Ronda is the best!! Made move in seamless..I purchased storage unit on-line..got there after office closed. Ronda had my unit ready with a lock waiting for me...no problems getting through gate after hours..I recently moved from one unit to another and again Ronda was awesome!! Great experience!!

This is my first month renting with Extra Space Storage, however, the process has been seamless. The rental agreement, picture of my ID, initial payment, and monthly auto-pay was all completed online in just a few minutes. I then recd an email explaining how to access my storage unit immediately and was able to make two trips that afternoon! I would highly recommend this facility!

Customer service here is exceptional! I had to surrender my unit that was located in another county and Rhonda helped me step by step through the process. She went so far as to reach out to the extra space location my unit was at to make sure we got answers and even stayed a few extra minutes from closing time because I got out of my internship late. Registration was a breeze and staff on the phone was friendly. Access was easy and we found our unit, no problem. We did notice that the temperature inside the building was a little warm for climate control.

Extra Space Storage was very easy to work with. The rental of a parking space was all done on line, it was quick and easy. Once I no longer needed the space the closing of the agreement was also very quick and easy. I would use Extra Space Storage in the future.

Great Experience renting a unit with Extra Space Storage. I was able to go online select the size unit that fit my needs, reserve it, and speak with Mary from the office who took my payment over the phone and sent me a map of where to go for my space where she had a lock waiting for me inside! I was able to sign all of the contracts over email and everything was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Everybody is always friendly, I have rented from them before. Thank you again for allowing me to fit this into my busy schedule without taking time off work.

Rate increases non stop, found a place $50 cheaper a month for all my trailers. They were gonna have one of my trailers towed, bcz I had two in one spot yet there is other customers that have two vehicles per spot so must be there getting some extra $$ on the side for that regardless there is cheaper options with the same security in palmbay

I have been with Extra space storage before it became Extra space storage. Since 2013 when it was family owned till now, their staff has been nice. Especially Ronda. She is very sweet and personable, because of her It would have been a 5 star rating. It can however get pricey for long term, with the yearly increases. So maybe not that great for long term but perfect for short term. Thats why I gave them a 4 and not a 5 star rating. The place is clean, big in a safe and convenient location on Malabar in Palm Bay. 😁

I can honestly say that my experience was fantastic. The staff was wonderful (Ronda)and the unit was perfect. Moving is already stressful enough it’s nice to know that my property was safe and the staff was there to answer any questions.

We had a problem with getting into the storage locker but thanks to the very helpful staff, who saved the day, I was able to get my items and begin a new school year with my belongings in my dorm room and not still locked up in the storage locker.

I have to say this was the quickest and easiest way to set up a storage unit. Did my reservation right online to initiate the request. And the experience of the initial call with Jason at Extra Space storage was amazing. Very personable, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this place for ease of use. Overall a good experience. Multiple unit options. Automatic payments available. Did have some price increases at least twice while renting one for over a year, and when we left early they did not give any money back even though we had 19 days left before the next payment, so that was a bit of a bummer.

Only thing I think they should do better is access to the dumpster. They keep it locked with a bar and locked behind a fence.

Five stars for contactless setup and customer service! Very easy to setup online. The rep who called me was thorough and very nice. The facility is huge and they made sure I did not get lost. I love that they have hours on Sundays. The only reason I didnt give five stars is because the building smells like moth balls and I wish the numbering on the outside the units were bigger and/or better illuminated as it was hard seeing the numbers at night. But top notch customer service. Location is great and convenient.

When I called in need of a vehicle sized drive up storage unit with an impending tropical storm/hurricane pending I was greeted in a most friendly and professional manner by the regional person. Whom asked my needs and told me they had two such unit available. And took my information and told me she would have the local storage facility manager get hold of me within 15 minutes. Well the local manager Rhonda called me in about two minutes and we arranged everything over the phone. When I arrived about an hour later I found the unit already tagged with my name. Put my stuff in there, locked the unit and was very relieved of a stressful situation. The local storage facility manager Rhonda was courteous, friendly, professional and extremely helpful. What a wonderful storage facility! After checking out a few places my husband and I decided to go with extra space and I will tell you why. Their staff is wonderful but what really sold us was their manager Ronda. She took the time to answer all of our questions and just connected with us on a personal level.
