Then, Tye took me to Ryan because Brandon was at lunch. I really appreciated Ryan helping me and answering my additional questions. The service took about the time Brandon told me it would take and before I left I had the opportunity to meet Brandon in person. Brandon was again courteous & friendly towards me. Len Stoler Lexus was 33 miles away from my house. However, due to the availability of color combination that we were looking for, we didnt mind giving it a try. Chase Stine was the contact we happened to work with and he was a pleasure to do business with. All of our inquiries via email and calls/texts were answered promptly and mostly with info we asked for. At the appointment, we discussed in details, looked at the car, proceeded to test drive, completed a thorough in-person trade-in appraisal, and finalized the purchase in less than 3 hours. I purchased my son’s first car yesterday and I must say this was the most painless experience I had in the car purchasing process. I live over an hour away so a lot of the work was done prior to my arrival. Vicky was patient and very informative. She gave me options once I was approved and got us in a car that my son and I both love. We arrived yesterday evening and the car was parked out front waiting for us. Daniel was at the door with the key. I test drove the car, signed some paperwork and was on my way. Vicky said she will even overnight my tags so I don’t have to drive back to pick them up. Vicky and Daniel both gave top notch customer service and I will definitely come back if I’m in the market for a new car again!

Never say this deal is only for today-then say it’s not a pressure tactic. People aren’t idiots. Finance guy John was dismissive and crack zero smiles. I felt like I was interrupting his day. I got treated way nicer at Sheehy last year when I purchased my RX 450. Those 2 guys didn’t exhibit basic customer service skills! Don’t think I’ll buy my next Lexus at Len Stoler if either of them are still working there.

I told the sales person i would be buying the car in a week. I didn’t hear from her at all. She probably didn’t even put my name in the computer. This is the only time i have not been bothered by a sales person. If i could give negative stars i would. I thought that Len stoker had better customer service. I was wrong.

Theyre a handful of Lexus dealerships in MD, but after the nightmare combing through most of them when I finally checked Len Stoler Lexus there was no need to go anywhere else. Genuine customer service is often forgotten about, and with the pandemic it seemed some dealerships were more concerned with pushing inventory rather than helping a customer find something that theyd actually like. Marina not only understood limitations with what was available, but worked with me to find something that I actually wanted. She was extremely efficient, prepared, and worked with me around my schedule to get me in the door, test driving the model I wanted to purchase, and finding a trim that I liked. Ive gone through the car buying process a few times now, but this was the least painful/time consuming it has ever been. Would definitely recommend Marina and this dealership to anyone looking for a new (or used) Lexus!

Going from Honda to a Lexus was a big deal to me. Love my car!! But the service that I have experience at both locations Owings Mills and Towson were truly upsetting and belittling. I’ve always received great customer service from Honda (greetings, smile, HELP).. I can say that I have not been happy getting services and miss Honda’s hospitality.

Went in for a oil change, received a $683 bill for change of oil, tire rotation, tire balance and cabin filter. Now granted I knew better than to take my car to a Lexus Dealership for a oil change but I knew at 1st the bill would be $383. Well after adding in the tire balance $100 they said I needed a new oil cap because it looks like my old cap was stripped. And yes you are reading this right $183 for a $20 oil cap I looked up at Amazon and Auto zone. Save your money and buy your oil and filter from Wal-Mart and go to your local gas station and let them dispose the oil for $20.. And you would think that they would work with me granted another Lexus Dealership ( Rockville) was the place my car had a oil change... Do your homework people there is options out there...

Our original contact with Len Stoler Lexus was with a very knowledgeable Tim Queen who answered all of our questions about the RX350L with email correspondence prior to my visit to the dealership. We were also pleasantly surprised with the courteous and professional interaction of the entire staff after we arrived to negotiate the purchase of a 2021 vehicle. The sales negotiation was done directly with sales manager, Joe Benson, and was a no-hassle event resulting in a very reasonable purchase price. Finance director, Travis Wagman, is a real pro and prepared all the necessary paperwork to close the deal and complete the transfer of our trade.We noticed a slight vibration or rumble in the vehicle at highway speed that Tim Queen confirmed. Tim made immediate arrangements with the service department to investigate and he provided a loaner car so we could go to lunch while the problem was diagnosed. It turned out to be a flaw in one of the tire rims and was quickly resolved. Our buying experience was good. Chris was very helpful. However, our experience afterwards has been nothing short of miserable. It’s been almost 8 months and we still haven’t received our tags. We continue to get the run around from the dealership about it. The state that the car was supposed to be registered in says that they haven’t received anything from the dealership. Honestly, It has been a terrible experience and I’m losing my patience with it. Next time we will go somewhere else where the paperwork will be done efficiently.

I always have a pleasant experience working with Lexus OM - my service guy Dave is the best. They are timely and do as they promise. The service overall from that end was and is always stellar.I do however have reservations about the Lexus/Len Stoler body shop. I have used them at least twice and was not very satisfied with the level of communication from the person handling my bodywork repairs. They did a good job I suppose however when I picked up my car it was filthy on the inside. I keep.an immaculate car (no kids) and expcetd it to be spotless upon pick up - it was not. The outside was barely washed after sitting in their bay over a month and again the inside had apparent dirt smudges, dust etc on the interior.For this reason and cause I cant give 4.5 they only get 4 stars...

The car buying experience with the sales team was fine. I had an issue with the F & I office: They wanted a copy of my drivers license before a test drive - Ok thats fine - but I specifically told them not to run a hard credit check because Im paying cash. They assured me that no credit check would happen. Within the hour, my credit score dropped from 835 to 779 because a hard credit check happened. This hard check now lives on my credit report for the next two years - Thanks Len Stoler Lexus. I appreciate you lowering my credit score unnecessarily. Your F & I office took a happy customer and ruined the business relationship.

BEWARE! The business model of this dealership is upfront pricing and will beat any offer as advertised all over their site and within their emails after you are preapproved. This is a lie and a bait & switch. I completed their online purchase certificate, and they refused to honor their OWN price from their OWN site!?! The associate I was working with refused to let me speak with one of the managers, and he said they werent interested in honoring the price on their site because they had no incentive due to the current car market.......I couldnt believe it. Such a disappointing experience.

Recently upgraded my 2017 RX350 to a 2021RX 350. Tom B as usual was great to work with as we searched for the perfect upgrade. This being my fourth since my 1st 2012RX (and Tom B was there from day one) Im impressed that LEXUS just keeps improving the driving experience of the RX product. I enjoyed my experience with Len Stoler Lexus. I just recently purchased a 2019 NX 300 and I called when I saw the vehicle online. I told Chris, please do not sell my car. When I arrived at the dealership, Chris was awaiting my visit and he treated me like I was his family. He rolled out the red carpet and looked for all the best savings to make my dream come true. The car was clean and beautiful just like the picture online. Everyone who worked their were so kind. Each person went out of their way to explain the features of the vehicle and everyone congratulate me. This is my second time buying a certified used Lexus from Dan. He made the process as simple as possible, helped me get the best deal, and is a pleasure to work with. I am very happy with my new vehicle.

Recently I took my new lexus GX 460 for a tire repair. I was glad I got the optional tire and wheel protection package when I got the car from Ourisman lexus of Rockville. But to my disappointment len stoler said they dont work with the tire and wheel protection package provider and forced me to pay for the repair and ask for reimbursement. Also, the service advisor was not patient with me when I was trying to get the warranty info and had to request to be patient. What seemed to be a seamless experience, caused me and family inconvenience and payment out of my pocket when I paid a premium upfront for this package. I will be writing to Ourisman lexus as well.When I called the tire and wheel protection package provider (Fidelity warranty) to process reimbursement, they said they had no issues in making payment as long as the repair orders were turned in correctly. So not sure who to believe in this case.
