Great place to store items. Andy the manager is wonderful and accommodating. If you explain your problem he will do everything possible to help you. Units are clean and dry. And are very affordable.

Used your parking lot to teach my brother how to park for his driving test. Thanks for not calling the police on us lol

Never had any problems with them. Good service, reasonable pricing, pretty well maintained. (FYI though, their dumpsters are not for customer use. They may fine you if you put a bunch of stuff in them.)

Upon move out, I left a practically brand new 6’ fiberglass ladder there by mistake. Just called and was told that they put it out by the dumpster and somebody took it. I’m not buying that for one second. Who throws out a 6’ fiberglass ladder. Nobody. It would have been nice to receive a call asking me if it was mine. Just professional courtesy. I can’t believe it. Trying to get the name of the owner but was unsuccessful. This is not over. I expect to be reimbursed for my ladder.

Horrible experience from beginning to end. If you start toward the end of the month they charge you for the rest of the month and the whole next month. They renew all units on the 1st of the month instead of using your check in day as your next renewal date. Of course, they dont give you that info on the phone when you call in advance.When I checked out I specifically asked for documentation that I had vacated and would no longer be billed. They refused to provide it. Just kept saying dont worry about it. Days later I received a bill to collect next months rent.What a joke.

We paid all most 500 to keep the unit and these people treat you like just another number. We got paid on a specific day and we told them we can come up the next following day can they make an exception because of the day are pay falls on and the young or old lady told us not her problem there will be a 100 late fee added to 192. Next time I would rather give my stuff away for free before I go to mr. St or-it ever again. Dont even have a parking lot to park when you go there. Very nasty people with no care no wonder every time we went there it look like people where getting there stuff out of there. NEVER AGAIN NEVER...........

Not much to say. Narrow drive. Trying to bring daughter up n drop off. Not much parking. Pulled up to door to let her out and turn in the parking spot and people were honking. Im not trying to take up time but seriously I just pulled up. 3 spaces in front and no phone service as soon as you drive off the street to the uhaul drive. Not a happy camper to begin with. Moving is never fun but FYI nobody knows what is going on with someone else. I asked her to get it straightened out before I went back to pick her up when done with the truck.

I have had a large unit in there for over a year..the people are AWESOME in there & prices are actually much lower then others in the area.

They always keep the place clean & organized. Staff always courteous.

This is the place we left this U-Haul we had to go pick it up they threatened. This place should never have to rent any U-Hauls because they dont do their procedures right you all shouldnt take their rights away from them to use their product
