How this place is still in business is a total mystery to me. After leaving them FIVE PHONE MESSAGES OVER AN ENTIRE WEEK, not only did NO ONE return my calls, but this bogus company doesnt even have anyone to pick up the telephone, only voicemail. This is completely unheard of. There are many golf cart rentals in Peachtree City, and I just found one with the same name who treated me like royalty, immediately picked up the phone, and took care of my every need. Honestly, if you need assistance with a golf cart, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!

Made a appointment for Saturday 5pm - Sunday 5pm(24 hours), was charged for 48 hours. I had to cancel, email they give says you can get a refund if you cancel 48 hours prior. Called 48 hours prior to cancel, guy that picks up says that only the owner can do cancellation and refunds. He’s not there.. I sent a email saying that I called to cancel and that I need a refund because I wouldn’t be able to make it. He never replied and I’ve made too more calls to explain the situation, I also left my name and number for him to either call or email me back. Owner is still not there and has yet to respond. He doesn’t seem care about what is going on with his company or know how to run a business. He also has unreliable employees who are bad at math.

Incredibly poor customer service. The guy was disrespectful over the phone...yelling and cutting me off while I was trying to politely talk to him about my issue. I called him initially to book a golf cart rental. He told me to book online in their website. I proceeded to do so which I booked a 6 passenger. Mind you..85 dollars with a 500 dollar hold. He then called back saying its not available after I had just booked. He then suggested I book a 4 passenger but cant guarantee if its available. Even though I check online and it say it is. I asked why would I spend more money if you cant even guarantee the sale.. he proceeded to get disrespectful telling me he wouldnt let me finish my statement, said I can go book somewhere else, yelling and so unprofessional. At this point, I got upset and yelled back at him to refund my money and hung up. Dont know if he was just having a bad day or what but definately the worst customer service ever and a joke!

After visiting every golfcart store in Peachtree city we stopped at bulldog thinking we would never find a golfcart that fit our needs and budget, and wow we were wrong! Keith got us into our dream golfcart and walked us through the entire process laughing and enjoying our time shopping. We immediately felt at ease in the store. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! You all have gotten our business for life!

I contacted the company via their website inquiring about renting a cart for the Memorial Day weekend, I received a text two days later that they had a 4 passenger cart available with the daily rate and delivery fee, I then inquired about a 6 passenger, which they told me that they did not have available. I informed them I would like to reserve the 4 (but if someone canceled for the 6, then I would like that), the next day I was told they could not deliver any longer. Very poor communication and customer service and not sticking to their word and now we are high and dry as everyone is sold out. VERY disappointed.

Very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They have a great product line and well stocked. I bought a 2019 golf cart and requested personalized locks and ignition, they did it within a few minutes on the spot! I highly recommend them!

My kids and I love renting golf carts with these guys. Its super easy and a great value. They are 12yrs and 14 years and it gets them comfortable driving. There are hundreds of miles of trails. We really enjoy it.

We rented 2 (6) passengers golfcart on Saturday. We had a great service. Prior booking I called and asked several questions on how to book. The lady explains everything cleary and did not rushed me at all. I called the other golf cart company down the road, but the lady wasnt friendly at all. Will definitely come back to Bulldog Golf Carts!

I never received the code for the padlock to get the key for the cart that we spent $50 in advance, and when we got there at our arrival time no one would answer the phone. We tried calling all of the phone numbers that we could find, emailing, leaving voicemails, and received no response until an HOUR after our scheduled pick up time. It felt like a scam. We were seriouslt panicking that we had been scammed. If you have a scheduled pick up time, MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE. I will never EVER use this company to rent a cart again and will review you poorly on every channel possible!!!

Club Car is top of the line and a great investment. Id highly recommend you spending some time with these people. They are great to work with-- no pressure and the quality of their product sells itself!

If you ever find yourself in Peachtree City with some free time, rent a golf cart form these guys and get lost on the paths. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I went to rent a golf cart and when I returned it the following day. The rental cart was in good condition and ran good.
