Chris Buchanan was extremely helpful the various times that I have gone to the store, in the past two years. The rest of the staff are also very helpful to the customers.
Chris is amazing: incredibly patient, sensitive, and helpful. I presented him with my very old, unchargeable Samsung. I didnt have passwords, pin, etc. Suffice it to say that Chris had to be very creative to successfully transfer all the old data to the new Samsung. Verizon should be very proud to have him as their representative.
I went to this location because of the stellar reviews. Unfortunately express service is not what I nor other customers received from Chris, who neglected our time and health.1. Manager Chris does not respect customers time. He told me it would be fifteen minutes, but I ended up leaving without service because he spent over an hour with one customer. The other customers who came in before and after me also left without service, exasperated with how long Chris took with the one customer. It is understandable for longer wait times with decreased staffing, but its not an excuse to give misleading wait times and lack time management skills.2. This branch does not follow CDC recommendations for retailers. No employee face coverings or gloves. No physical distancing. No curbside service. No sanitizing on entry/exit. No hours dedicated for at-risk groups. This store is the least compliant with IPC protocols I encountered. If your business cannot operate with six feet physical distancing, the least you can do is wear a face covering. We wear a face covering to protect you, not ourselves. Please provide the same respect for others health.
Jon is the only reason I’m still with Verizon after dealing with online and another store I was about done but as soon as I walked in Jon got me the phone I wanted ordered the watch I wanted and overall made the experience pleasant and seamless and I was happy to do business with him. Chris helped us out with getting new phone and a new plan. His customer service was top notch, and I love how welcoming all the employees were! We got the S20+ on launch day and one of the employees came out with a balloon to celebrate!
So elderly moms flip phone dies while were moving her from rehab back to senior living during the quarantine. Stress!! She needed to be able to reach us and we needed to be able to reach her. Manager Chris was great - very knowledgeable and helpful. He got her set up on a new (but same model) flip phone and even saved us some $ on our family plan. Difficult time made better by great service.
Jonessa helped me out and was amazing! She answered all my questions and made sure I left well informed and without and doubts. Shes new there but I swear she seems like shes been there for years! Ask for jonessa next time you go there to get your cellphone needs taken care of. She will truly go above and beyond for you!

Switched over from a different carrier and Chris made the whole experience so simple and enjoyable! He assisted my husband and I with finding the best options for our plan and told us every detail we needed to know! We didn’t know the store closed at 8pm, and when I asked, Chris said he had no problem with staying a little late. He did not rush the process and was as helpful as ever. Definitely go to this location to work with Chris!
I had been having an amazingly rough time getting things sorted out with my account and all the devices on the account.Went to the Verizon store on Coit and found out they were not a corporate store.....BUT, they are far better than a corporate store! I had the privilege of having Scott help me out and he answered any and all questions I had, he had quite the sense of humor as well, it was like I wasnt even dealing with a problem thats how at ease he put me.If ever you have issues with your service or your phone or devices like a tablet, seek out this store for sure. Very professional, very knowledgeable and they put your mind at ease. Five stars is not enough, thank you so mucb Scott!

He made the process of upgrading my mothers phone and switching my phone and wifes phone from T-Mobile saving us time and money.

Dishonest sale rep. I was told that I would be paying one price for my device. However, once the sales rep rung the device up she charged me for the full price and said she was unable to override the price because she entered it in wrong. Ask me to come back to have the manager correct it (after he gave her instructions on how to). Claims she wasn’t knowledgeable on how to override the price(if you didn’t know what you were doing then you shouldn’t have offer that to someone).Once I was finally able to come back to the store for the price override which was before the first billing cycle they then said I needed to contact Verizon(but how would Verizon know you made a deal with me?). Their response, you can have them contact us directly. If that’s the case, then you should been able to do that in the store on the behalf of a costumer.Overall, based off my experience when we walked into the store it was empty which leads me to believe the sales rep was in a rush to make a sale and wasn’t completely honest with the purchase.
What a great experience we had at this location! Chris Buchanan fixed my phone in about 3 minutes. We had just left a different Verizon store where all they offered was buy a new phone. We were on our way to sign up with Spectrum when we saw this store on our way and stopped in. Chris was courteous, helpful and pleasant. He replaced my sim card (the only problem my phone had) and as a result of his attention we are staying with Verizon.
Awesome location for dinning and shopping! Brand new store in the area with phenomenal customer service! Every representative at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. I Highly recommend this location to everyone. Came in to get a few of my phones switched back to Verizon and left with a customer service phone number and no phones switched from their competitor. This is the kind of behavior that sinks a company. If someone wants to give you their business...take it and make it happen. Dont send them away kicking the can down the road just because its close to closing time.
This location was amazing. Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Provided great service and was very funny and helpful. The other employees were funny and nice as well. It didn’t take too long to get my new phone and he helped a lot with getting my new phone.

Chris was so friendly, patient and helpful in my wife and I’s visit to the store. We were actually at a different store before making our way to this location. The person “helping” my wife and I was very unprofessional, not knowledgeable and blatantly rude on about 5 occasions. We left because of that and fortunately ended up in Chris’s hands. We walked in and we immediately got much better vibes. If you need to go in store for anything Verizon related, you simply must go here and deal with Chris. You’ll thank me after.
The staff is very nice, attentive, and the store is clean. I did receive a bit of misinformation though from the employees in the store. They told me Im eligible for a first responders plan as a veteran but I have yet to reconcile my eligibility with Verizon reps when on the phone. This stores live demo phones were limited, and needed a bit of whipping down after obvious excessive touching.
Cesar did a great service on our phones and are now aol free. We’re getting all our mail now and without all the frustrations we’ve had recently. Five stars to Cesar.

Dishonest sales rep. Lied about the price of the screen protector and the phone case then kept the first page of the receit to hide the prices. Took us a 2 hours chat with Verizon and a trip back to the store to get reimbursed. The store manager was helpful and sorry.

Worst costumer service ever. He couldn’t attach the screen protector perfectly, then made some scratches on it while trying to get rid of the bubbles. At the end he gave me the broken screen protector and said that’s how it is and “It doesn’t look nice but still protects your screen.”
Don’t go. Especially at night. There is a lady who works here at night who has no clue what she is doing. Made me wait 2 hours and then I walked out without getting anything done. She has no idea how to use the system.
