I have always had a great experience with 3 Guys. Tony Ernst is one of the best golf cart mechanics I have ever dealt with. I used to take my cart to another place where he used to work but now only 3 Guys now for me since he works there now. Great person and customer service all around!!!

Its ok, the people are nice but they have so much business the wait is long... Didnt fix a problem during my service and I had to bring if back for another long wait even though the they stated they would fast track it. 3 more days go by no word... Finally get a call they wont charge me for not picking it up the the afternoon they did call. So, I like the people enough to stay with them as a customer but make sure everything is right before you leave so you dont have to experience long wait times.

3 Guys really helped me out of a bind. The rear end on my cart went out just a few months after I bought it. The rear end converts the motor output to drive the wheels and is an integral part of the cart. It is a lot like a car transmission. Id bought the cart used for $2,200, but a new rear end is $1,900- a good down payment for a new cart. 3 Guys searched around and found a quality used rear end at a very good price. Between the nearly new batteries and new brakes installed by the previous owner, new rear tires installed by me, and the new 3 Guys rear end, there isnt much more that can go wrong. Thanks 3 Guys! (Appreciation also to Jake who kept me updated every few days)

The shop located on 74 was top notch. The owner, Michael, was a pleasure to work with. When something wasnt right, he was professional, apologetic, and fixed the mistake immediately. This is how good business is conducted and it was a breath of fresh air to know it still exists. We are extremely happy with the cart we bought from them. It has all the bells and whistles, runs great, and comes with a warranty. I highly recommend checking out 3 Guys if youre in the market for a cart!

This is the one stop shop for any and all of your golf cart needs. From lug nuts to complete motors they have anything and everything and seam to have extremely competitive pricing. I myself normally buy off of amazon prime but not when it comes to golf cart parts because this place is just simply better. A plus satisfaction.

These guys may be good with sales and service, but I wouldnt recommend renting a golf cart from them.We were visiting from out of town and wanted to experience the many area golf cart paths for ourselves. I dont know a lot about electric golf carts. It was not the best weekend as there was a community event that we were told many of the available rentals were assigned to. Still, we wanted to rent a cart and had an experience that ended badly.We rented a golf cart and were told it hadnt been plugged in over night. Still, it the gauge was on F and we were told we should have about an hour and a half of charge. I would say we had less than an hour of charge. The acceleration was very poor and when the battery went down, it went down fast. We ended up pushing the cart back to the shop.When I complained about the cart, I was told that I wasnt lied to. I was told I had to reserve a rental ahead of time. When I suggested that maybe they should have some rentals ready to go, the response was something like, I would have to plug in all 50 carts in this shop and Im not going to do that.No acknowledgement of our bad experience. No discount. No apologies. But they did want us to come back. I told them we would never come back. If you are interested in a golf cart rental, you should go somewhere else - unless you want a 14-year old golf cart with a bad battery and probably a bad motor. Look elsewhere.

Michael, Tom, and Jake continue to go above and beyond in service and sales, time and time again. After having issues with our cart (purchased from a different company), these fellas spent endless hours to ensure all issues were resolved. We were so impressed with their professionalism and service, we purchased a custom stretched QUAD SQUAD mobile for our growing family. In todays world its so difficult to find such superior level of service. Great job to all the fine people at 3 Guys! You knocked it out of the park...again! Thanks!!

In all fairness, I called and spoke to one of the 3 owners of 3 Guys Golf Carts in Peachtree City, GA about my experience below before publishing this review and while he offered an apology, he wasnt able to provide confidence that situations like this couldnt be prevented in the future (which I found unfortunate). In light of his predicament with other owners, Ive decided to give 2 stars instead of 1, but will still not be able to utilize their services unless management changes take place.This review is based on my first and only experience with 3 Guys Golf Carts Service Dept. They made mutually agreed upon repairs to the front suspension system of my 2002 Club Car golf cart to the tune of just over $600 in May of 2016.I picked up the golf cart on a Thursday evening. The following Tuesday after Memorial Day, I returned with my golf cart because two lock nuts had come off two bolts on the front suspension and two additional lock nuts were only finger tight. This is a rather large oversight that posed a very serious safety risk to me and my family.Knowing mistakes happen, I wasnt demanding money back or even accusing them of anything malicious, I simply wanted them to take ownership of the mistake and fix the golf cart they way it was originally intended to be fixed. Instead, however, I was shocked when I was met with a very flippant and dismissive attitude of how unlikely it would be for this to happen. Before evening looking at the golf cart John said there is no way the cart left his shop in this condition, that its impossible because they use impact tools and there must be something else must be going on. I expressed that I was upset, but doing my best to keep it together and simply wanted the cart fixed properly. John spent about 5 minutes trying to explain to me how complicated the front suspension systems are on Club Car golf carts and that if even one piece is of whack, the whole thing can come apart. I disagreed and said I could understand if one nut had been missed accidentally by a tech, but four is a different story and unacceptable...especially after having only driven the golf cart less than 10 miles since the repair.After several minutes of continued discussion, John begrudgingly took the cart back in the shop, told me he would fix the cart and me call later that afternoon. He left a voice message mid-afternoon saying the cart was fixed and they would be delivering it to my home by the end of the business day. No apology, no sense of ownership...nothing. While I appreciate them fixing the cart, what I cant get over is how defensive John became right off the bat and even put me in a position of making me feel as if I had done something wrong. This is not the type of business relationship I want to be a pat of. There for, I will not be returning to 3 Guys Golf Carts and when asked for a recommendation, will simply offer up my experience so someone else can make an informed decision about doing business with them.

I recently took my star cart in to the service center on Kelly drive for a few warranty items. The service manager handled all my concerns the same day and didnt hassle me with excuses or blaming me for the issues. Very pleasant service experience, A+ in all categories. Also they power washed the cart which was a nice touch.

I went in the cold rain to get a new enclosure for my golf cart. The one I had wasmildewed something awful. Well I arrived and they took a look and told me the one I was going to buy was not nearly as good as the one I had. To wait for warmer weather, come back and they could get the mildew off my own enclosure.Folks, they are honest!! How refreshing is that!??Sally GriffisPS while I was there I did have them replace my cracked windshield where the crack was ever creeping further and further across the width and height of the plastic. I love it.

Should be called 3 cons.Bought what was listed as a 36 volt to 12 volt 30 amp 360 watt reducer from them on Ebay.After I received it I had a question about it, so I tried to call them and I received a recording stating the line was no longer in service. So I tried emailing them it has been over a week and I have sent 3 other emails requesting them to contact me. To date NO REPLY what so ever. I will NEVER DEAL with these guys again no matter how cheap the price.

Should be named 3 Guys writing off their broken golf carts as tax expenses because that is literally what this is. Within the first 20 minutes on cart #1, the transmission went out. Day 2, cart #2, 30 minutes in, the wheel falls off. A couple days later, the OTHER back wheel starts acting up like the one that fell of. They told me oh yeah that happens every year, we dont know when. Well how about when you can feel it AND hear it and its beyond obvious? I knew it was going to fall off the whole time. Sometimes it just doesnt work at all when its turned on, the lights are really finicky and theres just nothing good about any of this. I feel EXTREMELY UNSAFE taking my sisters for a ride on their carts, mostly due to literally everything being the absolute worst.

Quite possibly the worst place I’ve ever been. I’ve had to bring my golfcart to the shop 3 times because of problems they said they fixed but reoccur a week later. It also takes then 2 weeks to fix it and get it back just so it can break again the next day. These people are scamming and may seem nice but as soon as conflict occurs can be very rude.

Called the Parts Department to Verify Before I ordered, The Part Still Did not Fit. I had to pay to ship the Part Back, Then I was Charged A Re-Stock Fee. Parts Department is a Joke and the Customer Service Department Is Not Much Better.

I brought my cart to them last Thursday, July 28th to have the rear brake pads replaced, and was told repairs would be done same day. Not so. I called them the next day, and they had not yet gotten around to it. Saturday, Jack called me to advise that I also need to replace the rotors. OK, fine. Monday rolls around and no word. On Tuesday, August 2nd, I call them. Jake is out, but John tells me that there is a strange noise coming from the rear of the cart. I tell him there was no strange noise when I dropped it off, and after arguing for awhile (you probably just didnt hear it before) he says Ill just fix the god damn thing and eat the cost. (Isnt it irritating when a new symptom appears in the area where repairs are being done, and a mechanic insists its unrelated to the repair and just a coincidence?)The next day, I go pick up the cart, and discover that it runs considerably slower, wobbles while driving, and emits a squeeky rotational noise. John is called. (the repair facility is across town from the showroom) He doesnt want to speak to me, and in fact says Im not going to speak with you. I have the owner drive the cart and, incredibly, he says nothing is wrong, and begins questioning the condition of my cart when I brought it in. I refuse to pick it up (though I already paid the repair bill). 30 minutes later, Bob calls me to tell me that the brakes were installed too tight, and that he is sending the cart back to the shop for re-repair. They deliver it to my house later that day, but Im hesitant to go near it!So thats MY experience.PART TWO: My trepidation is well founded. Even though the brakes are not as tight, the wobbling and the rotational squeak noise is still present. Then I make a big mistake: The next day, the day after I post this review, I have my son return the cart to them to give them another chance to fix the problems they caused. The weekend goes by with no word. On Monday the 8th, I call and talk to Jake (back from vacation) and he is to check on it and get back to me. Not hearing anything, I call Jake again on Tuesday (yesterday) and he flatly tells me that the Three Guys (Michael, John and Bob) refuse to fix the cart BECAUSE OF THIS BAD REVIEW!. I just have Jake return the cart to me.YALL READY FOR THIS? The cart now barely runs, and there is a new very loud noise coming from the rear. Can a business really be this retaliatory? I am forced now to take it to another business for repair and file suit against these three guys.

Bought an EZ Go RXV from 3 Guys last July. Am very pleased with the new cart. Was asked if I wanted an enclosure with the cart at the time I bought it (about $600 plus for the Sunbrella curtains and that installation labor would be no charge). I wasnt sure if I wanted the enclosure at the time, since the cost of the new cart was $5,000.About three weeks later, I decided to get the Sunbrella enclosure... Went back, placed the order with the custom color to match the cart... Was told that two hours of labor would now be charged since I had waited three weeks after the cart purchase to buy the curtains.. Labor was $60/hour...I did a double take and asked if they were kidding me? I said that you just told me three weeks ago that no labor charge for the curtain installations would apply. Cancelled the curtain order.The principle of the deal to me was off. They refused to honor the no labor promise, flatly, when I asked directly if they had changed their mind. They again refused. Not sure which of the 3 Guys I dealt with but I departed very un-satisfied with their customer service and appreciation. Told them they would never see me there again... !!!!!!!Hard to understand how a business can compete as a cart vender in PTC with such negative interaction with its customers. Theres more than one cart seller in PTC...Cart selection is nice, but customer service is off the scale unsatisfactoryI WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
