Great place to be for vision needs, probably first time i visit this particular store, moreover, lens crafter itself as have been to various store for eye exam & frames. Cost of frame seems to be little bit expensive but still wide varieties of frame. Salesperson, Anthony was helpful, precise and expressive. Love the Technology advancement of measuring tools. Hope i get the final product on time. Also, they deliver my glasses 1 week prior to the promised date.

I have been a customer at the LensCrafters at Willow Bend for years and have always received exceptional service. This visit was no different. I was immediately greeted and after a brief wait, Jessica assisted my in selecting a pair of Oakley prescription sunglasses. She was courteous and patient thought the process. You will never be rushed here. I cant wait to pick up my new shades in a couple weeks.

Shout out to the Manager, Liz, for going over and above on two separate occasions. First, the progressive lens glasses I bought were causing me to tilt my head up to read my computer. She jumped right on re-measuring my eyes to the frames and ordered the right lenses, at no charge of course. The new lenses work great! Then, my prescription Oakley sunglasses lost a nose pad. Liz scoured the store for a replacement. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Shes amazing and it seems that carries over to the entire store. Great Job!

My glasses (that I love and had purchased from among the excellent selection at this location) broke during a domestic dispute with my cat. I brought them in and Liz was super accommodating, saying she would have them fixed up in 20 minutes. She called me back within 5 minutes and didn’t even charge! Excellent service by Liz and again, probably the best selection of frames in the Dallas area.

Forget the Customer service. Pls do not take customers for granted. Got a Surprise gift from my husband sunglasses worth of $350 not feeling a pinch of happiness because of poor customer service. Nicely done!! Thank you Jessica!! Insulting customers by not doing their job properly!

I went to the store to pick up my new frames and was blown away by the stores look and feel. I have visited other Lenscrafters stores that were nice, but this store was by far the cleanest and visually appealing Lenscrafters. Also, Liz was amazing!!! She made sure my new frames were tailored to my face so they did not look lopsided, and she made sure that my old frames were cleaned and adjusted. I will come back to purchase additional frames.

Ordered some Versace sunglasses to be converted to clear prescription lenses and paid extra for express shipping and was told by the associate who helped me that they would be ready within a week (I chose this option so I would have them before a trip in just over a week). Received no updates or even a confirmation email during that time, and then when I called to ask about it, was told that it would be at least another week to get my glasses.$450 and a two week wait for a simple prescription (-0.5 lenses)? With no updates? I’ve paid far less for service and still received far better customer care. 1 star because of the lack of updates and the missed deadline.Edit (It got MUCH worse):I came into the Willow Bend LensCrafters on August 14th and was convinced by the associate to order my prescription lenses there rather than go through my optometrist, because they could supposedly get the lenses done by the same time but for a slightly lower price.I was promised the lenses would be finished and the glasses in my hand within a week, or August 21st at the very latest. August 21st comes and goes and I have not heard anything from LensCrafters about my glasses (not an emailed receipt or order confirmation, not a tracking number, nothing). That following Monday, August 23rd, I receive a call from an associate at the Willow Bend location, and she tells me that I was misinformed by the associate who sold me my glasses and that it would typically take two weeks to get glasses from that location, but that she would overnight ship the frames and they would be ready in store the next day, or Wednesday the 25th at the latest.I specifically ordered these glasses because I needed them to pilot a plane with a friend, a flight that had to be rescheduled from the 23rd to that next weekend.The 25th passed, and that Saturday morning flight had to once again be rescheduled to the following Tuesday, but I called the store again on Saturday the 28th to check the status of the delivery. I was told that my order would likely come in that evening, and I could call back around 7pm to check if it had. I called back again at 7pm and was told by a different associate that LensCrafters did not even receive shipments on the weekend and I would have to check back on Monday the 30th.Today is Monday the 30th, and I called the store at 5:15pm, and the associate told me that not only had my order not been overnighted on the 23rd, but hadnt even been shipped until the 26th, and to not even expect its arrival until midweek, or Wednesday, September 1st at the earliest.18 days after I ordered my glasses is the earliest I can expect to pick them up, and after being misled so many times I have zero confidence that this information is correct either. After being told five times conflicting information and the wrong pick-up times, ruining my flight plans and outright frustrating me for weeks on end.These mistakes or intentional misleading is absolutely ridiculous for such a well known brand, and something must be done to correct these repeated errors.

I got my first eye exam in years at the Willow Bend Lenscrafters. Making an appointment online was easy. Everyone in the Optometrists office was professional and extremely courteous. The staff in LensCrafters was extremely accommodating both at time of purchase and pick up. Alas, I had trouble with my new glasses. The staff all but did back flips to correct the problem. I cann ot praise them more highly. Thank you!

LensCrafters never lets me down. Ive been getting my glasses there for years and am always pleased with the service that Liz and her team provide. The store is always immaculate and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. They are always available to help me with all my eyewear needs, I highly recommend Lenscrafters, especially the Willowbend location to anyone in need of quality eyewear.

I received outstanding service from Elizabeth Martinez at the Willowbend Bend location. She is very experienced at fitting you with the perfect frame and getting your measurements perfectly. She is also very patient and professional while I went through trying on frames. They were very concerned about Covid safety also and cleaned each frame I picked up. I love the glasses I picked out and will definitely return knowing I’ll get expert advice and experience. It was a pleasure!

I was in willow bend mall branch this morning. Their customer service was so poor .

My first pair of glasses is completely different shade from the display I tried on so I end up getting the display item which has a chip on it of which I noticed 2 days later. The quality of lens is very poor for a 300 dollars out of pocket pair of glasses. The ordered glasses have been there but you will not receive proper communication from them that it is okay for pick-up which happened on the first and second time.

I came into the store hoping to get my glasses repaired as I had a bottomless frame, so when part of the string which holds the lens securely in place snapped I was worried Id have no glasses for some time. This is of great concern to me as my prescription for both eyes are -4.75 which basically means I can barely see anything without my glasses. On top of that I have High Definition polycarbonate lenses else Id have some very thick glasses, so replacement isnt a really financially practical solution.I also didnt have a back up given the cost of just having my one pair of glasses.When I entered the store I was greeted by a number of people and someone came to help me right away. I explained my situation and she immediately went to see if they could repair my glasses. After a brief moment of waiting she returned to tell me it would take about 15-20min to repair and that the cost may be around $15 since I didnt purchase my glasses in their store, or from LensCrafters for that matter.I agreed and wait for a bit. They actually finished repairing my glasses in the time estimate they gave me, impressive. The last time the string holding my lens snapped I had to wait for well over an hour as the Pearle Vision technician tried to re-string my lenses several dozen times...This was at the location I bought my glasses from by the way.After they gave me my glasses back I tried them on and they felt very solid. Id even say they felt more solid than before they were broken. Excellent job!And to top it all off when I went to ask where I needed to pay for the repair they told me that it was free-of-charge. Excellent quality service with wonderful people, a rare find these days.Ill definitely be back if I ever decide to get another pair of glasses as well as give my full recommendation to anyone who needs a pair of glasses in the future.

It will take forever to get your ordered glasses at this place! This is the last time I make the mistake to go to this place!

Drove here from the Southlake location because they could supposedly make glasses the same day. Find out after getting over here it is only if you buy their ridiculously overpriced premium lenses (over $300). Young lady who helped us was extremely rude & seemed like she could care less if we bought the glasses from them or not. She said we could pay less but it would be a 10 day wait. Since Ive been having headaches & just got told I needed glasses we were looking to get them quicker.

Last year I went to have my sons formula and it was ready the same day. We even got a complementary cleaning kit.This year we went and my husbands formula took 2 weeks and my sons took 3 weeks!!! I think it is absurd to wait that long. We felt looked over the shoulder by the black haired lady who took care of us. We felt mistreated.I think it is too expensive for the kind of customer experience you have. That needs to be improved ASAP.

I have ordered a pair of glasses for me which is prescription glasses. Your store is changing the delivery date as per their wish and it is more than 12 days now and again they changed the delivery date. when I am calling the store, not getting any information. your representative is only informing that they dont know the issue but they dont any information either and provides me a new estimated date. What exactly is going on here? this is how you guys are dealing with customer who needs prescription glasses? Why are you guys not committed to follow the timelines?

They DO NOT make glasses in an hour anymore! At this location they have to send them off so you will be a week or more without your glasses. But they do have a nice selection of glasses 👓.

Terrible service. We went in, prepared to buy several frames we already picked out. We sat down with the younger guy with glasses (not sure of his name because he never introduced himself). I give him my info, he begins to pull me up and then asks to answer the phone. We initially appreciated his asking permission.. until he spent about ten minutes on the phone. We had already begun our interaction and then he deprioritizes us to begin taking an order on the phone. We literally started walking out, and then when my boyfriend says well be back later he just waves and doesnt even apologize! I literally cant believe this service. Completely astonished and we will NOT be going back.

I have purchased glasses at Lenscrafters often. The last two times were less than stellar. I purchased sunglass lenses using a Rx in my file. They built my new sunglass lenses with my reader Rx.

Went in to the Wilow Bend location prepared to spend at least $800 on two Prada frames and I was completely ignored. I get that they were busy, but I wasnt even greeted after being in there 15 minutes. Will definitely NOT return to this location.

DO NOT BUY FROM LENSCRAFTERS!First time shopper at a lenscrafter, and their glasses are the absolute worst and overpriced trash I have put on my face.The lenses are not scratch resistant at all.First pair was scratched while it was being wiped by a lenscrafter worker by a tissue.Second pair already has a pock mark from the first time it fell off my face.Ill be going to a proper manufacturer now that my glasses are useless already.Walmart jas better quality than this.

Excellent customer service! I bought new glasses for the first time in 10 years (at a different Lenscrafters), but there was a very noticeable fishbowl effect. I went to this Lenscrafters to confirm they were made per my prescription and they really took care of me. After going back and forth between here and my eye doctor and then a second eye doctor (actually the one next door to this Lenscrafters), my prescription was changed and my glasses are good now. The employees here really cared about my glasses not being right and even recut the lenses twice (on eye doctor request) and worked with me until this thing was right. I really appreciate the staffs willingness to work with me on this!

Ordered a pair of glasses 2 weeks ago, well they still not in and now they are telling me they could take another week. If you want your glasses within a month I would suggest you go somewhere else.
