This is one of the fastest and smoother rental processes weve ever experienced. When called these guys we were told to complete the rental process online - I did it though the phone in about 2 min. Confirmation was immediate! Prices were aligned with one more renter in town (the other renter ran out of stock). The service on location was super nice - they provided us with free local golf cars trail maps and some guidance. The condition of the carts was perfect and they even allow us to return the carts after work hours, although a complete tour from their location to lake Peachtree and back with a 30 min. stop is not more than 4 hours. So bottom line - we highly recommend of their service.

The guys there were pretty nice and easy to talk to. my issue was that they told me either my computer or controller was bad, not one or the other which leads me to think they hadnt really checked. wanted to charge me 1200$ to fix, which is pretty steep considering the parts cost around 350 -400$ so they were trying to charge me close to $800 for labor?!! thats a little steep...

I never received the code for the padlock to get the key for the cart that we spent $50 in advance, and when we got there at our arrival time no one would answer the phone. We tried calling all of the phone numbers that we could find, emailing, leaving voicemails, and received no response until an HOUR after our scheduled pick up time. It felt like a scam. We were panicking that we had been scammed. If you have a scheduled pick up time, MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE. I will never EVER use this company to rent a cart again and will review you poorly on every channel possible!!!

We just moved here to Peachtree City from Wisconsin and rented a golf cart through Bulldog for the weekend since my in-laws were visiting. They were extremely fast and responsive, and so helpful! They provided us with a really nice cart, were flexible with the pick-up and return times, and even got us a map of the paths since we are new to the area! We also were very pleased with the pricing for the rental. They make Southern hospitality look easy here! We had a flawless experience and are so thankful that we made the choice to get our rental through them.

The repair was simple, an accelerator chain that needed tightening. The service was absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. The service manager, Craig, could not have been nicer. Cody, the service technician, not only answered my call and explained all the potential concerns with the cart, but followed up upon completion of the service by explaining exactly what he did, and kindly thanking me for bringing the cart to Bulldog. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone, amazing work!

Highly recommended, top notch customer service and very knowledgeable! We had several problems with another golf cart repair shop in the area, and Bulldog Supply was able to fix a brake problem on the spot with no appointment needed... I highly appreciated the fact they took me back into the shop to show me the root cause while quickly installing the necessary parts to get us back on the road safely. We also got the upgraded speed code which allows us to max out at 19mph - Bulldog is the only company in the area that can do this as they are an authorized Club Car dealer. Keep up the great work, Bulldog is our new go-to shop from here on out!

These guys are awesome! One of the things we missed most when we moved out of Peachtree City was riding the cart paths, and whenever we get the itch, we stop by and rent a golf cart here. Outstanding job on my old 1997 Gas Club Car. Our Granddaughter drives this to school, ball practice, and to elementary schools to mentor children. I bring it in every year for annual oil change and tune up, however this year the Bulldog Techs noticed the original tires were dry rotting, the brake pads were worn out and the drums needed turning. 1 head light was out. The maintenance guys and I did not think this would be a problem to correct these old parts, as I usually can leave it as long as it takes, however, this plan changed when our granddaughter said she needed it back after 2 days to drive to softball practice.Bulldog techs worked extra on Saturday to complete the tasks, so we would not get beat up with a Softball Bat. These guys are top notch. I had an issue with my cart, wasnt sure If it was the charger or the cart itself. I called the shop and these guys allowed me to plug my charger up to their carts to verify if the charger was actually bad. That saved me tons of money for diagnosis at other shops. Then, they actually repaired my charger in less than 24 hours. Great service, everyone was extremely nice and I couldnt appreciate it more. Helping a customer to save money, especially at this time of year, is just invaluable.Thanks guys, you will definitely see me again.

Rented a golf cart from them and worked out an awesome deal for a 5 week rental through the Thanksgiving holiday. Theyre down to earth and flexible and beat the price of everyone else in the area. Golf cart rented was gas powered and very efficient. Ill be coming back here if I need to rent again.

Just had our golf cart delivered. i was very pleased to learn our battery issue was covered under warranty. exceptional service!

Warning!Nine days to have an over priced inferior battery and a tune up done at Bulldog. Was told on the phone before they picked up that the installed battery would be about $95. Actual cost $150 after arguing with them. Plus very rude service from the Owner Jonathan.On July 23 (Tuesday) we called to setup a pickup for our Yamaha Gas golf cart for a replacement battery. While on the phone we confirmed the cost of $50 to pickup and return the cart. I specifically asked what the cost of a battery installed would be and was told about $95.On July 24 (Wednesday) the golf cart was picked up by Bulldog. They did not notify us they had arrived and had the cart loaded up and were heading off the property before we noticed them. I stopped them and asked if they had a receipt for me or something to sign. I was told no.On July 25 (Thursday) we followed up with someone in their service department with a request to add a tune-up (cost $135)We had not heard anything from Bulldog by Saturday July 27. We called their store and were advised the cart would be looked at on Monday.Still hadn’t heard from anyone over at Bulldog by Tuesday July 30 so I drove over there. A young lady was organizing shelves when I walked in the door. She completely ignored me. I stood there for about 3 minutes before I asked “Can you help me.? She replied someone will be with you. I stood there another 5 minutes and asked her “Does anyone know I am here?” She kinda huffed and walked back into the service area. A couple of minutes later Jonathan, one of the owners showed up.Jonathan located my paperwork and advised me the cost to replace the battery would be $210! I explained that was not what I was told when I requested the service. He explained they were including $89 to diagnose the battery and check if held a charge. WTF? We didn’t request them to diagnose the battery. We already knew it needed to be replaced and that it did not hold a charge that is why we requested they replace the battery when we had them pick it up.After a few minutes, he reduced the cost to $20 to install the battery. He then told me the battery would be $115. I replied that was more than the $95 quoted on the phone but close and I wrote $135 down on the paper I had in my hand. A few minutes later after discussing the tune-up Jonathan said the cost would be $150!The golf cart was delivered the next afternoon 7/31. Bulldog installed a 12-month battery with a 30-day warranty. Their website says they install 4 year Trojan Batteries with an 18-month warranty. Jonathan claims to not know what is on his own website. For the $150 I spent I could have taken the golf cart to the local battery store and had a 36-month Duracel battery installed for the same price. Shame on me for not getting them to put what they were installing in writing.

When our son turned 15 we did a major upgrade and added a stereo. They did the job on budget and on time. Cannot speak to the service department. My golf cart runs great and they have been very up front with answering any questions I have had.

We bought from Bill Manto, we were on our way to buy a different brand from one of their competitors and pulled in to see what they had. Bill explained the differences in the product. No high pressure and there was no question he knows what he is talking about. He got to know us and what our needs are. We have had one slight issue since then(horn wasnt connected) and found that their service department mirrors Bills same skill set, top shelf and professional. If you buy from these folks you are immediately their family. Club Car is the premium product available in the segment and Bulldog is the premium place to do business with in Peachtree City.

Never buy batteries from this place. Terrible warranty policy.There are much better outfits such as across the street and others that respect the meaning of a dollar.

These guys are the worst. They are completely untrustworthy. Half way thru a battery replacement they say said my solinoid wasn’t working. It was working before, but now magically they said it’s not working. So they are either incompetent with a diagnosis or trying to rip me off.My advice, go somewhere more reputable.
