What a terrific place! Walked in knowing just a little about vaping and learned a lot from my time there. The service is outstanding! Lots of choices. Definitely make this your go-to spot if you are a vaper. You wont be disappointed!

Was very helpful to pickout things to get you out fast,tried one of the juices they sold me wasnt ANYTHING like what was described to me when it was sold to me tasted of cardboardand salt but they refused to exchange the bottel,give a discount, or really help in anyway to fix problem. All they would do was sell me another $20 bottle of juice and tell me to find someone i knew to sell it to them but no good person would sell something that terrible.They also waited till after i spent $150+ to tell me that NONE of the items i bought are returnable even the 4 times that were still scealed. I dont recommend this place unless your looking for EXACTLY what you want/need.

Awesome shop. It’s very nice on the inside and the dog was an added bonus. 😊🐾 They took the time to educate me on the CBD oil & products, which i greatly appreciate. . I was greeted as soon as I came into the shop with a hello. Great customer service. I will be coming back most definitely!

The best vape store around!! Cindy and her staff are not only friendly and welcoming, but extremely knowledgeable about the products they provide. I live in Birmingham, but its worth the drive to buy from Downtown Vape!!

What a great little store for us horrible vapors and smokers. A little price but very nice selections well displayed. If your in the area check them out.

I can find better prices for CBD online, very nice employees though, but some of the prices are kind of high.

Love the very wide variety of flavors that they have. If this is the place that I am thinking about they give you a card and you earn punches on the card that you can redeem for a free bottle of juice. Its a bit pricey compared to what I pay at vape shop online but worth it when you get your card full.

Although they may have some great selections, its horrible walking into the shop. Seems the employees just sit around with their friends vaping like mad and when you walk in, its to a cloud of vape and you cannot breathe. Also, some of the employees are really super rude. I no longer shop there after having an employee yell at me for when I corrected him about a product.
