Boutique style optometrist and ophthalmologist in a great location. Drs are excellent and dont leave you waiting long at all. Plenty of choices on frames, etc. Ive been coming to this location since the 90s and see several of the same faces. New location in Prosper opened this year.

Dr. Nhan gave me a thorough and efficient eye exam. As someone who only recently had the need for glasses, she was able to answer my many questions about the process, and was extremely patient. The front desk was also extremely friendly and facilitative to the efficient process, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be coming back when I need to be back.

RAVE! I could not have possibly had a better experience with Eye Gallery. From before my appointment even began (new to the area and got lost looking for the office) everyone was so kind to me, The ladies working the front desk were very friendly and helpful, they ensured I got the most for my insurance coverage and made sure I new about the rebate I qualified for. Both the primary doctor as well as the girl who ran my eye scans couldnt have been nicer and more considerate of my needs and concerns. I was blown away and happy to make them my new go-to for eye care.

I moved to Plano in 2016 and my wife recommended I try Eye Gallery. I have been going since then yearly and recommend them myself now. They do a good thorough eye exam and they are not high pressure about buying things like some eye doctors. They are good about giving you enough test lenses if you wear contact lenses to really know if they will work if you wear dailies. My vision is important to me and they do a good job of maintaining it.

Dr Harrison gets 5 PLUS stars from me!! My husband, daughter, and I received top notch care from him when we lived in Plano for many years. We relocated to Atlanta and Newport Beach, California and were gone 8 years. Compared to other optometrist there, Dr Harrison was the best by far.He doesn’t know how many times I wish I had him instead of my providers in those states. We’ve returned to Dallas after being gone 8 years and now live in Uptown. My husband and I drive from Uptown to Plano for appointments with Dr Harrison. He was at the Prosper office this week and I needed to be seen. I drove from Uptown to Prosper just to be treated by him. He’s worn it! I’m not sure who the receptionist is that I spoke with the other day but she lacks customer service and compassion. I’ve been coming to the eye gallery every since I moved to Dallas. I love the Drs and everyone else I’ve dealt with there. But this visit was different. I shared with her that My Insurance was ending on that day due to be in between jobs (starting a new one that week) and she made me feel like a number...Like My Business wasn’t good there because I didn’t have the money at that moment to pay my $100.00 difference. The insurance covered I believe $180.00 of the cost. I asked if I could switch to a less expensive frame she said “We don’t have any in your price range”. I held my emotion back as I was already in a bad place from being out of work a few weeks and losing my grandfather. The walk from the counter to the door was the longest ever as I tried to hold in my tears from the disrespect as well as feeling neglected by a company that had been so nice and caring and always felt life family. I didn’t want anything for free. I just asked a few questions and she seemed annoyed. I had to wait a few days to post this review so that I wouldn’t post in anger. Like I said everyone else has been amazing the last 4 years but like the saying goes. 1 Apple ruins the bunch.

Tracy is the most Professional and caring consultant at Eye Gallery. My family has been going to see her for many years for all our eyeglass needs. She is highly knowledgeable on insurance matters as well as the main popular eyeglasses and how they will fit your face. I have been going to Eye Gallery all of my life. Even now that I am an adult, have new insurance, and am off on my own I still go here because the staff is genuine, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Brooks was awesome. I liked the way she makes you comfortable while you having all tests. She will keep you engaged while having checks and also will listen all your concerns. I have been to couple of eye doctors and she has been the best as of now. Staffs are cooperative and courteous. I would recommend everyone to Eye Gallery.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Carey Brooks yesterday (new to the area) and could not have been more impressed with the care provided by both her and her staff.I reluctantly requested a same-day appointment due to some urgent issues I was experiencing. Even as a new patient, I wasnt given any grief whatsoever about asking to be seen same-day; I think I was bothered by my request more than they were.The folks handling in-take were efficient and fast, which I appreciate, but not rushed. They were all professional and friendly. They explained each next step in the process as if we were taking that step together for the first time, if that makes any sense---there wasnt any expectation/pressure that I should know what to do or answer next.Dr. Brooks took more time discussing my eye health with me than any other optometrist Ive ever seen. I appreciated the genuine thought she put into what might cause my symptoms, and I left the office confident that she is right about the final diagnosis. Also, she ran through the 1 or 2, 1 or 2, 2 or 3, 2 or 3 song and dance more carefully and thoroughly than my previous doctor (who I thought was awesome before meeting Dr. Brooks.)I didnt order frames, lenses, or contacts on this trip, so I cant speak to that process, but given my great experience with the check-up, Im assuming theyll knock that out of the park, too.Im looking forward to returning to Eye Gallery as long as I live in Plano and, as a transplant here, am relieved to have found at least one great doctor to see regularly.

Have been going to Eye Gallery for about 4 years now. Every doctor and technician has been very kind and professional. Reception has always been polite when I schedule my appointments and have changes to my insurance or payment.

A colleague referred me to Dr. Harrison and to his office. All the people there (from the front desk, the assistant and to the Doctor were excellent). They are very friendly and thorough with the exam, I never felt rushed. They encourage me to ask questions (which Dr. Harrison patiently answered) until I am satisfied and relieved with what I came for. The best Optometrist I have been so far. For people afraid of going to Doctors offices, this is the place to go for an eye exam.

Thats what I have when I visit Dr. Greg Harrison at the Eye Gallery.He uses the latest equipment, providing confidence that nothing will be missed in your eye examination and determining the right prescription. Coupled with Dr. Harrisons patient manner of explaining exactly whats going on with your eyes.On my last visit, I off-handed mentioned that the only problem that I was experienced was the inconvenience of having to till my head back slightly to get the top part of my computer screen into better focus with my progressive lenses. He told me about occupational lenses that are designed to address that specific situation.The staff at the Eye Gallery is great. When selecting and fitting glasses, they are knowledgeable and very careful to get it right.Whenever I visit the Eye Gallery, I feel confident that I will receive excellent treatment from a team that really cares about delivering top notch results.I recommend them without reservation.

Ive been to this place for the past 3-4 years Ive lived in the area, and I love the doctors here. Currently Ive been working with Dr. Perry for regular exams, checking out my eye health and watching for the complications associated with my extreme near-sightedness in one eye, giving me great information on how to choose between Lasik and PRK (which you should DEFINITELY ask about if you ever want to consider either of those solutions), and for general contact/glasses prescription updates.Dr. Perry is absolutely AMAZING with my contact prescription in particular, being very careful to get me the best fit for my astigmatism (which can be a pain to get perfect, really).And the best part? Theyre REALLY great about appointments - Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointed times (and in return, I am never late if I can help it!), they are never in a hurry to rush you out the door, theyre super good about finding the best times that fit your schedule (and theyre open SATURDAYS! YES!!), theyre great about text/email-based reminders, and requesting medical records is a totally pain-free process.Love them. Recommend them. Cant do wrong by you.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. Professional staff, quick and accurate appointments.

First time back to the eye gallery since 2009 and it was a great experience. I am covered through a group plan from my employer and they have been dropping the ball getting our employees into the system. Needless to say they were not able to locate my coverage immediately, and I had to wait for my provider to call the eye gallery.The office never once made me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. If I didnt have to wait to confirm my coverage the entire visit would have only taken about 30 minutes, and that includes waiting around for my eyes to dilate.I would recommend the eye gallery to anyone.

Most ppl who are working at the reception and answering the phone are rude. Y’all need customer service lessons or don’t show up to work bc no one buying glasses wants to deal with your attitude.
