Rob was very nice about getting my car in quickly. A rodent had chewed through one of my hoses and it needed to be replaced. Service was fast and price quoted was fair and reasonable. Way less expensive than the dealership wouldve been. Got my car back to me super fast too. Its running great, made several long trips with no issues. Fixed my brakes and gave me a better quote then a different business. The other business (not rad air) told me I needed a specific thing done for my breaks but after bringing it to rad air, they told me that change wasnt needed and saved me money.I would recommend rad air.

My air conditioner hasnt worked properly since the day I bought the car. The car salesmen sold me a bunch of malarkey along with my car. Im just sorry I waited so long to take it in to RadAir. I went there for a second estimate and they noted everything that the first estimate did and their price was a little bit lower. And they told me that I didnt need to replace certain things right away that I could do them in stages or in a couple months on the one thing.

While driving heard a loud noise as I must have hit something in the road. I was concerned about possible damage to underneath the car. Rob checked car for any damage and found out it was okay. He mentioned some prior scraps on fender and front lower panel from my driveway since my car rides so low that I knew about, Which I hadn’t mentioned. As far as car repairs go, this place seems really trustworthy. I’ve taken my car in a couple times where I thought something was wrong and they told me no it’s fine you don’t need any repairs. Whenever someone has an opportunity to charge you and does it, that relieves my mind that they’re honest. They provide a loaner vehicle if needed which is really helpful and everyone and I was very nice. I highly recommend RadAir for car service.

Made an appointment for a check engine light. While dropping off vehicle I was asked for best number to be reached at. Told him I would be around and hanging out since its my only ride. His remark was there is no hanging out its all drop offs. Probably something that should of been discussed while making the appointment so i could have made arrangements. Being a little more professional or sympathetic would of helped the situation. I didnt walk up in there snipping at you.In response to your reply. You did NOT specifically say it needed to be dropped off. I can promise you that. Please dont get on here and lie about stuff. As mentioned above, its my only ride and I would have responded appropriately to such statement. Also, if you guys cared about the safety of covid spread your employees would have masks on. You would also only permit one person in the front of your shop at a time since it does not allow 6 spacing. I was not asked to step outside while standing next to the woman dropping her car off.

When I called to get info on the services I needed for my 2017 Prius, he provided details and exact cost for each service which were very reasonable. I took my car in and the gentleman at the counter was very nice and pleasant he told me that they would do a check to see what was wrong with my car and I left it overnight he called the next day with the problem and I told him to go ahead and fix it and he had it fixed by the very next morning the service was great the people there are great and I would recommend them to anybody.

The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because I couldn’t get the work done at this time. Other than that Rob got me in ASAP, had a loaner car for me to use with gas in it, thoroughly had the vehicle checked out & was courteous. I would definitely recommend Rad Air to others.

I brought my truck in because it wouldnt pass E check with the engine light on. They checked it out, smoke tested it and found no leaks. They even found out a sensor was unplugged. No more check engine light 👍🏻. Good honest mechanics are priceless.

Got AC repaired in Honda Odyssey. They installed a new compressor after trying multiple times to get the AC to work with the previous compressor, which I had gotten installed only a couple of years earlier and turned out to be a refurbished part. RadAir never uses refurbished parts and installed a new one for the same price that we paid for the unknown refurbished part at the other place. AC has been working great for 3 months.

When my car broke down near the Cleveland Airport, I was far from my current home in Pittsburgh. Thanks to an extremely helpful tow truck driver, I was able to drop off my car after-hours at this location and fill out a page describing the issue. By 3pm the next day Rad Air had completely fixed my car despite being obviously busy and having some fairly extensive work to do for me. I could not be happier with the results. Now my car runs like new and I feel confident it will continue to do so for some time. A big thank you to the employees and keep up the great work.

I am very happy with the service I received. Checking in was quick, I was thrilled to be given a loaner, saving me from calling for Uber. I can feel the difference in how my car drives and did a comparison of the prices I paid and I am sure I was given good pricing on parts and labor. I may be back to look into more repairs in the spring.

RAD is awesome. I had a radiator issue that I thought was bigger than it was and my exhaust was going out in my car. They fixed the problem within hours and I picked up my car after work. I had renewed my plates the day before but forgot to put the sticker on and he called to give me a headsup that he noticed my plate expired, I thought that was nice of him! Very nice and respectful person rob. I spoke with him over the phone after a put my whole front end together myself and asked about an alignment and a bolt check if you will. All places I called I gave the exact same explanation to and they had ridiculous prices and wanted to charge me for work they had to do to get the alignment done. Rob informed me that there was no need for the bolt check as the bolts were going to be inspected for the alignment to be done regardless. Saved me some money and did great work had my car back in time for when I got off work to pick it up in 8 hours flat.

I took my car to Radair on Pearl Rd. for an oil change, rear brakes and an E check. Their work was done right and throughly. They were timely along with a great amount of professionalism. Although a little on the expensive side you get what you pay for.

I went there to get my tire patched as a screw punctured it and they were able to get me in right away after it happened and got it fixed super quick !

My wife and I recently brought a 1991 Mercury Capri to enjoy during the summer. We google searched to find a good mechanic near our home in Cleveland. Rad auto in Parma Heights had by far the best review. We took our car there for an oil change but had them look over the car so that way we can make sure it is safe. The crew looked over our car called us with what they thought we should get repaired. They were honest, up front, and fair on the price. We will definitely be taking all our vehicles their in the future.

These guys are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. Brought my car in for a safety inspection and had 2 front lower control arms and alignment done. I even brought it back because I thought I heard some noise from the front end and they were so willing to go above and beyond to make sure that the work they performed on the car was up to there standards. Even offered to put it back up on the lift to make sure and took it for a test drive. Turns out I just need some new rotors and pads which was causing the noise. 10/10 from me! Amazing customer service and a great experience from me! We will be back!
