She was very helpful and friendly. Not a huge selection. Of phones but really friendly and helpful staff.
I walked into the store and was not greeted by the two clerks in the store. The clerk who helped me seemed very confused because I was a customer who knew exactly what I wanted phones and plan. By the time my transaction was done and due to her incompetence I failed to see that she had overcharged me by $200 and now I cant even get the company to refund the money. As a result this company who is owned by Crown wireless out of Texas has stolen $200 from a single mother and they dont intend on doing anything about it.
If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Everything was fine until I discovered they didnt apply the 20% discount they mentioned on accessories if I bought a new iPhone. When I went back less than 15 hours later and requested the 20% discount that wasnt applied on those accessories to be refunded, I was told they couldnt do anything about it. How about opening up that cash register and refunding what is due to your customer?! Store told me to call 800cricket if I was unhappy. I called, and they deferred it back to the store where the purchase was made. Horrendous customer support. YOU made the mistake, you should make it right. Garrett was great to work with last night and made an honest mistake of not applying the discount. I wasnt upset until your store policy was to not refund your customer when it is rightfully due. Take your business where it is appreciated, thats what I will be doing.

Very satisfied with Abraham’s and Jasminth’s customer service. I had an issue with my phone that no other cricket store could figure out! Very knowledgeable! You guys should give them some pizza! I offered to buy them lunch for my gratitude but he was very humble. I will be coming here for help for now on!
Eddie deserves a promotion at the very least a raise. Eddie hands down was the shining example of how anyone in that job position should go about doing so. My previous provider brought so much unneeded stress, frustration on regular year round basis, but yesterday they had so efficiently brutalized my entire day by 8:30am. When I walked to Eddie store I cant explain effectively how utterly miserable I felt. I was only inside the Cricket store because it was the second to last door of the shopping complex 😅. Admittedly I inadvertently was quite Eddie at first I head phone didnt realize heres he was trying to help me. Eddie 100% obtained the phone sale, but it wasnt the phone price, or the better coverage, It was Eddie selling himself as a member of the cricket family. For me being treated as person and not just as the next sale. My mood began improving from that point to beyond the end of the sale. Eddie walked me through the entire process and even answered the telephone and assisted me after leaving the store. Eddie took a what could easily been ranked #3 in my all time worst of life and without even knowing it provided my all time most enjoyable experiences in purchasing something. I would definitely hope to see Eddie given a leadership position and influencing more Cricket employees. I had Cricket when I was a teen and you guys were great then you have definitely only improved keep up the awesome work. #Cricket4Life

I went into the Cricket in Owasso and had a few questions about my phone after I signed up a while back. Abraham was very helpful and very thorough, whatever you need there he is there for you. He can answer anything! He actually cares about your questions, I am not very tech savvy and he sat there and was very patient with me. This is why I stay with cricket and love their customer service. Thanks Abraham you’re the man!

Eddie helped us so much! He took our situation VERY seriously. There were a couple of roadblocks with our account and Eddie handled them like a champ! He got everything completed and wouldnt stop helping people for 1 second! The store is very clean and my kids love the fun and welcoming atmosphere they have!

This week I had the pleasure of switching from straight talk to Cricket Wireless with the help of Brytanni and Robert in Harper Woods. Not only am I happy with my new savings but also the great service they gave. Both took the time to explain to me the process of switching and keeping my number also walking me through how I can refer friends and get $25 for each referral! Very happy and would recommend anyone to see these folks for your next wireless purchase!
The Cricket phone service is fine, and I have never had a problem at any other location. However, I would rather drive to Claremore or tulsa, to avoid going in the Owasso store. The only employee I have ever seen working there in the 4 times I’ve been, has no personal hygiene. I would recommend to anyone to avoid that location just because of the person you have to deal with. It is an easy personnel fix, but has gone on, not dealt with, for far too long.
I came in a year ago when it first opened and the store and service was amazing. I then come back in about a month ago and walked out due to how pushy the guy was. I then went to 86th street and when I found out that store was no longer there, had to go back. So I a new phone, like I have done many times before, ignoring how rude and pushy the guy was, and the guy apparently put the cricket protect plan on my account without me knowing. So now Im learning that Im paying for something I dont even want. I highly dont recommend this store like I would have a year ago.
Very unprofessional. Said they didnt refund at all. It took me 3 hours to even get a partial refund... which is still not on my account. Total nightmare. I wont do business there again. Also, calling Cricket directly and complaining.

I went in because I broke my iPhone 5c. I spoke with Brytanni and she help Ed me every step of the way!! Her customer service skills are amazing and her smile is to die for!!! If you ever need a new phone or want to switch carriers, visit this location and ask for Brytanni!!!
