My whole family has been going with Fred for 30 years or so. It feels like family when you walk in and always treated as such. Honesty and hard work go a long way. In fact, two years ago Fred took one look at our car and asked us if our life insurance premiums were paid up. He didnt even charge us for the visit. Many auto repair places would have tried to sell us all sorts of things and likely overcharge us. Not here, Fred and his crew are the best around.

Prices can be cheaper, but they dont charge an arm and a leg. If no one can figure out what is wrong with your car, they will.

I have been here several times for many issues with my 15 Jeep Compass. Both minor and major and have always been happy with not only the prices but the service as well . Fred is wonderful and came to my rescue when i need some major items repaired and told me about the Snap Finance plan . I will continue coming here even when i ( eventually) trade in my car for a new one.

Ive been a customer for a awhile now. They changed there hrs becauseof covid, I showed up the first day and seen the hrs posted on the door when I spoke to a worked he said the hrs were changed on the web page but nit the door. I come back a few days later and I showed up for an oil change at 4:45 and I was turned away and asked to come back on Saturday, I work on Saturdays, I said guess Ill have to find another place he said okay. Other then this current issue it had been a good experience there.

Went for an oil change and as usual was treated very polite. They are friendly and I dont feel like I am being taken for a ride.

Wife went here she loved them at first & wanted to be a repeat customer. Larry has great customer service. Believe the reviews about Fred because they are true, he has the worst customer service dont know if Viejo hates women or what. Or if he is just a miserable person but he doesnt need to be working there. Probably why this place is never as busy as Conrads or Auto Repair Technology. Theyre gonna keep losing customers. Fred needs an attitude adjustment

I generally do a lot of the maintenance and repairs on my + my familys cars myself, but sometimes when I dont have the tools or feel like crawling on a cold ground fighting rusty bolts myself I come here or recommend people to come here.A few of my experiences:- Years ago when I was a teenager I brought my old rust bucket car here to get new struts installed, they revealed the car had too many issues and wasnt worth getting repaired given the value. Unfortunate for me, but they were honest instead of just taking my money for the repair and being done with it. (They still would have done the repair, but advised not to given other issues with the car)- I went to nearby tire chain to get a tire patched, they advised they could not patch it and I needed a new tire. I was skeptical given the nail was in between the sidewalls...Took the wheel/tire to superlube and they patched it for free - the tire was fine for years afterwards, and the patch lasted the life of the tire.I have a newer car nowadays so I dont come here really since its under warranty (and like I said I do all my own maintenance and most of my own repairs), but a friend needed a new y-pipe/catalytic converters installed on an exploder. Along with some other issues investigated/fixed.The car had 3 catalytic converters that were getting replaced...I called a couple local muffler shops first which gave me a comparable price, but said they would keep the old catalytic converters unless I paid a core charge! A core charge to give back the parts coming off the vehicle.Called superlube, Fred gave me a similar price to the other muffler shops - but said they dont care if I keep the old cats - all I needed to hear.Anyway, they had the car done within 4 hours, they fixed a fuel leak they discovered and installed the new bolt on y-pipe/catalytic converters (which turned out to not be bolt-on, but they fabricated the pieces as necessary to get it installed). I brought the replacement part myself since I got it at a good price.The reason other shops insisted on keeping the old cats, they were worth $600+ combined to recycle them!While I think their labor charge is on the high side for the area, they are an honest shop that does high quality work and thats worth 5 stars to me.

I went there to get the exhaust fixed on my car. Even though they were extremely busy, they fit me in, and I was out in 1 hour. They did great work for a really good price. I was so impressed, that I drove my mother and her car there to have work done. They also did a great job on her vehicle!

Had my tire fixed. It had a screw stuck in it.

Had a coolant leak, which wafted through the vent system into the cabin of my van. As I suspected, it was a failed heater core. Fred took the vehicle in, diagnosed the issue, gave me a fair price, and replaced the heater core within three and a half hours. Have been going to Superlube for over twenty years; they are always fair, always accurate, always prompt. Guaranteed work. People of integrity. Cant beat that.

Took my 2009 Jeep Liberty in So these guys can take a Look at my No Heat issues...?1200 dollars Later they said my radiator had cracked... Or so they say... I replaced the radiator ... Now here I am 1 yr later MULTIPLE times back and forth Still No Heat and truck still give me a headache from the toxic coolant fumes ....

Great staff and always available to check my car and see whats wrong. Prices are great and they dont fix things that you dont know need to be fixed without your consent. I only wish they were at a better location because trying to pull into their driveway can be tedious with traffic since they are right by a traffic light. However, everything else about this place outweighs this and I cant really fault them for it.

This was my first visit and I will be a repeat customer. They came recommended from Filers Florist. Fred (the owner) was very professional and friendly. I had new brakes and rotors put on my old Tacoma. They did it in a very timely manner and for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place.

I had been tentative about stopping here for some reason but needed a front end alignment on our daughters Cavalier after getting new front tires. I was very impressed and well be back. Im an aircraft mechanic so Im very selective with how a shop operates and if they are deceptive or dishonest but for this 1st visit I was very impressed. The reviews of this place seem to indicate that they can do a wide variety of repairs and that they are honest and their work is priced fairly. A friend at work is going to give them a try too since this location is on our way too and from work. So far I say, thumbs up! Thank you for the quick, no-nonsense service today!

My family and I have been taking all of our cars to Super Lube for many years. For as simple services like an oil change or more complicated procedures. We live on the west side, and a little out of the way, but I would never consider going anywhere else. We always have the most honest, most courteous experience with the owner of the business and all of his employees .We can always count on their knowledge and kindness. They are awesome!

Ive been coming to Superlube since I got my first car and its always been a great experience. Its close to my house and job and theyre always pretty fast. Whether Im coming in for an oil change or major work I know they are going to get the job done promptly and accurately. Ron is always super honest when it comes to any advice on work and I never feel theyre trying to get over on me which in my eyes makes them very trustworthy when it comes to my car. Prices average. Great customer service. Place is clean. Employees are friendly. Sometimes the car parts they choose to use on your vehicle when its repaired dont always work best with the type of vehicle you own. Had some parts replaced more than once in just a couple weeks due to issues the new parts were creating. At least they were honest and stated parts were not comparable. Hopefully this will not be reoccurring!

You get what you pay for, and this place is a great value. A dealer said the brakes on my Honda were < 10% so I took it to Superlube (Oct 2017), who checked pads and told me they were > 50%. They didnt charge me for looking at it. I ended up getting some wiper blades installed.Second visit was with my Toyota with a Check Engine light (Jan 2018). A valve was needed but not in stock. Went ahead and got a much needed oil change.Prices are what youd expect from a shop, but transparency of work being done was very refreshing. Fred was very helpful, polite, kind, and honest.If Im uncomfortable doing the work myself, Im comfortable letting this Superlube location do the work for me and my family.

My family and I have been coming here for years. I’m so dissatisfied with the cusomter service. I asked for a fuel cleaning. Instead of doing what I asked, they let me know I had a recall on my car, and I needed to take it to a Dodge dealership and charged me $70 for the information.I went to the dealership to find out there actually was no recall. I went back to the shop to ask them about the service I was provided, the owner started yelling as soon as I walked through the door. He was screaming at me in front of customers, including children, and employees. Everyone in the store just stared at him as he lost his mind. I couldn’t get a word in, nor did he really care what I had to say. He was very rude and disrespectful. After he was finished yelling, as a gesture, he said I could pay another $29 to get what I asked for originally in the first place.I waited at the shop, and I witnessed this gentleman just yell at customers the entire time I was there. No customer should be treated that way at all. Such a shame.3/28 Update - I’ve contacted your location on three different occasions. On the last attempt I called the shop and got Fred on the line, he’s the same gentleman that screamed at me when I first came. He said, “I don’t want to talk about this right now.” He knew exactly who I was, and I could tell in his voice he was mortified. I left my number and requested a call back. Of course he didn’t call back. Thank you for your previous years of service. You guys just aren’t what you used to be.

The most honest auto mechanics you can find. I went to them with a brake issue. Larry said I needed to have them all replaced, but told me that the back calipers were leaking and would be covered by the dealer under my new car warranty. They saved me money and have a customer for life. Thanks Larry and Fred for looking out for me.

I been stop to the shop to have replace catalytic converter to my car and after I get my car back I found there is a leak still there. I check the car with a Ford mechanic person and he said one of the seal has been install wrong. I get back to the shop and ask for a new seal and they told me about other part went bad. They put two holes in the pipe WITHOUT VACCUM GAUGE TEST to show me the problem and they said I have to replace another catalytic converter. Car runs fine there is no signs of clogged. I really recommend people to pay attention make sure they are not spending money for thinks whore not existing.

What amazing staff! I came to the area for a basketball tournament, and my car was smoking when I arrived at the school. Since Im not from the area, I had no idea who to call. After searching the internet, I found this company with an easy to read website and thought they could help. When I called, the man who answered was so kind and said theyd take a look at my car to see what was going on. When I arrived, they took my car right away. They determined nothing serious was wrong and charged me nothing for the evaluation! There prompt service and kindness was much appreciated. Brought my GMC in for what I thought would be 4 new brakes and a complete muffler system. After tthey looked at it, only 2 brakes needed replacing and they only had to replace part of the muffler system. Fred was great! No worries here. They only fix what needs replacing. Thanks!

The shops employees are always friendly, polite and professional. My most recent visit was last Thursday. Initially stopped at the Cleveland location for some noises and instability Id noticed in my car. The technicians walked me through the vehicle and pointed out and explained each of the issues. They gave me a printed quote and were fine with me having the repairs done at the Parma Heights location, since this was more convenient for me. My car was finished about two hours before I expected it to be (I had several repairs done) and Josh called to let me know that it was ready and I could pick it up whenever it was convenient. I was charged exactly as I was originally quoted. As a female it is important to me that an auto repair shops owner(s) and employees treat all customers with equal respect, and Superlube does. Superlube is a class act!

The Parma Hts location has been servicing my 2007 Mazda 3 for years. Even though my car is low maintenance, from the first set of tires that I replaced, to the occasional wear and tear repairs, and oil changes in-between, these guys have all won my confidence with their professional and friendly service. Honesty seems to be the owners creed because they will let you see whats up with your vehicle before going any further with repairs beyond what you thought you needed. Did not give them 5 stars because of wait time, which isnt really a negative because customers are never turned away, if we choose to wait; no WiFi.

Im very very pleased with their services. I came in thinking I needed a wheel bearing and they did a thorough inspection and found I didnt need it. They could have easily said I did but theyre super honest and fair. Hard to come by these days with mechanics. Theyve always been my go to for oil changes/tire rotations and Ive never had any issues. While doing my oil change they saw my belt was cracked and they show u where things are wrong instead of just telling you. Fair prices. Im happy I came in thinki ng I would spend hundreds of dollars and in reality just a couple hundred. I highly recommend this place. Thanks superlube for never failing me!

These guys do great work and are very honest about what does and does not need to be done.

2000 subaru with rusty rear chassis. Exhaust only a few years old. A rusty spot broke at the end of resonator (midpipe) leaving both sides of flange on 2ft section of muffler pipe. No holes in resonator or muffler though and the broken section was clean and straight. Didnt even need to unbolt it down to grind for a weld. Plenty of clearance all the way.Fred kept telling me hold on and called 3 people during the time I approached his desk and we began speaking about a RO. He asks for your keys and proceeds by ignoring any concerns and calling other people if you give them to him. He would not listen. The rear of my car is rusty. Bad enough to warrant being lifted on an alignment rack instead. (No cars in that bay) He rushes off DURING his 3rd pick up call to another cust. to pull my car in the shop. He drives my car to the bay and one of his mechanics folded and crushed the remaining pinch weld up into the underbody when he lifted it. BAD. He is the tech, he should know better than that and be the one who catches that kind of thing when the shop manager will not even hear a cust. out. Cant address a problem you wont acknowledge.Owner comes back and says we simply cant repair it. The same owner that has repaired another one of my cars with the same exact break but with more rusted midpipe and muffler. I let him replace the midpipe and muffler when they were actually bad on that car but they crushed the bottom of that one in too!I tell him I cant trade an exhaust repair for damage being done to my rear sub frame and underbody then he rudely cuts me off, runs to the shop door to yell to the tech that lifted my car Hey is that car like so bad its gonna fall apart or something when he comes!? The guy yells back Well yeah eventually!Fred walks back behind the desk looking at the floor and worried and says well you gotta tell me something like that No, Fred needs to actually care about everybody thats been coming to him. You can see how he treats clients different based on who pays more without asking questions and how he acts towards people who ask questions and dont just blindly pay for what he says is bad.The owner continues by quoting me a resonator and muffler I dont need out the door for $250.00+ I thought that was cheap until I decided maybe I shouldnt just believe him and cough up the money this time just because I have done so before and have brought other people to him.I leave and get a total tax included quote for $185.00+ over the phone from a muffler shop. Still not ready to replace good components although it was cheaper, I fixed it myself for $4 the next NIGHT after work. In ten minutes. Grinded the break clean, cut a 1 and 5/8 exhaust sleeve shorter and jammed it in the 2.5 inlets. Pushed broken exhaust right back together like a puzzle piece fit and is actually a notch quieter than before it broke all the way. For good measure I heavily applied weld around the seams. The rear of the exhaust system hung perfectly back into the rubber mount.I returned to see if the owner would now have a guy go over the seams with a welder since the prep was already done now and he said yeah because he knew Im not gonna buy his overkill solution to a very easily repairable problem. He answers the phone while were talking so I had enough and shamed his game because the exhaust was silent again and I just wanted a weld for extra insurance.This place deserves this review. New or old customer, he will lie and try to sell you parts and work you dont need if you let him. The place has been worse since Josh left. He actually cared about everybody and Ive even seen him handle a person who got physical over the counter with him all without even calling the police.What happened in my case is I found out that if I relaxed and trusted him that he will try to get over on me and that they dont care if they crush pinch welds and rockers in if the car has rust. Cars rust but still need to be mechanically repaired. Hes greedy so he lied to me bc his tech whined instead of doing the appropriate work.

Always very nice wont rip you off they will actually show you the problem before they fix it. Lobby was clean and also you could get coffee if you wanted and it is not from a machine.

I am with Axle on this one. Was given an estimate of $600.00-$700.00 to replace a part that would have cost a whopping $60.00 (at the most) to weld a small piece on to. Unless you like working for your vehicle I would suggest an alternate repair site.
