After a detailed discussion of how I would use my glasses (for computer use) and how my focal length would need to be around 23-27 inches because of that the dr. made a big deal of writing computer on the RX. Well I had the glasses made and the focal length was 14 -going back in I was told by the sales ladies that this was normal but that the dr. could easily fix my rx with math and all would be well so he mathed it up and I was on my way-had new glasses made and lo and behold ...same issue. I went back in and was condescended to about why this was the case and was told they DIDNT HAVE TIME TO DISCUSS IT WITH ME!!! I just had two worthless pairs of glasses made and driven up there twice b/c of their incompetence and THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR ME. Wow. I was blown away by the arrogance. I have wasted time and money on this place-I have been patient and polite and every turn has been met with indifference. Good luck if this where you choose to go for your vision needs-Id suggest somewhere more responsive.

Needed to come in for an emergency, was able to be seen that day. Dr. Philips is wonderful and so is all of the staff. Highly recommend.

Dr moon was great. However the prices of glasses with insurance was outrageous! I will never purchase glasses from there again. I knew better. My husband got glasses for a third of what I got mine for. Same insurance ...how can that be? !

After calling over 5 clinics, not one of those other clinics were as warm hearted and compassionate sounding as she was. Her customer service exceeded there and my expectations. When I told her I had my 2 boys she quickly recommended a Saturday slot. This gave me the option to leave my boys with dad. When I couldnt find info on my insurance card she also went out of her way to look my info up in her system, and found what she was looking for. I chose Lakeside Vision over 10 years ago when I worked in West Plano. Dr. Turner left the practice, and I now work in Arlington, so I was hesitant to come back with a new doctor and the inconvenient location. I had always had positive experiences so rather than risk a new office closer to home I decided to come back. The office has been totally redone and is spacious and inviting. It seems all of the equipment has been replaced with the latest technology. The staff was professional and very friendly. The service was efficient. Dr. McPherson was excellent and very honest. Another positive experience so I will stay with this practice despite the long ride. In fact I will recommend this office to my wife, who has experienced less than stellar service at an office closer to our house in Dallas.

Sadly, I was mistaken! The back of the house and receptionist were very dry and unwelcoming. Dr. Moon was very out of it with tiredness/stabilizer, I feel it was a complete waste of our money. I was very unsatisfied with the level of eye care I received. I feel my questions weren’t answered at all. My husband and I both had appointments back in Nov/Dec. I typically don’t post reviews, especially bad ones as I know they are often exaggerated. I have continued have have issues with my glasses therefore I feel it’s necessary. My script isn’t correct. I spent over a grand on glasses/sunglass frames. I have nearly lost the lenses out of my sunglasses multiple times, but because I’m was so uncomfortable leaving the office because of the level of care I don’t want to bother with going back in. I will say, the lady that helped us pick out and fitted us for our frames was fantastic.

The doctor seems to be knowledgeable, patient and detail oriented after I have go back for a follow-up exam which turns out to be no-event.I did get a bill shock when I received my statement, and I have to pay half of the charges after insurance checks. I am wondering why no one could let me know upfront an estimate. Certainly by now I realized that this office charges higher than other comparable ones.

Ive been a patient of Dr Moon and Lakeside Vision for over 21 years. They go out of their way to make each patient feel like a VIP and answer every question about my eye care needs. On some of the machines I am not always able to get my head and eyes just in right position for it to get the proper readings but they take their time and are patience to help me get in just the right position. Dr. Moon is wonderful and has been our eye doctor for many years. She is an excellent doctor, is highly experienced, very well trained, and responsive to all the needs of her clients. We have recommended her to several of our friends who now feel the same way. On top of all that, she is a very beautiful woman!

Dr. Mcpherson is amazing and the staff is very friendly and polite. Office is beautiful and I love that they always have the newest technology to offer you. I was early for my appointment but they took me right back and I was done within an hour! Great staff!
