Drove from Allen to see if they could help me with a problem I was having with my phone. The power button was stuck. Guy said he didnt know much about em, to which I could understand I guess. But the guy didnt even bother trying to help me find a nearby place that does phone repairs when I asked. There was no one else in the store... I had to drive back to Allen to get on my computer to look up a place. The guy just seemed kinda lazy :/

This location is doing a great job I cant speak highly enough for the associate that was working. 5 Stars for Sergio!!! Cricket as a company has no compassion. They wont give a deceased person credit for the month of June even though the person has been gone since may 5th. Keep Mays charge!!! Only asking for a refund for June!!

Wanted to buy an iPhone, first day waited about 45 minutes in que but only one staff could not provide us support so returned home. Second day more customers in que but only one staff, so left the center. We have cricket 4 lines. Its really a frustrating customer support!!!! But while we bought our first phone then we got good support because that time there were two staff.

Another great experience. Been with C for a while now and needed an upgrade on my phone. No pressure, plenty of customer service and the transition was seamless. Sometimes simple is better. Do not need all of the lights and sirens to get my attention, just treat me decent and they get that.

Operate on AT&T towers so coverage is pretty good. Cheapest operator with quality service. Glad I went here.

I cut my phone bill in half with Cricket. Ive used them for over 2 years now and have never once thought about switching back to one of the big four. AT&T actually owns cricket so you get the exact same coverage areas. The only difference is that AT&T customers get priority on the higher speed data lanes (meaning you might get bumped down to 3g during peak usage times). You wont notice a difference. These stores are all franchises though and not corporate stores. If you are switching to cricket, getting a new phone, or need to pay a bill with cash: go to the store. Anything else, call their 1-800 customer service number.

I love being with Cricket but this particular store is the worse. Their manager is pretty worthless. If I could give zero stars I would.

Do not I repeat do not buy from them. They sold me a defective phone that broke two weeks later and refuse to replace it because its been over 7 days. This store is doing a scam selling defective phones to customers and then making them buy another one so they make more money. They dont care about their customers they dont care about anything about making money. Do not buy from the store. The store manager is too chickenshit to even try to help me fix this problem. Worst business over. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Cricket is fantastic and so much less expensive than other cell phone companies! At this location they were kind and made things easy to understand, so now I plan to add more family members to them!

They have very hospitable and super smart guys here, no other stores can solve my problems. I was in Cricket and moved to ATT and now I want to move back to Cricket. But I went to stores 5 times- 3cricket and 2 att, as my account number is just incorrect and the ATT call center staff is just so untrained, but after 6 months effort, this store’s staff spent almost 2 hours to finally get my number switched!
