Really exceptional care here! Dr. Zac is thorough and takes the time to explain the what and the why, ensuring you understand and feel comfortable with the care he provides! They also seem to have all the high-tech, cutting edge equipment to ensure comfort of exams and timeliness - the option to avoid traditional eye dilation means Im back to work with no interruption or inconvenience in my day. Hes also very savvy with contact lenses and making sure you have an ideal fit! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! THANK YOU! ❤️

Dr. Rosemores office was a great experience overall. Everything was done promptly and professionally, with any questions clearly answered. I had to have a slight correction to my prescription and now I can see what the hype is about for 4k tvs! Wow! Ill definitely be back.

I was very happy with the safety measures, texting upon arrival and waiting in the car until the office is ready, temperature screening and masks required. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive been going to Rosemore Eyecare for a few years now. Dr. Zak takes the time to explain things - what a particular test means or what a particular result means etc. - in a way thats easy to understand. Took my son for an infant vision check up when he was around 10 months old. Dr. Zak was very patient with my very wiggly son. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Zak for over 5 years now. The service and knowledge of Dr. Zak and his associates is second to none. He really helped me understand my eye condition and how to best correct my vision. Also, they have amazing deals on prescription sunglasses. I could not live without mine. Also, everyone in his office is extremely nice and welcoming from the second you walk in until you leave. That is extremely refreshing.

Dr. Ryan impressed me very much. He made me comfortable and answered all questions I had. I was also pleased to learn so much about his background which helped my comfort in using him in the future for both myself and my daughter. While Dr Ryan and his optometry staff provided me exceptional service it was not a seamless experience once I moved to the optical department. The gentleman in this department was more concerned with the total I would need to pay for the lenses than building a relationship. I hadnt even chosen frames which would have seemed an obvious place to start and would have allowed him the time to have a conversation with me. I understand the importance of building a business and making sales, but there is an opportunity to improve in this area. Overall Dr. Ryan made the visit for me and I thank him for that. Well be back to support your practice.

Dr. Zak is amazing! I’ve been going here since I moved to Texas. The reason I have to give 3 stars is because the guy in the optical area (where the glasses are) is not friendly and very unpleasant. It wasn’t just one time, but each time that I’ve been there. . . I suggest getting a more friendly, personable individual up front.

Dr. Zac is the BEST!! He is so thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. He is truly passionate about his work and making sure you have everything you need. I haven’t been with Dr. Ryan, but everyone I’ve worked with in this office is so great, so I think it’s safe to assume he is great too! I’ve been a patient here for over 5 years, and it would be hard to ever go anywhere else.

My experience at Rosemore Eye Care was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and caring staff, and the doctors were very thorough. Great selection of frames. The contact lenses process was really good because Dr. Rosemore made sure to find the right lenses for me. I could not be happier with the service I received at Rosemore Eye Care, I highly recommend this doctors office.

I came here about two years ago for new contacts- had no problem with the exam or purchase of my contacts. I came back this time for my annual exam and purchase of contacts and glasses. No issues with the contacts. I bought my glasses in October and have yet to wear them because the prescription is still incorrect. Ive taken them back three times to have it altered (and will make it four tomorrow). Last week I called twice to see about having them fixed, spoke with someone once, but no follow up return calls. I asked for a refund because I paid $500 for glasses I cant wear without getting headaches or feeling drunk. I would NOT recommend purchasing glasses from here, especially since they dont have a return policy. Im not sure why when doing the exam I could see with the updated prescription, but when transferred to the lens I cant see without problems. I will continue to come back ONLY to have my glasses fixed because who wants to be out $500? I wont return even for my contacts next year.

My doctor spend a lot of time making sure I had the correct solution for my vision. He reviewed my previous prescriptions for contacts and took my current requirements in mind when recommending a solution. He was very thorough and I was extremely pleased with the solution we came up with. I also purchased a pair of sunglasses. The optical staff sent the first pair back because they did not meet their standards. I could barely see the issue in the lenses, but they made sure things were perfect before releasing the sunglasses to me.

My visit to Rosemore Eye care today was fantastic. The Optometrist did a great job, he was very friendly. He did thorough exam and explained my eye condition very clearly. It was an awesome experience and i would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I had our first appointment yesterday with Dr. Ryan Rosemore. Dr. Ryan is very efficient and patient and takes his time with his patients. He explains everything in detail. The state of the art equipment makes for a comfortable exam. From the front desk staff to their Optician, a very great experience and we both highly recommend. It has surely made our relocation to the Allen area a good experience :)

Was a great visit. Dr. Corey Rosemore was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I was trying contacts for the first time. He answered all of my questions and found a great fit for me. Staff did a great job teaching how to put them in and take them out. Facility was very clean and organized. Their equipment is very up to date.

Did a great job. Clear about what the costs would be as is laid out in the forms you sign. Definitely had a great knowledge of the profession and handled everything in a professional manner. They did have a server issue before I entered the facility, so that did cause a 30 minute delay, but I was given the option to reschedule, plus there was not anything they could have done about it. Definitely will be returning and referring them to others.

Dr Zak Rosemore is an awesome optometrist! He is friendly, patient ( explains everything to you and answers all of your questions without making you feel rushed), and thorough. He diagnosed my son’s keratoconus condition early, preventing further damage and explaining all of the options available. My whole family has been coming here for many years and we won’t go anywhere else.

Dr.Corey does take great care and suggests/prescribes right thing for patients.Corey is our family ophthalmologist for the past 3 years, he gave valuable suggestions for my case where I have gone through lasik earlier.His medication for specific problems like eye infection/allergies works great and very flexible for urgent appointments. There is no reason why i will not give 5 stars and strongly recommend anyone to visit here for eye checkup, prescription glasses and any eye related things.

Dr. Zak Rosemore is awesome! No wait time, everything in the office is up to date with the latest technology, and he is very informative throughout the entire eye exam! My husband and I were both extremely impressed!

I wanted an ophthalmologist closer to work and tried Rosemore based solely off web recommendations. Simply the best experience Ive had getting my eyes checked. They made sure I understood what my insurance covered and what condition my eyes were in, and then recommended the perfect contacts and glasses for my needs. The doctor and staff are helpful, patient, and respectful. Id give them a sixth star if I could.

I cant say enough great things about the customer service at this office. Both Dr. Corey Rosemore and Dr. Ryan Rosemore are fantastic. They explain every tool/machine they are about to use in a very friendly manner. You feel very comfortable being there and overall, both doctors just have that southern gentleman charm where their mannerism and kindness speaks for itself. 5 stars all the way.

Went to Rosemore Optical today and the visit was excellent. The Optometrist did a great job and the Optician and Office assistant Chris and Andrew were great as well. It was an awesome experience and i would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Ryan Rosemore is great! I have seen him for years now and he is the best by far. Unfortunately, the optical shop portion of his business is not up to par. Consistently poor customer service, unprofessional staff, and lack of quality control. The man who is currently in charge of this shop is the worst yet. I will continue to see Dr. Ryan in the future but plan to purchase my glasses elsewhere.

Went to see Dr. Rosemore (Zak), corrected my vision to 20/10 and set me up with more comfortable contacts versus what I had been using. He explained contacts fit like shoes, different brands work better for different people. He actually cares about taking care of his patients and has a passion for what he does, I would highly recommend them to anybody looking.

My Experience was excellent. Dr. Rosemore really took the time to evaluate my eyes properly. He was very patient trying 3 pairs or so of contacts for about a month until we discovered the perfect fit for me that I can actually sleep in! With my sensitive eyes I never thought id be able to wear contacts daily. Very nice staff, clean! professional..

Ive been going to Dr. Ryan Rosemore for the last 3 years and he is by far the best optometrist Ive ever been to. My right eye is extremely hard to fit with contacts and Dr. Rosemore is the only doctor that has taken the time to go through countless trial contacts to find the correct contact for me. For years Ive had other doctors tell me that it was good enough but Dr. Rosemore didnt settle for good enough. He takes time to answer any questions you have and actually explain everything. I would recommend Rosemore Eye Care to anyone!

The front desk people were nice.I didnt get any explanation what is considered Vision or Medical eye exam by the front desk people.Looks like that if you have done LASIK, Floaters, or Cataract procedure, your visit will be considered Medical Eye exam and not Vision Eye exam (regardless you have any problem or not). I dont think this is the fair way of filing my claim as Ive checked about the usual fee on the Internet after my examination this morning.The examination itself was great. The place is clean.Prospective patients need to check what they are going to charge by asking FIRST and shop around. There are many optometrists that do the same great quality of work with much less $$$ (previous optometrists that Ive gone to only charge $10 copay). In my case, I paid almost $150 extra out of my pocket.You have been warned.

The lady that checked me in didnt tell anyone I was there. I was a walk in. The other lady let one other walk in customers that came in after myself get seen first. Since the first lady didnt inform anyone the second lady didnt know. I had to let her know that I was waiting for help. The job was done well. No one said anything as I was leaving. I felt as though I was an inconvenience and taking up their time. I didnt have good service. This was the first time that this happened.

Before going to Rosemore Eye Care in Plano, My family and I saw the same optometrist for decades.After going to Rosemore Eye Care in Plano, I discovered that my previous eye doctor wasnt that great... like getting out of a relationship you didn’t know was bad.Situated at the NE corner of Hedgcoxe and Ohio in Plano, the office is greatly visible and parking is plentiful. The big white “Rosemore Eye Care” sign is hard to miss. The office is pristine, modern, and full of natural light from the windows.The receptionist stood to greet me and after handing her my forms, Dr. Rosemore emerged from the back. We shook hands and went into the testing room. I waited no time at all...Excellent.One thing about Dr. Rosemore; he is exceptional at setting expectations. He fully explained the function and experience of each machine through the small barrage of tests and made sure I was comfortable. His equipment was brand new, apparent in its ease of use and personal lack of discomfort. The best was the Optomap: dilation test, sans dilation.Without getting too personal, Dr. Rosemore informed me calmly that I was over-prescribed for (probably) a long time and that we will work down to the proper prescription. He also explained this caused my eye strain while reading, of which he was unaware.My experience with Rosemore eye care was excellent. The experience was so good; my family now uses them as their optometrists and couldn’t be happier.

Poor service. One of the staff who rides a motorcycle is VERY unfriendly, dont even say thanks to customer. It took more than 12 business days to get my glasses back, and nothing is special about my prescription. When the staff handed my the glasses, it still had his finger prints on the lenses.

It was perhaps a bad day so I request your discretion in reading and using this review. I had my regular annual eye exam and ordered glasses. Firs time they gave me glasses with opposite prescription (distance glasses instead of reading glasses) and they promptly changed it. My new glasses were good but only for a distance up to a few centimeters from my eyes. I have to keep my laptop on my chest, touching my chin, to see clearly. everything is blurred beyond that. I went to the front desk and the guy there told me this is what I get for reading glasses :). I have had 10 different glasses from different places in lat 10 years but this issue happened the first time. I will go to another doctor next year.

Staff is great. Dr. Zak is awesome at educating his patients about their eyes. They give you your prescription after each exam with no hassle.

Dr Ryan takes time to explain what he is doing, seeing and what is happening with your vision. The visits dont feel rushed and you feel a personal connection and caring from everyone there. Dr Ryan was recommended to me by a friend several years ago and I am really glad I went there and have never thought of going anywhere else since.

After visiting the big and famous eyewear places, where they attempted to mislead and overcharge me, I was so happy to find the kind people at Rosemore Eye Care! Chris and Kaitlyn were extremely knowledgeable and patient, and gave me great insight into the selection of my glasses. I picked up my new glasses today, and I am so happy! Staff was polite but charges were too high. when i went for annual check up doctor examined and said there was small thread in my eye and charged 50$ instead 10$ but it was an eye lash which is common issue.please think before visiting.

Outstanding Sclera contact lens fitting! My story is long but has a great ending. I am a 58 year old woman who has had lasik in both eyes and a cornea transplant in my right eye. I have an eye disease, (keratoconus) in both eyes. I had a cornea transplant to fix the disease in my right eye in 1992 . The left eye is not severe enough to need surgery, yet my cornea is deformed. My corneas have scar tissue and stitching in both eyes from the above procedures. I came to Dr. Zak with headaches, eye strain, and poorly fitting hard contacts in 2017. He recommended sclera contact lens. They are expensive because they are customize to the shape of the cornea. It took time to get the fit perfect, But now I have no more headaches, can see 20/15 and would pay double the cost of these amazing lenses. (Glasses alone did not fix my vision).Dr. Zak was very patient adjusting the contacts to receive the best fit. He even bought a new machine that show how the contact rests on my eye. I had a great experience at this office. I found them via my health insurance. I went to their Plano Location. Dr. Zac was very informative and has a great way of explaining eye sight issues that I was not very clear on before. (No pun intended). The front office staff is so sweet and kinds and greet you with a smile, and Andrew was the tech who did all my initial testing and he was very nice. I was excited to see they have so much of the latest technology and have an option (althought costs some money) where I did not have to dialate my eyes so I could comfortably go back to work. Granted this may not be an option for everybody based on your eye issues, but I was able to use it and it was a relief. The made sure to train me and show me how to apply and remove contacts right there ins a small training room they have specially for this. As I have never worn contacts before they gave me trial samples so I can see if this is something for me. Overall very happy with my experience at Rosemore and I would reccommend this place to anybody especially if it is an option under your insurance.

Im /incredibly/ picky when it comes to doctors. After moving from Wheaton Eye Clinic in IL to TX, I was wary about having to find a new optometrist to handle my contact lens needs as well as inform me on how to monitor my eyes since I have a pretty bad family medical history. I scheduled an appointment here in hopes that the service would live up to the good reviews on every site. Unlike having to wait ~4 weeks to get something like a general doctor appointment, getting an appointment here was a breeze since they have flexible hours. During my appointment, Dr. Zak Rosemore was able to answer all of my questions when it came to eye pressure test results, retina scan interpretation, and even the specifics of what makes Clear Care Hydraglyde different from regular Clear Care contact solution. As an engineer, I can be extremely inquisitive, so when I find a doctor that actually gives me the answers that Im seeking, Ill refer anybody and everybody I know to them. Additionally, I noticed that since the optometrists were roughly recent college graduates, there was a large focus on modern technology. Dr. Rosemore let me try a newer contact lens type since my original contact lenses (Acuvue 2) were made with 20 year old technology - the pair that I was given already feels more natural like it fits better and allows for more oxygen flow. And apart from all the knowledge he had to share, if Im just being honest, Dr. Rosemore seems like somebody who is in the field to do good for people. There are so many doctors out there that are just in it for the money, and while they might have great technical skills, they just dont have the compassion necessary for the role. I highly suggest you give this office a try if youre looking for a new optometrist!

This optometrist in Plano, Texas service was great. I would complain that in the past they had to shoot a puff of air into your eye for some reason, which I was not too happy about, and they offer an eye exam which leaves you half-blind for 3 hours, which that is pretty unreasonable, and the glasses would not fit people who have really small eyes. but they are at a relative price. I will be coming back over and over again for eye exams later on.

Zach was extremely, extremely rude on the phone. I have decided to go to a different, better established eyecare office, and will be urging all of my friends and family to do the same.

Stood at the store for 30 minutes, no one cared to help with choosing glasses. The guy was just sitting behind his computer pretending that we are not there. Horrible.
