THANK GOD FOR THIS PLACE. After completely wasting my time with a fake company called Bulldog Golf Carts who after five calls in a row never even returned a single call, I was fortunate enough to find this store. When a super helpful lady named Jennifer immediately picked up the phone, I already knew I was in good hands. Then, when I rented a golf cart for the week, her service was even BETTER, fully explaining everything and helping me with my every concern. When I arrived in PTC 3-days later, my golf cart was ready and waiting, right in front of the hotel, with my name on it. After my nightmare experience with that other so-called business, finding this place was like a breath of fresh air. They just made a loyal customer for life!!!

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment to have our braking corrected and it was well worth the wait! They gave me such fair pricing I thought I must have heard wrong… they are also a smaller outfit than some of the nearby golf cart dealers/shops so the customer service is far better. I will always go to these guys for repairs and future golf cart needs.

This is by far the best place to rent golf carts in PTC. They are a small family business and have the best prices and the customer service is personal and they will get to know you by name. Any one wanting to rent a Golf cart, this place is a homerun for customer satisfaction!!! I do not rent from anywhere else, ever!

Whenever friends or family visit I like to rent a golf cart to show them around PTC 🌞The day rental is the best way to go so that you can ride the cart around all day, watch the sunset from Lake Peachtree, grab a beer at Line Creek and then return the cart across the street before midnight.Great customer service! I appreciate the same-day rental.

Front office needs customer service training. Owner is deceitful and hides like a baby when you ask for him. Look at others reviews they seem to have the same issues as I mention. My experience has been disastrous. Now their competitor was Amazing!!!!!

I have friends who highly recommended this place. Me, not so much. I have this crazy notion that when you repair my golf cart it should only get better. Cant say that happened. They did repair the problem we were concerned about (stalling) but we wont be bringing it back for further repair.

*Update: The owner had workers in the shop this weekend for extra work. They took me in Saturday and did a good job.Made an appointment over a week in advance and was called the DAY BEFORE that they could not do the job for another month! They were confident last week and yet the day before they say they are too busy to hold up their end of the appointment for a month. I am giving two stars due to owner calling me to apologize but this is bad management in the shop and front office from top to bottom! An apology does not fix my problem, sorry.

Fred is the owner and is a great guy to work with. Very knowledgeable. We bought a golf cart from him and are thrilled with it.

They had my cart for two months and didnt even touch it, due to there technician was out on leave. Dont get me wrong I was understanding of the situation and called them and they put there technician return to work back for the fourth time to a later date. I asked to speak to manager and he wouldnt even talk to me kept relaying messages through someone. I demanded to talk to him and he still refused to speak to me. All I asked for was a break on the labor for patiently waiting for over 2 months. Absolutely Wonderful; both the desk staff and maintenance staff are exceptional individuals. I would recommend any style of cart or maintenance issue to this establishment. I had an 84 Parcar and they were able to produce parts even thought their catalogs only go back to 96. 6/5 stars thanks Brian

We love PTC Golf Cars for all of our golf cart needs! Everyone that works here is great! We rented from them when we were in the process of moving to Peachtree City, and we ended up buying a refurbished cart off of them when we were in the market for one (we looked at every place in town, and they had the best deal, the best carts, and best warranty). My husband and I are so particular, and any little thing that I bring to their attention, they are happy to take a look and fix. We wouldnt go anywhere else & plan to be life-long customers :)

Rented a golf cart that leaked oil all over my garage. They had a previous problem with this cart and only offered a different golf cart after I brought it back a day early. No partial refund and only offered advice to put down cat litter in my garage! We rented elsewhere! Don’t rent from here!!

This is the best golf cars workshop in Peachtree City. They carry out very professional and honest business practices. I used them to do the brake work, roof repair, diagnose electrical system for many years. Recently, I had the MCOR of my Club Car broken down. After finding out this part was replaced 7 months ago. They immediately performed warranty repair free of charge. In addition, they also provide me with their courtesy pickup and delivery service. Please ask for Fred or Caroline.

They charged me for 2 hours of labor and other parts but it still doesnt run any better! Dont take your golf cart here! They dont know what theyre doing! I had a second opinion that verified they didnt fix the problem and overcharged me for labor and parts. They would not give me my $ back or work out a fair price for what they did fix.Where is the customer service in Peachtree City!??

I researched every dealer in town before I decided to buy from PTC Golf Cars. Ive been using them for 7 years, and they have been awesome. They move fast to help you and they are honest and efficient and never try to rip you off. If you have a golf cart, you need a company you trust to maintain and fix your cart, much like you need a good mechanic you trust to fix your car. Take it seriously, these guys are the best. Oh, and I think they win the world record for repairs. One Saturday they picked up my cart at my house, fixed my brakes, and returned it in less than 3 hours total. LOVE PTC GOLF CARS!

Really nice and friendly people. We rented a 6 passenger from them while family was visiting and it was an easy, quick process.

This was the most fun we have had in a long time! Renting from them was fast, easy and priced very fairly! We drove our cart around the city for 4 hours and had a blast. Ive taken two golf carts to Peachtree City Golf Carts for brake and other repairs and have had fantastic results. When another bigger shop couldnt fix them after several attempts, PTC Golf Carts fixed them and at a fair price. Most importantly, they got it right the first time. When I picked up my EZ Go, Eric came out, introduced himself, and told me he was the one who worked on my cart and explained exactly what he did. My carts are fun to drive again! You cant beat the personal service and pride in workmanship. Dont waste time and money going anywhere else.

I bought a 2012 golf cart from their Columbia brand, the quality is a joke, controller replaced when it is only two years old, whole body framed rusted in just a few years and now the controller just stopped working again and i took it to the dump.

I cant say enough about how happy I am with the work that PTC Golf Cars did after we wrecked our golf cart. We took it in and were treated professionally and with very friendly service. They did excellent work and returned the golf cart in good timing. They were awesome to make sure that they called us and let us know how everything was going while our golf cart was being repaired. When returned, the golf cart was cleaned and looking fantastic! Thank you to all the staff at PTC Golf Cars for excellent service! We will make sure that we use them for all of our golf cart needs!

We have loved our golf cart that we purchased from them. Subsequently, when our father moved to town and ordered a golf cart elsewhere and was disappointed, we sent him to PTC Golf Carts and he bought his Columbia Golf Cart at Peachtree City Golfcarts. When he needed help or had questions they were over and beyond accommodating and kind. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a new or used cart and service on an existing cart. I trust them implicitly and am not tempted to shop anywhere else.

We bought our Par Car NEV Golf Cart from PTC Golf Cars 14 years ago and have always returned for maintenance throughout the years. Recently, we had a major weld in the undercarriage sheared off. Even though the manufacturer touts a lifetime warranty on the frame, the manufacture claimed that our break was in a fork, not the frame. Dave at PTC Golf Cars agreed with us that this was a technicality and offered us an In-house Warranty. Not only did he replace the part with a used one he had on hand, the work was finished the next day! Thank you, Dave. You have confirmed our business for life.
