A great place to buy your mattress, the staff was friendly and helpful. Very patient, especially Sylvie! Based on my own research before I came in to buy the prices of the mattresses were the same as the ones online and possibly even better if you can ask. There are some brands that are also great that they don’t carry but still a great place to come and check things out

Absolutely wonderful! I walked in about an hour before they closed and Sylvie was immediately on it. I knew the firmness I wanted and she guided me through several options. Took her time and allowed me to go back and forth between mattresses more times than I’d like to admit even though it was the last minutes!! What I picked out was absolutely wonderful and she walked me through my payment options. This was going to be a needed investment so Sylvie made sure to let me know about the mattress protectors and warranties. The entire experience was wonderful for a quick impulse look at mattresses. This was my second visit to Matress Firm. I purchased a mattress in May and I was just satisfied with it. The mattress kept sliding off of the base it was too low to the ground and it was not comfortable. I upgraded to a better mattress and wound up paying double the price. The mattress just arrived several hours ago and so far so good but feels a little bit more comfortable but I won’t know until tomorrow morning when I see if the mattress has slid from the base during the night as the other one always did. My first sales person was Omar who was very professional and very thorough. When I went in there a few days ago I worked with Silvie and she was incredibly kind thorough and knowledgeable and a very sweet lady. I was very pleased with both of the sales persons and the problems I had with the mattress has absolutely no reflection on them. I am just hoping that this mattress turns out to be much better as I believe you have a no return policy and I’m kind of worried about that

WOW I was really surprised to see such a high Google rating. My experience was completely different. The gentleman we met when we walked in was nice. Where my experience went sour was when the “manager” appeared out of nowhere and she brought a real low class used car salesman approach to our visit. Total turn off to having any interest in proceeding any further. Shame for the original person we talked to, my wife liked the bed we were looking at.

What a great experience today at Mattress Firm!!! We were greeted by Omar. Honestly - we felt like it would be hard to walk and decide for ourselves with someone following us - but immediately he began to build a relationship. I can say without hesitation that when we mentioned we liked a certain type of mattress he led us straight to trying them. He mentioned the sleep test, but quickly adapted to the fact that we were very specific. It was truly a blessing since we are returning our Sleep Number bed and felt burned by that experience. I wish we went to Mattress Firm first - they have more affordable prices and they are not selling an air mattress. In addition, I mentioned the clearance center to ask about how that works - and he did not make me feel embarrassed at all. That was an awesome thing, because he found what we wanted at a huge discount. I could go on for pages - the store was clean, the sales people were friendly, and Omar is our hero!!!! Thank you!

The wonderful salesman I dealt with was no t there when I went to complete the buy but the salesmen there were all cordial and helpful. In fact although the mattress was unavailable there one of the salesmen who dealt with me managed to send me to another store where I was able to get it. Went to get a new mattress with adjustable base. Purchased the mattress on April 11th. The sales man, Masoom guaranteed me that my mattress would be delivered on 4/19/2021. This date came and passed and I was informed only after I called in that my mattress could not be delivered until May 1st, but even then they weren’t sure they’d have it and I may have to wait months. Months for a mattress I already paid 3700$.Upset I called in and spoke with the manager Omar. Omar, when hearing my problem sighed loudly over the phone multiple times and told me it was their mistake and made it clear he did not care about my issue. I said I wanted to speak with the store manager, which Omar told me he was. I asked to speak to his supervisor which Omar said he wouldn’t do, he did say he would forward my info to the area manager.The “area manager” Jermey called me back an hour later. While he was more professional and sought to actually help with my issue he also lied, he was just another manager from the same store and had no real power to help me.After this experience I just wanted a refund. I couldn’t even get it and at the time of writing this review the corporate office is holding my money, I have to wait 5-10 days to get my money backI went down the street to city mattress. They had the exact mattress I wanted in stock and for less money. Save yourself my experience and just go somewhere else.
