I have been with life storage for almost a year, I wish previously with them when they where uncle bobs storage as well. Alisha has been there every time I’ve come back and then be gone again, she is always friendly and so willing to help answer any questions I need. I’ve always had a great experience with my storage units I have two down stairs and one up stairs. And all where great, clean no bugs or animals, no leaks I thank them for all there help and thank them for always making using them an easy and smooth process. I will surely use them again in the future if needed :).

I havent been renting from Life Storage for very long but I can say that since Ive been here everything has been very straight forward and easy. Alisha Signed me up and has been a pleasure every time Ive been in. The place is always clean and or being cleaned and for that I am appreciative. I m on the second floor and its never hot or sticky. Amazing experience with management at Palm Bay Life Storage. Moving from Ohio to Florida we had to put our things in storage for a short while and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend.

Had to find a storage facility for my daughters car in FL, although we live in CA. Got a quote over the phone - very reasonable. Arrived at the facility, filled out the paperwork, used the extremely clean bathroom, and parked our car. On our way in under an hour. Very professional, clean, and trustworthy facility - I highly recommend!

They have a wide variety of units and moving supplies, great staff, many cameras, climate control, and they are located in a good area thats easily accessed. The facility itself is clean, secure and easily accessible. Even with an impending hurricane I did not worry about more stored belongings.The staff were always friendly, helpful and approachable. I had to unload/load my belongings from/onto a POD. The facility had sufficient space to accommodate this. The staff made the process easy.If I needed extra storage in the area again I would not hesitate to return. I am recommending this facility to my family and friends.

This storage facility is amazing. They have wider hallways and double doors for access, which made for an easy move. Lots of security on property so I never feel like I need to worry about my unit. It is always clean and you can tell they actually care about the property. The staff was professional and very helpful. I ended up needing to cancel because I had a friend who wanted to borrow my RV but the service from Rebecca in setting up the reservation was excellent. The follow up call from Alicia was excellent. I almost regret having to cancel. However I will definitely use them in the future.

Love the location of this facility. The staff is very friendly. The prices are too high for my budget. You have to pay for insurance and you have to purchase their lock and you have a one-time service. Its pretty costly store your stuff here.

Do not take the lock off before your ready to get your last box. I left one box paid through the end of the month came back 2 days later and they threw my box in the dumpster packed it on top with yard waste and then told be I can dig in the dumpster to get my parent 70 year old portraits. Not good business and do not like the fact that my items were thrown out before my rent expired. A quick phone call would have been proper but no call and no help or remorse from the manager.
