Perfect sales and golf cart service.

I called a week ago looking for golf cart parts. The girl in parts took down all the info on my cart, said shed research it and call me back. Never called back. Guess they dont want to sell anything so Ill go elsewhere for some customer service.....

These girls ROCK !!! I talked to customer service for help with battery charger plug and another item to see if it would fit my EZGo and Tina looked it up & told me yes. To get in mail would have taken too long FOR ME- I want everything yesterday!!! So, I told Tina we might just ride over there the next day & get parts-- its about 90 miles from our house. ---when we got there & the sweet receptionist found out what I wanted & that I had called the day before, she said Tina had the parts waiting on us & Tina came out of her office with our parts!!! She didnt even know I was really coming! They both were very helpful and accommodating! It was a pleasant ride to & from and an even pleasanter shopping experience!!! Im sorry I forgot the receptionists name, but they both were super helpful, friendly and fast!!!!!!!!! Give them a raise!!

I’ve been Tim in the parts department for the last year. He’s been more than helpful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m informed on what’s being shipped out and how to install the product. Great customer service all the way around. He’s been a breeze to work with

We had major issues with this business. We bought a used 6 passenger golf cart from them. We were new to the area (which we told them( and they neglected to tell us that there were tunnels that our cart wouldnt fit in, even though we asked if there would be any issues since the 6 passenger cart is taller than most 4 passengers .So we first had to bring it back to get some bolts repaired because we didnt realize that the tunnels were all different heights. Got charged for that. Then it started having issues with the charger after less than a month. So we brought it back to them. They charged us labor and parts and said the warranty didnt cover the charger or the charging port on the cart. We had a rain cover put on. They quoted us a cover for either $800 or $1100 when I asked the difference in price I was told that it was just a difference in quality of the plastic on the rain cover but both options were for new covers custom made for our 6 seater golf cart. When I picked up the golf cart the cover they put on did not fit the golf cart. There was about a foot of material hanging off the sides, the back didnt match up, it was covered in dirt and had holes in it. When I questioned it, they said theyd make it right. So after another 4 days we went back to pick it up AGAIN and they charged us an extra $300 for the cost of the upgraded cover (even though we asked for the less expensive one) AND they charged us labor (same cost as having 1st cover put on). When I questioned it, I was told that they had to pay their guys to fix it?! Please, avoid at all costs. Would never recommend.

Corrie (sp?)& Tina in the parts dept have absolutely the best customer service follow up I can recall receiving. They both have gone an extra mile to help me receive needed parts in rapid fashion. Great job ladies.BLynn

Revisited this company today and will give them another try. The guys were very nice and spent extra time looking at options to fix our golf cart. We hope the repairs go as well as the consultation. Will update the review after repairs are completed.

I would not get parts for my golf carts anywhere else. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Tim has treated me like family and helped me solve some problems. Great prices, great customer service.

From what I saw they were very busy ....Service department is very fast to respond and turnaround time is good as well.

We took our cart in for an enclosure. They had us initially come by for measurements and then later come back from installation. They said we were buying a custom enclosure. When we got the cart back, I could not believe what they did. The enclosure was too short so what they did was totally take off the roof of the cart and move it forward about a foot so that the incorrectly measured enclosure they ordered would fit. We NEVER gave them the authority to move our roof (nor does it even make sense). Now our roof over hangs in the front by about a foot and all the cold air blows in and the overhang in the back is essentially gone because they shoved it so far forward it doesnt cover the back seat anymore and the enclosure hits the back of the seat. So if you sit in the back, you have to have the enclosure draped over your knees. Ridiculous. So, when Michael (one of the owners) delivered the cart, I complained how seriously messed up this job was and asked that he fix it. After a bunch of sketchy communications (phone/email), he essentially refused. I told him we would be seeing him in small claims court which we are in the process of filing. Still refused to fix. Unbelievable. I should have listened to my neighbor who warned me not to deal with these 3 guys as they tried to mess up his cart, too. Luckily he caught them before they started to hack on his cart.

We dropped our cart off for service, were contacted about necessary repairs, and then had to chase them down about picking it up. Apparently it had been done for over a week, they just forgot to call us and let us know. Less than a week after getting it back, it died while I was 3 miles away from my house. They were quick to pick it up, and then charge us a $17.50 pick up fee for a problem that they missed during the 2.5 weeks that they had it. They were nice enough in communication, but not very competent. Well be going elsewhere.

I rented the EZ-GO 6 Seater serial # 2681801. First off and no fault of 3G’s is that cart is set up for someone who is 5’5” or less being 6’ I was extremely and painfully uncomfortable. I believe good customer service would have been telling the renter that this cart is for short people. Beggars can’t be choosers 3G’s had the only cart in town. The cart was speed governed to what felt like 10mph. Made the whole experience warrant a single star. This is something else that should have been explained. Single star. They actually upcharged for the 6 seater. Then all night the cart would stop working for about 5 seconds each time. I do not know what is wrong but with 5G’s Illustrious customer service when I just dropped off the cart they did not ask about my experience or anything. I was simply told and I quote, “You’re Good”. Actually I am not good. I feel a little like I got ripped off. If they would have asked about my experience I could have told them about the misfunction of the cart and maybe they could fix it. It seems to me they do not care. I hope I do not have to do business with them again but they have the market cornered in PTC. Oh well maybe someone will read this and correct some complaints. I would not have written this horrible review but nobody asked me about my experience so here you go.

Having electrical issues with my cart and had replaced everything electrical and it was staying in limp mode. They figured it out in no time. The new controller I bought online was bad. They replaced it and we ate back to riding.
