Outstanding business and personnel support from the good folks at Golf Rider. I grew up in PTC from 1976 to 1988 prior to departing for a military career. Went back for a few days to show my family. So we rented a golf cart for 2 days. These folks provided us with a great golf cart and were so accommodating to our needs. Friendly staff including Hal that explained the operation procedures. We had such a great time traveling the golf cart paths and the easy after hours return. Other golf cart rentals seemed so negative or hostile in their rental arrangements, but glad we chose Golf Rider for a pleasant experience. Thank you Hal and the other fine folks at Golf Rider for our fun adventure.

Great place for Ezgo golf and cart service .

I needed a part for an older cart and they had it. Their new parts person, April, was terrific. I paid a few bucks extra than online, but they had the part locally and I wanted to support a local business, plus the customer service was outstanding so the drive down from Buckhead was well worth it. Thanks April!!!

I wish it would allow me to give zero stars or even negative stars. I went into this place searching for parts. The reception was very welcoming, but I was introduced to a couple of sales folks who had absolutely no interest in helping me find parts. When I asked one of the guys where I might be able to find the parts that I was looking for he simply told me that he didnt know what everyone elses inventory was. I left and went to discount and had a great conversation with those guys. What a bunch of horrible attitudes. Reminds me of K-Marts customer service.

I am a new resident of Peachtree City. Everybody has a golf cart, golfer or not. So I asked around about golf carts (I am not a golfer). Three out of four people told me to go to Golf Rider. Boy, were they right. Great experience with everyone there, the owner, the receptionist, the salesman, the delivery driver, everyone. I love my new Yamaha golf cart (car?), and Peachtree City.

Shopping for a golf cart for the first time in your life? This is the place to go! After experiencing a less than pleasant visit at another local golf cart dealer that was suggested to us, we visited Golf Rider. Our sales rep, Lee, was cordial, knowledgeable, professional in every way. He showed us reconditioned inventory, which looked and rode great. However, we decided to go with a new EZ-Go RXV with a back seat and golf bag holders. Lee was great every step of the way, assisting us with color selection, upholstery selection, accessories, etc. There was honestly a slight misunderstanding about an upgrade that was included with our order. But Lee honored our understanding of the deal without hesitation. All in all, a fantastic shopping experience that was followed up with excellent communication right up through a satisfying delivery experience!

Bought batteries back in September, lost receipt, stopped by to request reprint. I was in and out in no time.Adding to my experience buying batteries, bushings, and voltmeter in September; the folks there were amazing. I got there close there closing time. The gentlemen stayed late to find bushings would fit my very old GC and loaded the batteries into the car. I offered to pick them up in the morning so they could go home, but insisted on saving me a trip.

Great Place ! Great Staff ! Im guessing good prices for new carts ! I was looking at a 2020, 72 V AC cart from EZ GO that was pretty much loaded for around $11,000 + which was a bit high for me .. Its possibly worth it but Im not sure I want to spend that much on my first golf cart ! Think Ill look here and shop around for a used one ...Again the guys are great here so check it out if youre shopping for a new or used golf cart !

My wife and I were in the market for a golf cart to replace our aged 1997 model. We found all the personnel at Golf Rider to be super knowledgeable and friendly when we entered their clean and beautiful showroom. We wanted a cart that was a couple of years old. What we got was a TOTALLY redone cart done to perfection that incorporated all the items that we wanted and needed including a change of color! We were more than satisfied and can not praise more highly the staff and owners of Gold Rider. A great place to buy your next golf cart!

We recently purchased our first brand new golf cart here. We had a great experience! We initially went in to get some information and the salesman we worked with was extremely knowledgeable and we never felt rushed or pressured. I felt like he listened to what we wanted and had answers to all of our questions. They had a great selection of colors and styles and we were able to get the customization we wanted. I rented a golf cart for my birthday to explore Peachtree City and I had an AMAZING experience! Rentals were super reasonably priced and you get them for 24 hours! Easy after hours drop off process. A huge shoutout to Jen for making my day extra special including a few extra surprises! No hidden fees, and they get you in and out super quickly! Super easy to find and right off the golf cart path! I’ll be coming back frequently!

I wasn’t an actual costumer here. But we had a problem with our golf cart tire and didn’t know where to take it to get it replaced. We had brought our own spare tire. We had gone and called other locations, but they all said it take a week to get it done. When we arrived here for inquiry, staff were so polite and informative! They told us where to take it, and gave us detailed direction to the place. Our tire got replaced within a couple hours! Thank you for the kindness!

We just purchased a new gas Yamaha cart. So far we are very happy with it. The staff there are very courteous and helpful. The service department was quick and efficient. If your looking for a cart in Peachtree City, Golf Rider is the place to go.

So we just picked up our 2021 Yamaha golf cart and Lee, along with the rest of the staff, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to COVID, it took a while to get the cart and accessories that we wanted, but Lee happily took my pestering phone calls and unexpected visits with ease. I would have no problem recommending Golf Rider to my friends and family.

Owner, co-owner and sales people are all extremely unprofessional and rude. I will continue looking elsewhere.

This place is Top of the Line for both Golf Carts and Customer Service. Lee was my sales associate and did everything to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and answered any questions I had. The golf cart was a surprise for my husband for Christmas and they delivered my cart free of charge Christmas Eve and even helped me hide it. You just don’t receive that kinda service anymore. They are truly awesome and I would recommend them any day.

Needed a replacement window for my EZ GO golf cart. Maggie and Steve really went out of there way to find the correct windshield for me. Apparently EZ GO has so many different windshield sizes. Steve went back to his warehouse 3 times trying to find the right windshield. Finally found it and even installed it for me...originally I was going to take it home and install myself. Excellent customer service.

Not alot of selection and the first salesman we talk to was an older gentleman who seemed to just steer us towards the higher priced carts. After we got back from the test drive we then were helped by a woman who listened to what we were looking for and she was great to deal with.

So I called yesterday to inquire about prices regarding a 4 passenger, gas golf cart. The lady told me she would give me a call back with some general information. I appreciate a call back twice yeah it was turned away both times. However she stated the golf cart would be $450 per month. Today when I called, they told meIt will cost $100 a day or $3000 a month! So I asked the gentleman on the phone if what I was hearing is correct. He said that is exactly correct. These people are scammers!

We had an excellent experience with Golf Rider renting golf carts. We had family in from out of state on a busy Labor Day weekend and they were so accommodating and willing to work with our limited schedule (as opposed to other places I had contacted in the area first). Everyone was so kind. We loved the frozen yogurt too! I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Appreciate golf rider so much. We needed a part for our golf cart and even though they closed in 3 minutes they waited for us to get there. Without them we would of had to wait til Monday. Do not recommend getting parts from here! Called to verify a part was in stock and I was told it was. Turns out no one checked until I got there and they were out. I was told we are an EZGO dealer, yes we have that.When I decided to by the product we discussed price as they were a little high compared to online. I was told that was China made junk do what I want. I bought their product and as they brought it out in big black letters MADE IN CHINA!Then I was told yeah everythings made in China.There are to many places that sell and service golf carts in Peachtree City to waste your time here.

I recently purchased a 2018 E-Z-GO Gas Valor from Golf Rider. From start to finish John was very accommodating and even test fit a set of my tires on the machine prior to my decision to purchase. I added a couple upgrades they installed and they provided delivery to my home. Great service oriented company with competitive pricing. Sure you my find this or that slightly cheaper on line, just like with any other storefront business, but the internet does not offer a service experience like youll receive from Golf Rider. I loved this place! Prices for rentals were very reasonable. The employees all seemed very honest and kind and genuinely wanted to meet our needs. I came in with a friend right before closing on a Tuesday to rent a golf cart and they were very friendly, efficient and accomodating. They also took the time to give us a map and show us the best trails and places to eat around Peachtree City. I could tell they genuinely cared about our safety as well. I will definitely be back!

They really turned it around...... years ago I had a bad experience with an employee who is no longer there. So I decided to give golf rider another chance and I must say I’m very happy with all around service.... everyone I came into contact with was extremely helpful and pleasant. Today, we didnt buy but we spoke with Lee. Weve shopped around at multiple golf cart dealerships in PTC since moving here earlier this year. None have been so informative as Golf Rider. My wife and I spoke with Lee who educated us on the carts and let us test drive each cart type to figure out which carts wed prefer (I like the gas Yamaha but my wife like the 72v EZGO). In any case, we left way more informed than we were when we stopped by and we felt no pressure at all. Fantastic service and sales. I could not have asked for better. Even when I was very insistent on a specific make, model, used cart and price, my sales person, Frank, was fantastic! He worked with me to find the exact used cart I wanted.Update: Pick up of my cart was smoother than anything I could have hoped for. I showed up 10 minutes early due to a long return drive and while Frank was already there, instead of making me wait until the official opening time like many businesses would have, he immedately had the cart brought out and positioned behind my trailer. The service guy, Danny, went over everything on the cart and helped me to secure it to the trailer. I would buy from them again in the blink of an eye! Purchased new batteries for our older golf cart. They were very informative and helpful. A few weeks later our charger was struck by lightning, and they had it repaired rather than saying we needed a new one. With these two good experiences, we went right to them when we were shopping for a brand new 6-seater golf cart. The experience was wonderful -- no pressure, all the information we needed, and we walked out feeling like we had made new friends. Will come back and will recommend them to everyone who is shopping in the area for a golf cart.

Wanted my star golf cart serviced and wanted them to trouble shoot why it would shut off after 10 minutes of driving. Lady said it was a set fee to service it and included trouble shooting issue. I said ok and how much is pickup and drop off cost. She said something like 20 bucks pickup and another for drop off. After 3 weeks in their shop I called and asked how it was going. They told me they have been working on it but still need more time. Its in the shop. I went to the location and found it out back. So then I drove to their retail location and spoke to the manager. No new info from him. I said Ill come back with my trailer to pick it up this after noon what do I owe you. He told me a price that was much more then what I was quoted. I told him what I was quoted and he said fine, it will be x amount plus pickup and drop off. I said your still going to charge me for the drop off but Im going to deliver it back to my home. He said yes and I thought the owner was standing about 20 feet away so I called out to him. Explained the situation and he said you dont want to pay then leave. I said Ill pay you what was agreed. Took my cart to 3 guys and they had it fix in hours. Plus they laughed at golf riders lack of knowledge. Love 3 guys

Wow! Golf Rider just made trading in our golf cart a breeze! I was really nervous about it, but Frank took great care of us! They were helpful, timely and accommodating. They were my first and last stop in my trade-in process! I am loving my new golf cart!

I have three issues with Golf Rider and I have owned golf carts in PTC since 1993.First, I dont believe the owners at Golf Rider are honest about the condition of the golf carts they sell. I purchased a Club Car from Golf Rider and within two months had to rewire the lights, and battery charge indicator. The rear leaf springs were missing bushings, and the front end tie rods were worn to the point the steering was dangerous after the first year of maybe once-a-week operations. I also had to replace the batteries after two years.Second, I believe the Golf Rider owners are dishonest with the authenticity of their products. My daughter and son-in-law purchased a Yamaha electric cart from Golf Rider. A later Yamahas model body had been installed over a previous Yamaha models chassis. Within a year, my son-in-law had to replace the batteries.Third, Golf Rider does not appear to stand by their service. I am told Golf Rider conducted a diagnosis of the Yamaha golf cart sold to my daughter and son-in-law and found nothing wrong. After my daughter and son-in-law owning their cart for two years with one year old Trojan batteries, the carts fully charged batteries frequently and consistently discharged to the point of the cart leaving the riders stranded after 10 or 15 minutes of operation (or about a couple of miles).Golf Rider will take ones money ($75) to conduct a diagnostic evaluation of any problems. However, if they find nothing wrong (whether they actually conducted the diagnostic evaluation or not) Golf Rider will not guarantee anything concerning the work. I went to discuss Golf Riders diagnostic services today on behalf of my daughter and son-in-law.I dont like Golf Rider, and havent since my experience with them 15 years ago (see my first gripe). I would have recommended another dealer to my daughter and son-in-law, if they had told me they were in the market for a golf cart. I also would have recommended against a Yamaha.I recommend all avoid doing business with Golf Rider.

Parts guy was rude. Didnt care to have a conversation. His answer to any question bring it in and we can look at it. His helper Jose was a very nice gentleman. You can buy parts online approx 50% cheaper than here. These guys are looking at Dollar signs.

I am SO shocked and disappointed when I read the negative reviews about Golf Rider. When we first moved here 5 years ago we were told by someone never to come here. Well, we searched for an EZ GO for our son and we are so proud to have found it at Gold Rider!! Frank and his crew were SO helpful and honest!! The best in customer service!!!! I had taken my golf cart to many repair shops. Nothing could ever be found what was wrong. I took my cart to golf rider and within 5 minutes the shop manager james found the problem. Within 2 hours my golf cart was fixed. You cannot beat the knowledge, customer service, and prices at golf rider. I highly recommend golf rider. Hats off to everyone in the service department.

I took my 2013 yamaha golf cart for speed problem (only 14mph). I got a quote for $1300 and was told the speed will go up to 18mph. A day after I got a call to come to pick up but when I came, the golf cart wasnt fixed yet, they said the new trainee did not know the golf has not done yet??? Almost a week, I came to pick up and the speed only 16mph (2mph over the orignal). I told them to test and got the answer that s all I can do to this golf cart, it is not guarantee the speed will be fixed???? What would I do now???

Weve bought 2 cars here and the service was fantastic both times. We use both cars daily around the farm and dont know how we got by without them before!

Very nice fancy place. The employees seem to be knowledgeable and professional. This is how all dealers should be. The only flaw is the dress code. A worker came into the showroom very poor hygiene. Long knatted hair and a grubby beard and dirty. Absolutely intimidating to my wife and I. Although he maybe a mechanic, maybe he shouldnt make public appearances.

Thanks Frank (owner) and John (service dept mgr). We bought our EZ-GO almost 5 years ago and have been very pleased. Recently, our cart stopped working and was stuck in the street. My wife reached John and he arranged a pick up in a matter of hours on a friday(!) morning. By the next day John had contacted me after running a complete inspection and told me exactly what the issues were. They had all the parts in stock. He took the time to answer all my questions. I gave the go ahead for repairs and he stated they’d have it ready no later than early the next week. I was pleasantly surprised when later that day John contacted me and told me my cart was repaired and ready for free dropoff(?!). Barely a 24 hour turnaround, excellent communication, and great service every step of the way that exceeded expectations. Thanks Golf Rider!

So awsome riding around in golf carts

Rent it and provided us an old gas cart and thus it was so noisy and smelly. After two hours of riding, we all had a headache due to gas smell. Not friendly except the lady explained about the area map. We paid 40$ before tax. Not going back again.

Felt like I may be a inconvenience to the owner rather than a valued customer.

I went to just about every golf cart dealer in Peachtree City to have a custom enclosure made for my cart. Out of all of them, Frank was the only person who really tried and did help. I paid over 700 dollars for batteries. They put in u.s. batteries which the posts broke on 2. They are cheap batteries. Big O golf carts use trojan and cost me 570.00 for a set. I am disappointed in the cheap batteries. I have a yamaha.the owner said they are oem in ez go. Yamaha says its trojan what they recommend they said they would never recommend u.s. so why did they put u.s. batteries? Because u.s. batteries are cheaper for a higher profit!
