Our experience was excellent. Charles the guy that did our moving was absolutely superb. He was so efficient, reliable and a very good communicator. Charles even called a day early to let us know that our items would be arriving a day prior if that was ok. If we ever have to do this again, I would highly recommend this Company. Cherry and Terry were excellent. Always keeping us updated on what to expect at all times.

Suddath of Melbourne/Palm Bay provided the best move a person could ask for. Extreme care was provided to insure that no damage occurred to any of our furniture and belongings. Furniture/objects were wrapped individually, padded, boxed, taped, and plastic wrapped. None of our belongings were returned with any damage at all. Raul, Vince, Roman and Charlie G. were tops. In addition to being very friendly and personable, they were thorough, efficient, and worked effectively as a team. Cherry Thomas and Terry Alderson coordinated all arrangements and continuously followed up with phone calls to insure everything was on schedule and proceeding smoothly. Suddath will be our number one choice for any future moves.

(an accommodation that potentially saved us significant dollars). I was moved into my San Antonio TX apartment on Sept 28th and I am still waiting on a 8 lb pkg that UPS damaged..the moving company wanted me to take pictures of the damaged package that I never received.. If they read my claim forms they would have known that.. If I get another review I will definitely keep you posted.. 😔

Everything started off great until the delivery crew arrived. One of the crew backed into my wifes car with his SUV causing $1800 in damages. As I had the police on the way the employee Ramon fled the scene. His vehicle was not registered, had an expired Colorado license plate, and un-insured... Suddath is refusing to accept liability and will not provide any information on their employee so I can inform the police. The police were not able to locate Ramon as well leaving me with the repairs to our car. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. BEWARE OF SUDDATH, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE ACTIONS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES.
