Under new management three years ago defending a horrible review. Under new management nine months ago from another horrible review. Seems like people that are experiencing the same customer service that I have go back at least seven years. Id say this is most certainly the same management.
Great and reliable repair service, had a problem with my PS4 and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Won’t charge you high price like other places do. I recommend to anyone who has electronic problems!
Ace, the owner, took excellent care of me when I brought my phone to him with water damage. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I found him after the Apple store said they couldnt fix my phone and wanted me to buy a new one for $329. Ace fixed it for less than $100! I highly recommend this store if you are having cell phone problems. Give Ace a chance, you will be happy you did!
Ive been to a couple of cell phone repair shops, however Quick EZ repair outweighs them all in exceptional service, attention to detail, customer care and great prices. I was shocked at how great the deal was to fix my iPhone. I recommend that you stop by next time your cellphone has any issues! Again, thank you Quick EZ repair for your exceptional service.
Had an iPhone 6S screen replaced. The screen worked for about a month then started to fade and eventually would completely white out. This happened while I was out of town so I was forced to purchase a new phone because I knew the 6S had a 90 day warranty on the screen and wanted them to fix this. When I got back I drove an hour (plus) from my house to have this repaired and was told by the tech they would not honor the warranty and that was damage I had done. The glass was not cracked and never dropped. He told me I could come back Monday when the owner was in. I told him I drove an hour a 15 to come have this fixed, and was frustrated that he wanted me to make a return trip. He gave me the cell phone of the owner and after talking with him, he told me I could leave the phone there and he would look at this Monday (12-4) and call me. Today is 12/12 and I still had not heard from him. I called and he said he hasnt looked at this and he would call me when he has a chance to look at it. Hoping this story ends better than some of the other reviews and I will update this review once I have resolution. Dont be fooled by cheap replacement screens... spend the money and time have this replaced the right way the first time...Hoping these guys do the right thing.
I needed my laptop screen to be fix, so I decide to go here. But, they told me that it might take about 5 days to get every part. Then the day I was suppose to get my computer back. They say that they ordered the wrong part, and it would be another 2 days before that part comes in. I was pretty mad at this point. Then when I go back in, they said the part didn’t come in, and I would have to come back after the weekend because they don’t get delivers on Saturday or Sunday. They aren’t helpful with computers at all. I could have ordered all the part myself and fixed it myself. But, I thought that this shop would have a quicker turn around on the laptop then I would. But I was wrong to come to this shop.
I love these guys not only the pricing but how polite they are. They always get my issues fix, great pricing plus they make me feel at home. He had to wait outside the mall one day after working hours just to make sure I pick up my computer (thank you so much) . You guys are great Ill rather drive 2hours to willow bend.
The staff is quick, professional and informative. From start to finish I felt at ease that my device would be repaired and looking brand new. Aside from the prestine job they did, the price that I paid to fix my device was the best around. I absolutely recommend them and will be back in case of another accident.
Great service. Friendly staffs. Want to change my ram on the laptop. The one I bought from Amazon didn’t work out. I bought another one from fry’s. It didn’t work out either. So we just back and forth for like 2 weeks.And they charged me only extra couple bucks after opening my laptop for so many times. I know how difficult it is to open my laptop. That’s why I brought it to them. Job well done.

3 months + more than 10 visits + more than 20 calls + 160$ to replace a broken Moto X screen. They did manage to replace the screen, but they threw the two earpieces on the top and bottom of the screen (which keeps the mic and speaker modules clean). When asked why are they missing, they replied saying You cant expect a broken car to be the same again and I had to live with it. The earpiece covers were perfectly fine when the screen was broken. They just failed to put it back in, they delivered it to me without putting it in, when I went back, they said we threw it. I understand this will not happen to all customers, but when it happens Be prepared for it!
This business has no sense of urgency to get things done, they do not keep you updated on your property, and no matter how bad they mess up or how long over the deadline they go, they do not offer refunds on ANYTHING, including expedited shipping. This company told me over the phone that they could get my part overnight and have it done by the next day. When I went in, it turned into a 4 day promise that I would still have to pay the expedited shipping fee for. As this is my work laptop and I needed it as soon as possible, I agreed to their terms and paid everything up front.As they said it would be available Monday morning, I started to grow concerned that by 3:00, I had heard nothing from them. I called and they had no answer for me. Later I found that the shipping was delayed. Understandable. They called me at 7:00 and said the part came in and my laptop was ready to pick up. I was very excited since I had a big presentation that week! I went to pick it up. Turned out the ONLY computer tech, who is also the owner and manager, broke my new screen putting it on.No refund was offered, just a new promise to have the screen shipped and ready to pick up by Friday. I agreed and waited. Friday came and by late afternoon I have heard nothing from them so I called. They had no answer for me yet again and said they would get back with me. They called and blamed UPS for the second time. At this point, I have gone over a week without my laptop so I decide to go up to the store and ask for it back, with a refund, to take my business elsewhere. The employee could not offer me anything without the managers consent. Convenient, as the manager was off that day and completely unreachable.I tried calling him several times and over an hour later he calls me back with hateful remarks like, you called me 10 times like someone died over a laptop?! He refused to give me a refund and stated that I was just going to have to wait.I finally picked up my laptop a week later. I had to make every phone call to see what the status of my laptop was and I was treated very poorly throughout the whole process. I wasnt even refunded for the expedited shipping fee.I dont know how this business stays in business. Their customer service is terrible. They do not care about their customers and blame everyone else for their mess ups. I have been in contact with UPS and they said many mistakes were made by the owner that kept the package from arriving on time. I also asked for receipts on my orders so I could check the order dates and they refused to give it to me. They never apologized or took responsibility for any of it. The owner is rude and has no business working on laptops, let alone running a business. As a business owner, the customer comes first and when you chose to open a business, you accepted the responsibility to be available for them. He was unreachable and completely absent unless I pushed the issue.Any attempt to respond to this review with more excuses and lies by the owner is just another example of poor ownership and selfishness of a business that only works toward one and done customers. The other reviews tell similar stories....
Do not go here!!! I brought iPad to this place and when I got it back I realized they messed it up even further. I brought it back and they wanted to make me pay more money. Their customer service is horrible!

I have brought two different IPhones here to have the screens replaced. They have always been very friendly, have replaced the screens quickly, and weve never had any post-repair issues. They have always beat their competitors in price for the same service. I would recommend checking them out!

Had them replace my daughters iPhone 5C. A simple job (that i could have done myself) but after repair phone started to act ... click, lock, type .... everything on its own while you are using it. My daughter complained a few times but i thought she is doing it so she can get a new phone (lol ... my bad). I checked it recently to find it really has problems.Ill call them and see if theyll fix it and update my review and experience after that.

Great customer service! When I came in the store, the employees were very friendly unlike in the other repair stores or in other stores in general. I came up to this employee (I think his name was Abdul) and asked him if he could fix my my phone because I broke the charging port of my iPhone and asked if he could fix all of this by 8pm. He said yes and when I came in the store at 8pm, I got my iPhone back and it felt like I bought a new iPhone! I definitely recommend this store because their employees are very friendly, they fix things quick, and they also have cheap prices. 10/10
I have taken 5 or 6 devices to Quick EZ Repairs over the years and I have always been pleased with their work. They tell you upfront what to expect and the work is done quickly and looks great!
Quick and easy iphone repair! Under 10 minutes, very polite and friendly staff. There are several places to get your phone repaired in Willowbend mall but this is the best option. The repair quote was cheaper than other quotes I received around town and there is a movie playing that you can watch while you wait.

This is the worst service ever. Completely messed up my screen. Coloring is off, sensitivity of screen is off, and screen is crooked. The real kicker is they will fix your phone but arent responsible for messing it up further 😂. Additionally, they claim to be quick and are when you havent paid yet, but once youve paid and theyve messed it all up, it takes half a day and they wont give refunds. Avoid this place!!! Now I get to go have Apple fix what they messed up.

I went to replace the cell phone back screen. This guys quoted different prices in matter of 10 mins. So, I suspected the quality of work they do. These guys started telling the part i took wont fit in etc., The repair tech at store was so rude when i said im not interested in proceeding further with their process. I will never recommend this shop to any of my friends and relatives.
Thanks for the one day service...I really messed up my phone by jamming my earplug and ruining the power cable connected to the on/off switch and volume controls. My phone worked better and faster than it did before I had a hand in messing it up, and the free car charger was awesome, too.
Rude and shady individuals. I went in and they asked us to leave while they talked with a supplier which i can only assume meant stolen phones. After this they refused to serve me for some hair brain reason after asking me questions about my personal life AFTER disassembling my phone and refusing to put it back together. Guy claimed to be the owner and told me if i had a problem to go talk to his daddy across who owns the jewelry store. pathetic people and a shame willow bend lets shops like this in.
My experience with this business and the owner of it is similar to the most recent ones: Get it done, get the money and if theres a problem too bad for you. My wife took our ipad to have the cracked screen replaced (before Christmas of 2017). When the repair was done, she picked it up, paid for the service and then when tried to charge it at home the ipad was not charging at all. She took it back and after few days was told it was ready. Went again, this time I went with her and took my external battery pack to test it there. When given it (and when supposedly was all good), the same problem existed. I asked to talk to the owner and the attendant reached him at his phone. My conversation resulted in the owner being defensive from the get go. As a customer you expect options and explanations to come to a mutual agreement to resolve the problem but the owner was defensive saying there was a different issue (which technically was true but it makes you wonder where the second issue resulted from) and pushing his position that he did not have time to look into the issue and was not going to charge for it but had to much work and had two other locations to attend(blah, blah, blah). The attitude from the owner (and since the payment had already been done) was complete customer unfriendly. Any other decent business works with you to get to a reasonable plan and agreement for something that works for both parties and to get it right but not this person. After his defensive explanations and when I asked him what could be done since the ipad was unusable for us, he mentioned that after the holidays he could have time to look into it. I decided to take him up on his word since the device was unusable. Well, you can imagine what happened after the holidays were well over and my wife stopped again to get an update - She eventually decided to take it home for good at the unusable state. It baffles me that no decent effort was made to try to fix the other issue, even if that would have resulted in having to pay for another part, the simple mentality of working with the customer was complete missing and was a waste of time (the screen was replaced so did not waste all my money) but this business has lost a customer for good and yes I also have other businesses to attend.

Absolutely the WORST! Repair technician would answer the phone like you were calling his personal line, no customer service skills at ALL either, told me if would be an hour wait and didnt even get a phone call from them regarding my phone. I had to go up to the mall at 845 before it closed to get my phone which they tried to tell me it would be 160 bucks for my phone which was water damaged but the phone still wasnt even working by this point. THEN, the manager quoted me several different prices and told me to leave my phone for a few days to qhich they didnt even bother to call me, I had to call back 4 days later to which the same technician put me on hold for 10 minutes and I finally hung up the phone and called the manager who was rude! The place is basically ran by a college kid whos parents probably own it and he hires his friends to actually were hanging out in the store while i was there. Im considering calling the BBB.
Highly disappointing with the customer service. The 30 day warranty is trash especially, when they cant fix the issue they caused on my phone. After i paid for reparations. The store doesnt even keep track of receipts. If theres a manager available, Give me a call. My contact is on the receipt once its found. Id also like my refund!.

Came in on a Thursday to get my cracked screen fixed was told they didnt have my color and would be able to get one in later that evening and could they could replace it on Friday. I Showed up at 9:55 5 minutes before they were supposed to open and waited till 1025 and there was no one to open the store. So I came back on Saturday and they said that the delivery truck was delayed and would not be in till Monday and phone would be repaired by 3:30. showed up at 5:30 not only was it not repaired it was the wrong color and they asked if I was ok with that. Really I would give 0 stars if I could. what a waste of time.

Would not recommend this place based on their customer service alone. I purchased a Groupon last week to get my cracked Samsung S6 repaired. (Now mind you, I cant completely fault the repair store, part of it falls on Groupon too.) the groupon was listed as Samsung phone Glass Only. I emailed to ask would it be for my model they said, yes but for the glass only. So I purchased. Went into the store a couple of days later & as soon as I stated I had a Groupon the young man started questioning was I sure it was for that location. I showed him that it was. He proceeded to tell me they would have to order the glass & the timing. Then he was like well let me make sure we are still running this special. (UMMMM Ok) Then he proceeded to call someone, they stated the special was supposed to be removed. (Not my fault) Now all of the sudden the groupon isnt for my phone model and the price is double of what the Groupon was for. He was not sympathetic & tell you the truth he acted like he really didnt want my business and that I was basically bothering him, all he could say was well Groupon is real good about giving refunds. I grabbed the phone and left disappointed. EZ repair &Groupon please dont offer deals if youre not going to be specific or on the same page. What a waste of time.

Beware of this dishonest and outright jerk of a person. Zero respect for any hardworking Texsn. Shady and completely dishonest guy. Do not trust Irman or Ace or whomever he is today.I had received a call from this guy who also happens to be the owner of this computer shop, stating I had my computer there which I left him after moving to another state. Figured I lost it due to time that had passed. My bad for forgetting a computer behind. I was under the impression this was a straight shooter and I would be reuniting with my property. After getting a voicemail of his exact voice asking me to please get my computer, I returned the call within 1 hour. I simply told him I would have my family member there to contact him and that I am unclear as to where my receipt is since my move. He stated to tell me that we were good and all I needed was ID for whomever is picking up the computer. Simple enough right? NopeAfter having my family contact the owner Irman or something like this, he proceeded to turn his words around and was a complete jerk. After turning her away, she called me and asked me why did he call me in the first place since he will not release my computer. Grant it, I know he didnt have to call me in the first place. However, he did call and did say in his message to me that he still had my computer. So based off of that alone is why this guy is not honest at all.After calling this guy out, he proceeded to tell me he never called me and doesnt call anyone to get any computer ever even though he works for a computer repair place. Red flag... Then I asked him why do I have a VM from his personal cell number with his exact same voice and using an alias name like Ace? His answer was he had no idea why and it could be a hacker or a conspiracy against him. Again I asked why the message and why after I personally talked to him over the phone did he all of a sudden within an hour switch his story? Again he replied, he didnt leave any message even though his voice along with an alias name he uses from time to time is on there. While on the phone he tells me Ace was his co worker and he had no such computer. Then in 30 seconds he then states Ace is his nick name. What!!!!? Im so confused...All in all. Do not do busines with these guys Irman or Ace or whatever name is fabricated. Dishonest and simply an ass for even trying to lie. Again, I know that time had passed. I get it. But to call me and be so polite at first and state the computer was still there and to come on by and verify the owner was me and then deny me or my family member as she showed up was uncalled for. The fact that I still have the VM which is being turned over to the local police and to my attorney, Im sure the truth will come ot that he was able to pocket the computer and tried to be dishonest from the start. Its a bummer that there are businesses which work in this manner. Oh well, its time to expose these type of people and do busines elsewhere.Do not use them!!!!
I had a cracked screen making my iPhone pretty useless. I searched and found quick ez repair. The price was the cheapest I found but what really stood out were all the 5 star reviews. The shop is located upstairs in willow bend mall. So I walk and was promptly greeted by the owner/ repair tech. 15 minutes and 50 bucks later I was walking out with a new screen and a free car charger. I had a 3GS so price may be higher on a 4. But check him out if you find yourself with a broken phone.
Worst customer service ever. Purchased a Groupon for an iPad and they refused to fix it. Although the Groupon was specifically for that make and model. Would never recommend this business to anyone. Staff was so rude. My husband spoke to the owner and he gave the run around as well!

Chris, was genuine, informative and professional (she made us feel comfortable, explained the product, process and time it would take to complete- she is a gem!) We typically use only manufacturer to repair items but Apple Store in the mall referred us to third-party companies for assistance (2 in the mall) as they dont repair their iPads in the store. After visiting with Chris at EZ Fix we didnt go anywhere else. My company issues many iPads and iPhones for office to field staff, things get broken and I would highly recommend this store, based on my experience! Employees and not just actual services provided make a huge difference!!! Thank you for all of your help!Update- screws were not put back in and screen had to be held in with a case.

My iPhone 6 Plus screen broke, and i was crying and so sad but a friend recommended quiz ez repairs. I found myself in the store and my shirt was still drenched with tears, however i spotted a nice brown skin manned behind the desk. I approached with caution, however i shouldnt have because he was the NICEST GUY i have ever met his name was ABDUL, and he was so so so nice, and thoughtful. He took me through the entire phone repair process with ease. This man Abdul is the nicest man i have ever met. In fact i offered him a job and he told me he would consider it. Great store, great service, quick ez repair.
I have an Iphone for repair. They took 2 weeks, and call to say iphone is repaired. When i went to pick it up, they said they cant figure out the problem, and charged me for it. Very bad customer Service and a Reap OFF. the owner has a sales mouth so be awrae
I bought 2 iPhones in for repair and was charged to replace a part on one phone that was supposed to resolve my issue. A few days after getting phone back, that part broke again. When I brought my phone back(since it was on 30 warranty) the technician was very rude and did not attempt to repair my phone until 5 days later. I did not receive any phones calls about the status of my repairs like I received when I originally took my phones in. When I tried to call they would not answer the phone and when I finally spoke with someone they hung up on me. I have my phones back after several days of it sitting for repair and it is still broken. I wasted my money and will have to take it to another phone repair shop. Worse experience ever! Please do not bring your equipment to this business. Horrible experience no satisfaction and terrible customer service!!!

Tldr; godawful. AVOID.First went in to repair an HTC-1, for a cracked screen. The outer screen was all cracked up, but the phone still worked. They identified the phone model, ordered a part, said come back in 5 days. Okay.After a week and a half, they hadnt called to tell me the part arrived. So I called them - turned out, they *didnt* know what the phones model was. They never ordered the part, and didnt call to let us know or ask to look at the phone again.Was promised a slight discount for the inconvenience, thats great. Went back in to the store to let them open it up and identify the new part theyd need. While inspecting it, (not even repairing it) the technician at the desk shattered the touch LCD underneath, and broke the volume button while he was at it. Was a cracked screen, is now a black and unresponsive screen. 5-7 more days to order the part, except now the phone is goddamn broken and un-usable where it wasnt before.The gentleman at the counter told us that, yeah, sometimes that happens. He hadnt warned us that taking a look at it might involve rendering it totally inoperable. Supposedly he had a back-up blackberry to lend to customers, but he had left it at home.The manager, (also owner?) on the phone, was not very helpful. He told us that the gentleman at the counter (and the only person in the store, and the only person doing repairs that day) was still in training. He offered a discount at first, then later changed his mind and refused because it would be a loss for them. And complained about how hard their job is, and how he hates to have customers bugging him on his day off. Should have read these reviews first. Terrible.

*****PLEASE READ.... SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF GOING TO THIS PLACE****I recently dropped my phone which cracked my screen and had to get it repaired. So I take it this ironically called Quick EZ Repair.... This is what happened1. I come in because the advertising says your phone can be fixed in 15 minutes. That sounds great. So I go in expecting a fairly quick turnaround. I give my phone to this guy (Benjamin) who says it actually be 24 hours. OK.... I didnt really care. One day isnt bad. He did warn me there was a very small chance my LCD could get destroyed during repairs.2. Next day: I call up to the store and Benjamin is like oh, Ive been meaning to call you.... Youre LCD went out. Now I was pretty annoyed by this but he did warn me of this so I eventually let it slide. The bad thing (which wasnt brought to my attention as a possibility when I left my phone) was that they had to order the LCD and that takes a week.3. A week goes by and no word. I call up to the store and Benjamin answers. He says once again that he was meaning to call me. It turns out Benjamin lost my home button on my phone (samsung galaxy note 2) when he put the LCD together. So I ask, what does this mean. It means we have to order a new button and that should take a week Benjamin replies. I wasnt too happy about this incompetence but I had no choice at this point but to wait.4. A week goes by and I call up. They still havent gotten the button. A couple days later I call again. They received the button. But wait.... It turns out the part they lost was the bezel around the button (which I am just now finding out) and the part they had shipped to them didnt include that. So.... I get to wait another week.5. So, a week goes by and they call me (on my girlfriends phone, I havent had a phone this whole time, no loaner for me) and tell me to come get the phone. I get up there and start looking at my repairs. It looks good at first. But then I notice my SIM card is missing. I ask Benjamin where it was. He asks me to wait a moment and he looks in the back. I hear him laughing with a co-worker about something when he comes out and then he tells me he lost that.... I start messing with my phone and notice that there were dark marks on my screen.... He says there is a glue problem and that hell have a look. He asked that I come back in 30 minutes. No problem I thought, I have to get a new sim card anyways.6. So I drive to AT&T and get my SIM card drive back. Walk the entire mall and stop by footlocker to look around. It was probably a good solid hour-hour and a half time. I come back into the store and Benjamin tells me he needs another 15 minutes. I sit on the couch in the store and give him a solid half hour before asking for an update.7. Finally he comes out and tells me he cracked the screen trying to fix the glue problem. He did however get me a new screen placed on there (wrong color but at this point Ill take anything). And good news... Hes taking 10% off the order. It only came out to be a cheap 240.After all the headaches of not having a phone and being put through all that I just wanted to warn people about this place. MAYBE I was just REALLY unlucky. Whatever the case may be, I would recommend you taking your damaged phones and such elsewhere.
This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with they are big cheats and thiefs they give cheap parts and steal parts out of your phone. You are better of going to this other place in mall called Cellairis by food court.Do not go to Quick Ez repair in willow bend unless you like throwing money away.Do not deal guy named Imran biggest thief.

15 mins - dont believe it. I went in there and waited an hour before they told me they couldnt fix my screen, I was on break at work. When I said I just wanted my phone and was ready to leave, the owner came up and told the employee not to apologize for making me wait because I was rude and impatient. This place is a joke. All of these reviews must be from friends because it seems like they are pushing hard for the google advertising. Please dont give this rude man your hard earned money.
Wow where do I start with this place. I dropped my phone off on a Thursday at 5 and the guy told me there was 2 phones ahead of me that it might be ready that night or the next day. So the next day I call around 1 and the guy who picked up said he wasnt going to be there until four so he would call me then. I also wanted to make sure they had the correct number and he said he had it on caller ID. Like I expected NO ONE called and when I called it went to voice mail. The next day i go up there and the guy I dropped the phone off to said he didnt know what was wrong because he didnt work on it so to give him fifteen minutes to look at it. I go shopping for an hour and a half and go back to him saying he cant get a hold of the guy who worked on it and to come back at four. So I go back at 6 to them telling me they couldnt fix it and still had to charge me 20.99 for the diagnosis even though they couldnt tell me what was wrong. To wrap this up my co worker ended up fixing my phone after the incident. WOW a guy who isnt a cell phone technician could fix it but they couldnt figure it out!!!!
UPDATE: The owner, Imran, called me, listened to my concerns and fairly sorted the issue out just as the name states - QUICKly! I am very satisfied and will continue to go to EZ for my phone maintenance! Thanks Imran!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service I received and continue to receive at Quick EZ Repairs.January 2016, I chose to use EZ for my phone repair - when I could have given my business to any of the other 4 phone repairs shops located within a 5 mile radius of EZ - to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 6, which came with a 60 day warranty. I also purchased a Caseology case and and tempered glass screen protector.March 2016, I returned to EZ because the screen was separating from the frame that attaches to the phone. (the case I bought is a hard, 2-piece case that requires the bottom piece to be removed in order to slide the phone in and out of the body of the case, which I had done in order to clean the screen edges). The associate who helped me said she would replace the screen with a new one free free since I was just under the 60-day warranty deadline. Still, 30 minutes I had to AGAIN return to EZ because the speaker on my phone was now not working. The same associate fixed the phone and it appeared to be working fine.July 2017, while out of town I noticed the keyboard was either delayed or not working at all when typing. I removed the case to find that about 80% of the screen had once again separated from the screen frame, and when I rotated the phone to look closer, a tiny silver part fell out (which I could never find), thus causing the touch capability to stop functioning properly almost entirely. As I was driving back to Dallas alone and at night, I I decided to place a PIN-SIZE drop of glue in the corner where the glue had separated to avoid loosing 100% capability of my phone!The very next day (Monday), I took the phone back to EZ and explained what had happened to a different associate, who told me that (1) in January they received a bad batch of screens that had not been fully baked (i.e. the glue holding the screen to the body separated), (2) they had replaced multiple screens between the months of February and April due to that batch of faulty screens, (3) the associate that helped me was lazy and had in fact NOT replaced the screen as she said she had but had only repaired it somehow - and was actually FIRED for this very reason, (4) despite all of this - they could NOT replace the screen UNLESS I PAID ANOTHER $80 because I was just now bringing the phone in and I had I brought it in Feb-April, they could have replaced it for free. Since then, Id say I have about 20% capability to type IF I turn my phone sideways.**NEVER during the time from January to July did I ever receive a call, text, email, letter or candygram from EZ Repairs alerting me that I possibly purchased a faulty screen from them eluding to a faulty screen or to bring the phone in for an examination by a specific date.Shipments containing faulty parts and/or lazy/badly trained employees are the responsibility of EZ Repairs - not the paying consumer of the product(s) they sell. Because the faulty part was never communicated to me (or within the supposed Feb-April time-frame) and because the employee essentially lied to me and did not replace the part as I was told thus voiding the warranty that I purchased in January, I ONLY expected my screen to be replaced with a new, fully-functioning screen at NO charge. Unfortunately at this point, I can only conclude that I have been defrauded by Quick EZ Repairs.I would appreciate a response ASAP. Thank you.

Terrible Customer service, and terrible work. Their new screen replacement popped off 2 days after warranty (32 days after work) and they would not help replace it so I had to go to another store to get it done. Seems like they just wanted to charge you for anything!
