Brian was very helpful as I went to tire choice two weeks ago made some recommendations to me and I am very glad he did so as I had tires put on the car three of the four hes done a wonderful job even got a lug nut a collection for each rim for the car which I thought was really good and he was so friendly even help me work my purchase through snap finance which was quickly approved I was very glad made that recommendation now I have new tires on a car and I feel so much better that I trusted tire choice

It was a Sunday afternoon and I needed help. They took care of my problem and the price was excellent and the work was honest. Highly recommend this place.

Nice manager had a nice conversation with him while I waited on my vehicle that I brung in to get all 4 tires balanced and one tire patched .. They did phenomenal got me in-and-out within an hour ..even gave me a on something I needed done !

Came in to repair my exhaust extention pipe that is 3 inch. They put a 2.5 inch pipe in completely wrong part and explained to me that it was correct.One month later Ive had it fixed correctly with the correct part. I would not recommend. I feel as if I was lied to and stolen from. Completely unprofessional.

I had no idea that my tie rod was about ready to snap. Marco pointed it out to me, showed me exactly what it was. He was able to replace it right then. I was surprised that it was very affordable! I went in for an oil change and I got a detailed inspection.

Tried to rip me off gave me an $1,100 estimate to repair lines another shop did it for $175 total scam artist replacing stuff I dont need also they charge $125 an hour for labor the other shop I went to charges 95 an hour! screw this place 125 an hour we dont live in Hollywood were in freaking Cleveland people!

Full disclosure, Ive never had any major repairs completed here. What I can vouch for is that every time Ive used them for maintenance work and smaller repairs, Ive been supremely satisfied. The work is done properly, the service is personal, and best of all the prices are fair. I considered the money Ive given them to be a value, and I highly recommend.

I ALWAYS go to Monro for my vehicle needs. They shoot me straight as they say, and always give me an upfront straight answer. They are an honest bunch of guys that do excellent work on cars! Oil change, routine maintenance, engine overhaul - they do it all; and if they cant, their recommendations are worth checking out! They are the best bang for the buck balancing quality work with affordable prices. Go there FIRST before you try anywhere else!

My dad used to bring our cars to Monro while growing up. The guys there were always so friendly and knowledgeable. Now that Im an adult and my car is out of warranty we have started bringing it to Monro. Same friendly service. They always explain everything before doing it and even after. Definitely a place I can rely on.

My mom takes her car here and she recommended these guys to me and I am always pleased with the service everytime . They explain in detail whats wrong so you know. They are 110% honest. Only place I take my car to. The staff is so friendly and caring. They will talk to you the whole time youre there. They have great attitudes and are positive and polite. I recommend this place to everyone.

Took my truck in to have tailpipe welded back on. Mechanic said all he could do was put in a piece of metal between the tailpipe an muffler. They want to charge me $100. For that price, I can go to all star muffler and an get from the catalytic converter back replaced. Wont take any of my trucks back here.

I saw a dude getting a rim here. Thought that looked pretty neat. I ended up getting 4 rimmings all at once. Sure was neat. The service guys were really nice, and very fast. Their names were Mike Oxbig and Dilliyaon LaForce

They are honest, great hard-working guys! They really helped me out fixing my Ford Escape after an accident when the damage was covered by insurance and my old mechanic cut corners and did a hack job! Here now for an oil change. Highly recommend them!!!!

I ended up calling this location last minute on a Sunday to get an oil change after the place that I had an appointment at that day ended up being closed when I showed up for my appointment. Brian said to come on up. I was in and out in about an hour, which was great for not having an appointment.

I have been getting work done here for quite a while, but this last time is my last time. I had my wifes car & my car in for an oil change, and bought 2 tires for my wifes car. Two days later my wifes car oil was checked and it was low. I added a quart and a half. Anti freeze was also low, was necessary to add some. I called and they said they no longer top off the fluids. Well, dont they check the oil level before it is given back to customer?

Great customer service!! Waited for my oil change and it was done in no time!

Liars !! Took my car in for alignment and tire balance. Got my car back and my alignment was worse than when I took it in. My steering wheel was at about 45° to the left. Took it back in the next day and my specs on the alignment was, of course off. They did alignment again and when I got it back the next day steering wheel was about 10° to the right. My tire balance wasnt done correctly, high spot was so horrible. Took it to a mechanic o trust and doesnt try to rip people off. And as I stated everything extremely off. Monroe also told me all my rims where extremely bent. Come to find out only one rim had a slight bent in it. They lied about everything and from all the issues with alignment (2 days in a row ) I dont believe they even did the work I paid for. Horrible management and the tech either doesnt know what hes doing or rushes just to cut his rate time to make more money. Horrible, horrible, horrible shop. I had to pay for work that wasnt done correctly and on top of that they tried to upsell me when I didnt need certain work done. Never again will I ever go there. On a side note Corparate isnt much better. Very rude at first and had to argue with corparate just to get refund back.

After three days of radio silence and the manager yelling at my wife on the phone as I sit in Virginia Beach at a naval yard I am forced to conclude the only way to get anything done is to avoid this place at all cost and try to either sue for damages or file higher complaints. The saga started when after picking up the vehicle noticing the oil light was on and told it would go away, 2 miles down the road after an all day service on my vehicle and at a time when told on the phone they closed my engine blew and when checked for oil the engine had one smidge on the bottom of the stick. After being towed to a AAA approved repair shop and told the engine cost was 1500$ I was frustrated mad and worried as I now had to fly out to VA, leaving my wife to try and handle affairs. Today finally she was informed that somehow the engine was never reassembled by the authorised dealer when the manager told me to have it towed and theyd take a look. Hearing he yelled and screamed at my wife doesnt make feel better either. Id avoid at all cost and if you do get shafted by them tell the GED certificate holders that when you have two authorised repair centers tell you monroe screwed up your vehicle take action that results in just a little more than a half hearted call from a manager. Until then they can get a charge back from my credit card and see what legal actions there are because their incompetence knows no bounds.

I came in for brake work and I had an extended warranty. Nate was very helpful when my warranty didnt cover it. He was extremely helpful and he even stayed a little after the store was closed because I couldnt make it by 7pm. I live 40 mins from this monros but would definately come back to this location.

While coupon-rich place for oil changes, bigger jobs may need to go elsewhere. For example when a customer had a fuel pump issue charges were as high as $900, but when customer went else it was just a fuel pump wire that costed $85.

Had an oil change and three tires added, oil light was on when starting the car and drove two miles down the road and car stopped and refused to turn over while oil check was showing no oil in vehicle. Car is currently awaiting a price estimation and diagnosis at another repair shop.
