Margery helped me to find a storage space for my car and my stuff. I was scouting different storage places, and Margery was very helpful, she let me see the places many times before I committed to it. Margery was very professional throughout my entire moving in process.

Excellent help from staff. Specifically, Bob was extremely helpful in all areas including helping us unload our items. Weve had no problems accessing our unit and have made numerous trips to store more. It is a clean and orderly storage solution and is making our move from out of town more controllable .

The office staff was Great and my the reservation and and sign up process a breeze! Fred was the associate who assisted me today with Lacey overseeing and for guidance because Fred was new. They both were very kind and professional. I was really impressed by Lacey when an upset customer came acting like a “Karen” and Lacey stayed professional, calm, cool and collected. I’m very happy I chose to go with this location for my storage needs!

Overall, getting in and setup was relatively standard stuff. Lacey was efficient and got me going faster than my typical experience. Facility seems to be well maintained.

From making my reservation online, speaking with Public Storage personnel on their customer service 800 number, to meeting up with Lacey onsite, this has been a great experience. Moving can be very stressful for me, so every little bit of kindness during the process goes a long way, and I so appreciate the professionalism of Public Storage personnel. The online process is very user-friendly, easy to navigate. Prior to going to the location, I had a few questions, so I called the customer service 800 number. I also called the location’s local number and spoke with Lacey. I unfortunately do not remember the woman’s name to whom I spoke on the customer service 800 line, but both she and Lacey were extremely helpful and pleasant. Then when I went in to secure and pay for my reserved unit, I was greeted by Lacey. She was very friendly, polite, helpful, and professional. The process was easy and straightforward. I rented a space here for almost 4 years, the only complaint I have is mold on a few things and lots of rodent droppings. Im in the process of dealing with insurance over those issues, the office staff are great and go out of their way to be helpful.

Teresa was very helpful today, Ive been renting a unit since 2018, really enjoy this location. However another increase in the rent is coming up and online the rate is $66 for 5x10 unit. I asked for assistance in getting a decrease in my upcoming rent and Teresa said she would do her best. I truly appreciate the great service Teresa, such a friendly smile. I hope the management will understand and assist.

Although, my concern is in the beginning process I believe that in the event I need additional assistance that Mrs. Lorraine will be ready and willing to help me. Its good to know that this location is personable and concerned about issues that customers bring to them.

Lorraine helped me SO much with providing information on how to close my unit. I am permanently resided in a different state and cannot access my unit, so when I called, I was very hesitant to explain my situation. Lorraine assured me everything would be fine and gave me EXCELLENT service while being very honest and personable. It was one of the best service phone calls I have ever had! Now Im sad Im closing down the unit because I wont be able to talk to Lorraine anymore 😂.

I had done a reservation for a 5X5 unit online and decided to visit in person on 9/19/19 to see the size as I have never rented a unit before. I was assisted by Lorraine which was extremely helpful and answered all my questions in a very cheerful way. I was planning on checking two other locations after my visit to you, but Lorraines disposition and great customer service made me return back the same day with my belongings and I rented a unit. Place seems nice at first they give you your first month at a dollar ( Bring more than a dollar with you, cause they try to charge $25 for a lock on top and other fees ) Heres the catch that 1$ rental turns into $600 extra at the end cause once you are in they raise the rate buy 30% . They have done nothing new to the place and usually have people that are living up top parking in the main spots to park when you need to drop off loads at the air conditioned side . Speaking of AC is set to minimum could almost get away with outside unit . Be very careful with fine print cause will seem great at begining but then they will nail you at the end for no reason claiming its a going rate . I did some research and now for me they are highest in town . I will be doing some better shopping this month and post where the best going rates areRenter Beware !!!!

Clean, easy to get to. Choose an interior space that is climate controlled for my sons gear while he comes home from college during the summer. A little pricier than I thought with mandatory insurance added each month. I thought I was getting a special price, but wound up being the same. Very nice, friendly manager. Quick to get checked in. Rent month to month, so when we come back in August, I can cancel.

Finally time to move out after 3 years! Lorraine made it simple and easy for me and was out within 10 minutes! Good luck to the next tenant!
