From check-in to the completion of my service the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful to see that good customer service still exist. My service manager Michelle Jackson is phenomenal! She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. While waiting for my car, I also observed Michelle’s interaction with other patrons and her disposition was always the same, friendly, personable, professional, and helpful. The service department was clean and the staff was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend BMW of Owens Mills.

I purchased my car, 2020 X1, in July 1, 2020. I called back numerous times and occasions in regards to my title. There I received no response nor call back. Months passed, I again needed Information, extended warranty, same as before. Same course of action with the same outcome. A year later, I have been calling last three days for my purchase’s date documentation, warranty, roadside assistance, BMW connected, and etc with no response, no reply. Here, I’m compelled to share my experience with the public.
The service was pretty good. I took my care for a service appointment and the young man who received my car M550 was quiet but kind and efficient. The service took a little longer than I expected but I wasnt thinking about that once interacting with Iyesha she was knowledgeable and made an extra effort to see if my car was finished. She gave me details, hes finishing the spark plugs and it will be done in 30 minutes. Then when I went to pick up the car, she was very quick with the paperwork. Overall, great customer service!
Mark Johnson provided a great experience and communication as a service advisor. While the tech, Randy was very thorough with his review and explanation of the work needed on my vehicle.

I took my car into Owings Mills BMW to find out the reason my engine light was on. After the diagnostic process was completed, Michelle Jackson explained that the issue had to do with the frequency in which I was filling my gas tank. She advised me to drive at least 100 miles between fill-ups. I appreciated the education I received and will use it to avoid having the problem in the future. Thanks Michelle!Michelle Queen

I had been going to one BMW dealership for years, but decided to switch to Owings Mills, as it is much closer to my house. They were super friendly on the phone, great with communication about my appointment, and even nicer in person. Michelle, the service representative, was absolutely amazing. As it turned out a lot of work needed to be done due to an oil leak. Initially it did not seem possible that they would be able to do it over the 4th of July weekend, but Michelle and the mechanics moved mountains, got parts from other dealerships, and Randy, the mechanic, worked late on Friday and early on Saturday to get it back to me in time for a trip. They were so kind about it and they have won both my respect and my business. I highly recommend BMW of Owings Mills!

First time about 1.5 years ago my car robbed lost keys, ordered key Saturday, keys returned, called 10 am Monday was told keys are not able to be stopped . COST 1000.00. THE KID REFUSED TO EVEN TRY TO STOP ORDER OBVIOUSLY NOT EVEN PROCESSED.First time since that incidence. Made appointment was told 2 hours, went to lunch came back waited 4 hours given car nothing was fixed. Problem is they changed server for Nav, 2017 Suv X not compatible, they told me bring it back Monday, just called still have Car not fixed I have no car and no loaner. I will never spend a dime with BMW AGAIN. On top of that service department closed and no one called to tell me I will not have a car tomorrow.
Today I made an offer on a car that was to be delivered in a few days, hammered out the price, bu then the sales manager insisted I had to buy these accessories -wheels locks, $299, nitrogen-$99.95, ECP ceramic coating $1495. I said no to the accessories, so the sales manager retracted the offer! First time at this place-never again. I filed complaint with BMW NA. Ill followup with their action. Zero stars.
I had a great experience. I brought a difficult problem that another dealership failed to solve and bmw of Owings mills took the time to reach out to bmw and fix the problem. I felt like Michelle was definitely interested in helping me and she kept me up to date with everything that was happening as the problem was addressed. I am very happy with the outcome. Also the bmw geniuses at the dealership were very helpful. Will be back with any issues in the future and will never go to the other big bmw dealership in Baltimore again. Very helpful, great communication, went the extra mile to help me.

Horrible experience from Tom Wolfe, Marshall Service Director and Iram General Manager.Iram was by far the worst. He was very rude unprofessional and tried to blame the insurance company for his employees mistakes.My car was left with cigarettes, ashes, trash, a lighter, food bags and cups inside and Iram and Marshall tried to blame it on my insurance company tow driver.He offered to detail my car only.I was told by multiple employees that overpaid for my services and nothing was done.Unprofessional employeesThe classless and egregious management teamA place of crooks lies, and theft

Please be careful bringing your vehicle here for service. They will over charge you and the customer service is terrible. If you get a service tech name Mark you should immediately ask for another tech. I was told I needed to pay $1700 plus because my starter needed replacement. I had my vehicle looked at by another mechanic and found out that My started worked perfectly. I will never recommend the service at this dealership

I really would like to give BMW Owings Mills 5 stars, HOWEVER. Following my husband’s test drive, I noticed a Royal Farms in walking distance. While the saleswoman KAREN continued to show him vehicles, I stepped away to the Royal Farms. While I was gone KAREN told my husband I walked away because I was Jealous and didn’t want him to have the SUV. Mind you I took him there. This caused a major verbal altercation between my husband and I later. Now we are separated. KAREN crossed professional boundaries and is more than willing to cross many more lines for a sale. I strongly recommend staying away from KAREN. I would recommend a totally different BMW dealership. Or at least stay away from KAREN the home wrecker.

My first experience was a excellent one with BMW Owings Mills. My service advisor Michelle was great. She worked with my warranty company to get my service done in a timely and orderly manner. Michell kept me in the loop of all events. Will be going back.
The service was very efficient from when I drove in, to when the courtesy car drove me home, to when they called to tell me everything was complete.
Went in to take advantage of the bmw ultimate oil service plan. I called to make sure my car was eligible and was told it was. I went in and asked the service advisor if my car was again eligible and was told it was. I went ahead with the service and after the oil change was done, I was told my vehicle wasnt eligible and not given a reason why. Instead of paying $199 for the 3 year oil change service I was asked to pay $180 for a one time oil change. Bait and switch tactic done by dealership. After I paid and drove off with my car the TPMS light came on because the technician did not reset my tpms and I had to drive back for them to check the system only to tell me it was a simple reset.

Service was okay. I had an UNexpected issue with radiator FANs? Or flaps? I did not plan to go but they were able to accommodate me as the light went on in my vehicle and I was concerned.

My client advisor (George Johnson) and his manager (Sam Master) made this my best car buying experience to date!Having never stepped foot in this dealership before, I drove over 8hrs. one way from SC to buy my vehicle from them. They went out of their way to help me via phone and sent me pictures & information about a specific vehicle that I tracked down online at their dealership. The vehicle was better than described and then some!Also, Frank DiBlasi in finance, hes the best!! What a great conversation we had. Unfortunately my experience at BMW of Owings Mills was NOT exceptional. The staff, were great, no issues, very professional. However, I requested a loaner vehicle to be available days in advance, and it wasnt available. I was offered a shuttle, but that service was insufficient for the things I planned to do counting on a loaner. I had to cancel and reschedule several appts to accommodate an issue in your loaner availability process, that should not be leveraged on the customer. I have serviced my car in Silver spring in the past and they have never had this issue and even offered a 0 mile car when a similar issue happened. Again, the issue was not the staff, they are simply limited by the process levied on them. For this reason, I will not be returning to Owings Mills for service in the future. I recommend you find better resolutions for loaner unavailability, a shuttle isnt enough. Thank you!
I went for servicing problem with co-driver door not working. After dropping the car, I was told that both of the front doors are not working which I am 100% sure that it was working before I dropped there!

Easy to schedule an appointment to bring you car in, plenty of available times. Staff is very friendly and attentive as soon as you pull in. They are all smiling and very courteous.I brought my car in due to an engine issue, stalling, but they couldn’t find anything after intensive testing. It started out exceeding my expectations. The customer service, the professional environment, the text updates-I was very impressed with the video showing what needed to be done to fix my car. The person spoke slowly and explained everything. From there, I have issues. There was no original footage to show the damage that was done to the trunk of my car before it was taken to the body shop-I had to rely on the word of the company that did the damage (very bad business), I had to call on the scheduled day that my car was supposed to be ready to find out that there was damage done by BMW and they needed to keep the car to complete this task, I had to ask for a loaner-it was not at the beginning of the conversation as a way to mitigate what had happened, I was told that I would get 10% off of my bill-which did get done, but it was not on the original bill given to me to pay-and had I not said anything, it would have gone through without what was promised. The employees are very professional, very calm, and they listen. This may have been an outlier and the perfect storm. I will not say that it is a bad place over this one experience. I work in healthcare as a leader, and some days you rule the world and your area is great; the next day your team did not perform well and youre on the it list for awhile.
Setting up this appointment was easy. My car had notified them of needed oil change; an email was sent; I set up the appointment. Appointment went seamlessly. I waited for the car and it was done within an hour. They washed my car and it looks brand new again. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent!!I purchased a certified 2020 X5 from this dealership and although our experience on the day of purchase was average. We reached out to the dealership for a few small follow up issues and thats when our average experience changed to amazing. The sales manager David Hess not only took care of the issues but went above and beyond to ensure we were fully satisfied with our purchase.I drove 2.5 hrs from Philly to purchase the SUV and couldn’t be happier that we did! I would highly recommend this dealership, especially David. He certainly won us as future clients.We have to go back for one pending issue and will post my update after that too!

I had a great experience dropping off my car for a state inspection. My car was returned washed and vacuumed. The receipt was emailed and my keys were returned to my hand. I will definitely return for services because I liked the customer service from the agent at the desk. The car was not dried when returned, but perhaps they wanted to get it back to us quickly.
By far the best experience I have had with a purchase. I was an out of state buyer, completed parts of the paper work online and the rest when I came to pickup although they were kind enough to facilitate shipping if I wanted that option. Excellent service with no hassle and great people all throughoutthe process, from sales rep through tech guys

The people are fantastic to deal with. I appreciate manners and kindness and truthful communication. I felt this from all i spoke with. I may not be the person to drive a bmw. Repairs are to expensive for me but thats no one elses fault but my own. But i love driving a BMW and how they handle. Expense is the only reason i didnt give the fifth star. My experience at the BMW dealership at Owings Mill was great! Greg found us the perfect deal to match the car I wanted. Karen customer service and hospitality was AMAZING! Deonte took his time with getting me set up in the car and app. Everyone I’ve came in contact with provided A1 customer service. They made me feel very comfortable with no pressure attached.
We took our car in for a recall repair. Tech who greeted us was extremely nice and helpful. A video review of the car was done and sent to us. We called to ask for an explanation but had to leave a message. No one called us back. We received a message later in the day the car was ready. No one ever explained the work that was noted in the video or called us back. They washed the car and returned it to us nicely clean. I wish the service department folks worked as efficiently as the repair techs. Was considering trading our BMW for a new or newer one, but it won’t be at BMW Owings Mills.
Wonderful experience! Robert was perfect salesman. Showed us around without being pushy. Went there just to look and he seemed fine with that. Only when the right car was sitting there needing a deal to work for us, he made it work. The rest of the process was smooth and they stuck to the deal. Never tried to sneak in anything else. Great delivery experience as well.
