Brett to help me. I had my two girls with me and Brett was so kind, joked with me and my girls, very educated in helping me find me a good phone and really took care of my problem from start to finish. I will continue to use this location and will seek these two gentlemen out each time I visit to at least say Hi. Thank you again, Jesse and Brett!!!

Two weeks ago I left AT&T and came to US Cellular. They took care of me and gave me a better deal! I was a name and customer rather than just another person in line. Ill be here a while.
Not very helpful when asking about a phone upgrade. Told me that if I pay $130 the phone belongs to me and if I paid $25 I could upgrade today. When prompted if I didn’t owe anything to upgrade what my trade value on my current phone would be I was advised to figure it out myself and go look up trade values in their website. Which isn’t that helpful in looking up information and shows lack of interest in customer service. Was not sold on wanting to upgrade through the store in owasso. I believe the person on the phone who was “attempting” to help me was named Ray.
