Outstanding Service. The Assistant Manager is a rockstar! Personable, and very knowledgeable. I don’t know why I haven’t been coming here all along! Even the eye glasses Dr next door Wendy Ho and her team was fantastic. Keep it up!

Recently purchased new glasses here, regular, and sunglasses. Had gone here several years ago, and was happy to return. The service was great, and I got my glasses fairly quickly. The sunglasses didnt fit as well as the regular ones, so I took them back for an adjustment, which was made quickly, and efficiently. I appreciate great service, and Ill not only come back on my own, I will also recommend them to anyone.

Everyone here was great! Anthony was my associate and he was exceptional—as well as all the other associates. He was very passionate about eyewear and knew prices on everything accurately even with insurance. He never misquoted or had to spend time researching options. I’ve never had such a smooth optical experience the way I did here. Everyone was being helped efficiently, even on a Saturday afternoon.

So I fell asleep on my glasses I just got from this location about 6 months ago. First off, the staff is super friendly here and next door at the optometrist. They helped me choose my glasses since I clearly couldnt make the decision on my own lol. Fast forward I sleep on my frames and bent the temple. I called first to see if they repaired glasses. I was given 2 options depending on the severity of the damage. So i walk in and Im immediately greeted by Kaitlyn. I tell her my issue. We move to another desk and she goes full blown repair center on my frames. Bent them back in place and replaced additional screws, adjusted them. The whole 9. Seriously you cant get this type of service nowadays. Some people are just made to make people happy and take initiative. Thank you to visionworks, the optometrist and Kaitlyn who came in the clutch to repair my glasses. Ths k you!!! Highly recommend this place.

These location and their staff are amazing at exceeding my expectations of customer service. I bought my glasses from them three years ago. Three months ago my lense fell out, I went back hoping that they could repair them. I was expecting to leave them there for an attempt at repair, but the technician asked me if I could wait ten minutes. He came back quicker than that and gave me my repaired glasses and then corrected the fit. I asked him how much and he said We repair our glasses and others gratis when possible. This is how you retain customers. Then today they replaced a nose piece that I had an issue with again at no charge. The woman that helped me repeated the same phrase to me as before. Ill be back in June for my new glasses. Thank you.

I had exemplary service today with Maria. I broke my frames on glasses just a few months old. She had new frames for my lenses ready for me to go in about five minutes and at a much lower price than I had expected to pay. All the employees at this particular location have been so knowledgeable and helpful each time all of my family members have ordered new glasses.

We arrived earlier than expected and didnt realize they werent open yet, but Justin still unlocked the door and allowed us to enter and provided us with stellar customer service! He was very professional and detailed making our experience very pleasant. We are new to the area so this will definitely be our go to for eye exams and glasses.

I was in the Visionworks store in Preston Towne Crossing and was very pleased with the service, I am an elderly woman and the young man helping me was courteous, friendly and best of all patient with me. I appreciated the store using safety precautions with the employees wearing masks and gloves and the chairs being 6 from the desks. I was able to order new glasses and felt safe in the process. Thank you.

I would not recommend Visionworks if you want a decent pair of glasses. They use the cheapest materials to make your glasses. I ordered the blended lens glasses and its very hard to see distance. Everything is blurry and when I went back to the store to see if they would correct the problem they said I would have to pay more money for an upgrade. The girl that sold me the glasses was untrained and didnt offer me options.

Salesman Abe did a very honest and thorough job of explaining all the options in the purchase of my new glasses. He was very friendly and very professional. On a side note: He suggested an excellent restaurant, Shiraz, when I was there with my wife. He made my eye glass buying experience very pleasant. He truly went the second mile to make us feel welcomed. So, I got a nice pair of glasses at a reasonable price plus a delicious meal. :-)

Go for it; if you like. Clumsy service with a wait time of 2weeks! There are various other store that gets your lenses in a week or less.

Great experience at this Visionworks location! Abe assisted me with ordering contact lenses and selecting glasses. Their prices were very reasonable and the frame options were fashionable. Abe worked to get my optometrist prescription faxed to their office and was very patient throughout the frame selection process. I highly recommend Abe and this location if you need new glasses or contacts.

Dr Wendy Ho has been my family eye doctor for 10 years. Its nice to see a friendly face that cares for my eye health. She taught me how to wear contacts for the first time when I was so intimidated with touching my eyeballs. The store staff next door patiently helped me several times with my eye glasses adjustments. I recommend both this clean and friendly clinic and store.

I was greeted by Abe who first directed me next door to get my eye exam and then helped me with my glasses. He was really nice, answered all my questions and was very helpful. He even provided some recommendations on what type of frame goes best with my lenses. Once I, finally, chose a frame the process was really quick. Dr. Ho was really funny, explained everything she was doing and gave me the same recommendations Abe gave me. I will definitely go back again.

Never heard of Visionworks but received an email of the great promo deal they had going on where you get 2 glasses for $49.. So I visited them and was greeted by Abe G.. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable and broke down everything I needed to know about the price and picking my glasses.. I was very satisfied with his customer service and he didn’t pressure me at all to pick the expensive glasses.. He was very patient and honest with me when I tried on a couple glasses.. I went during their promotion because it was too good to pass on. I was helped by Abe. Even though he is part time he was very well knowledgeable, efficient and took the time I needed to get my glasses. If you decide to go to this Visionworks make sure you ask for Abe, it will be worth the wait!!

We arrived at the location 30 minutes prior to closing, there were two employees assisting other customers and two people together waiting to be helped.When we walked in and Nelly asked us to wait until we get checked in and get our temperature checked, so we waited for her to come by and help us. By the time she got done with that one customer and talk to the waiting customers which were there to pick up, she turned to us and said can I help you? We told her we were there to look for frames she said “sorry the computers shut down at 7pm” l. This is after waiting 30 minutes.This is terrible, why the Hell did she ask us to wait. She could’ve at least ask us why we were there right when we walked in but she waited till the end. Terrible customer service they lost sales on 4 glasses!!!

Hours on different websites don’t align, stated they should be open on Sundays on one website and on another said they were closed. It’s been a year of COVID they have had plenty of time to update this information.

My girlfriend and I had a great shopping experience at this particular Visionworks. The store is huge, and the selections are abundant. What we enjoy the most is the service. Abe is a great sales advisor. He strived for providing his best service with us, listened to our questions with full attention, and answered them professionally. While shopping: great experience! Abe was able to answer questions and was knowledgeable about various vision insurance and lens options. He gave me plenty of time and space while I was trying on different frames but was available when needed.While picking up my completed frames, it was a little more complicated than it should have been. Conveniently I received a text when my glasses were complete ...but another employee had to search through various drawers then check the back before finding my glasses. As a whole the store could have a better process for organizing completed orders.Overall though, good selection and a helpful staff. Was able to purchase and pick up on the same day.

I came to visionworks to re-up on my prescription and it was a good experience. Abe helped me out. Not only did he help purchase my prescription but he made it cheaper and I get more contacts. instead of paying $156 for 6, I only had paid $72 for 12. What a deal! I recommend!

Came in to get my glasses adjusted, and the service was pretty good. While it took him a minute to fit the glasses as I wanted them to, the man helping me did a good job. Id like to see a bit more personality from the staff myself, but that could have been the fact I came in 30 minutes before closing. Regardless, they also have a broad selection of frames to choose from at this location, so if youre in the market, you may check this place out.

Very informative about insurance and they give you a clear answer to any questions you have. If you don’t want to get more expensive glasses they don’t pressure you. Abe helped without trying to up sale me on everything. This will be my family’s glassware location from now on.

They deserved zero if I could! We had to eat for more than 20 days to get the correct glass!! They made mistake twice to read the prescription and made wrong glass!!! They didn’t even give a suitable case for the frame. The case won’t close perfectly when the glass is in it!! Not even given us any cleaning wipe!!! Worst experience ever !!

My third time getting glasses here and everytime Abe G. has been fantastic. I am a question asker and he was able to answer all my questions regarding frames and the difference in progressive lenses. Also when asking for assistance with frame selection he didnt just say these look good on you, but ask me questions regarding what was important to me to help me select the perfect frames. Example:Do want something neutral or a looking for a statement frame bold. Is the weight of the frame important to you? All of which was very helpful.

After a depressing visit to Lens Crafters (won’t take United Health insurance, 7-10 days to get glasses, expensive quotes), I was lucky to see the reviews for Vision Works and drove down. Ask for Nelly, she was absolutely superb - knowledgeable, very detailed answers, compared promotion vs insurance and suggested the latter). What a great experience. Best part is they will try to get them in 5 days before I fly out. 5 stars.
