Had a great experience with my vision test. I also needed some paperwork from them and they took care of it immediately (had the forms back within an hour of emailing). Very professional, great service.

This place is awesome. I came in on a Thursday afternoon. The front desk staff was very attentive and kind. I felt the doctor really cared! He was very sweet, and silly! It was a great experience. It was not expensive. I would recommend them.

Had only the most professional experience with Dr. Ko this morning. By far the best trip to the optometrist Ive ever had. Explains things well and takes her time with your visit. Keep up the good work!

Ive always enjoyed my visits with Dr. Chait, she is genuine, helpful, and most professional. Ive been here for a few years now, and its because of her care that I am always happy to be back during the holidays. Sometimes the front desk is less cordial and does not help much in a situation where the largest insurance company VSP looks up member SSN since we are not mailed member ID cards. Instead, I am rushed to pay out of pocket and even when I come back to explain my situation, it is not resolved. Again, I will always appreciate the care and guidance from Dr. Chait, however the front desk needs to be a little more helpful or believing when a person knows they have insurance.

The staff was very friendly and the waiting room was really clean. I was seen quickly and the Doctor was very nice as well. She explained everything to me so I good understand. I would recommend this office for sure.

I was here last November for an eye exam. The Dr. wrote me a prescription for new progressive lenses. I couldnt get used to them, I waited a few months thinking I would eventually acclimate. I finally went to a highly rated eye Dr., he told me that he couldnt prescribe any lenses for me that would help, I had severe cataracts. He referred me to an eye surgeon and now I have 20/20 vision. This place sold me $600 worth of useless glasses. Go to a reputable eye Dr. that spends time with you, not a production line eyeglass sales place.

From the office staff to the Dr visit for my eye exam was a very pleasant and smooth process. Dr Ellen Chait was very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. I definitely would return for future visits.

Small very tight space beside inside willow bend mall at Plano. Optometrist appeared to be nice but the problem is the two front desk mean, unprofessional ladies especially the one with the eyeglasses. So unprofessional that she would not hesitate to flatter with her boyfriend with customers waiting to be answered some questions. she would even refuse to accept walk-in while there was no patients in the three chair waiting area. definitely, will go out of business for this young lady.

It is a pleasure to visit my vision care giver. The staff is excellent at explaining what the exams are and the Dr. is the best. I recommend them to all.

I had been Dr. Kos patient for many years, and now my husband and son are also her patients. Shes very professional and she is the only optometrist that I trust and go to. Shes very good with kids as well.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience. Seriously, I have never been to a more incompetent and rude practice than here. I gave this place sooo many chances and I finally found another doctor that was wayyyy more knowledgeable. I came here to get fitted for contacts for the first time, but what I didn’t realize was that it would take months! Every 2 weeks I’d go in trying a new pair... and most of them did not work. When I’d express the issue, they never really listened or helped. I also dealt with the lady who helps the doctors who has attitude all that time. When you ask a question she just stares at you like you’re an idiot. I also saw 3 different doctors- not sure why, I guess it just based on who is available the day you go, which I don’t like but When I expressed that I didn’t think it should take so long to find the right contacts and that everyone’s on a different page, she told me “maybe contacts aren’t for you, I don’t know what to tell you” which I think is terrible service after I told her my profession doesn’t allow me to wear glasses. Totally inconsiderate of all the time I’ve spent having to come in and out to figure out everything. She was really rude and snooty, and walked off like it wasn’t her problem. Thank goodness I left and found a different practice because the new doctor I found was able to give me the perfect contacts the FIRST visit. He was so understanding and helpful unlike the people who work here. Save your time and money and choose another optometrist before ever giving this place a chance.

Excellent experience from the front desk, to the exam. Prices are excellent, my insurance was explained and applied. I could not ask for more.

Excellent experience! In todays times of hurry and get to the next customer, I felt that they took their time to insure that if I had questions they were answered and answered thoroughly!

Wow! Dr Ko spent over an hour to figure out what was wrong with my eyes and get what ended up being a complicated prescription right. I am incredibly impressed with the attention and care.

Experience was decent, i liked the Doctor Chait and the Team, very professional.Only take away is the pricing.They charge 39 dollars for Optomap and i found out its free at America Best contact and glasses. (Parker and Tollway)They also charge 20 dollars for visual field test (VFT) and its 15 at America Best contact and glasses. (Parker and Tollway)If i had done a better research i do believe i would have paid 25 at Americas Best instead of 69 dollars at Willow Bend Vision Care.On a positive note, i do believe Doctor Chait was wonderful and the ladies at the recepiton were very professional and knowledgeable.

My wife and I are long time patients of Dr. Chait. I have to believe this is the best EYE CARE available in the Dallas area!

I continue to have the best care and attention from this office!!
