I should have listened to Jonathan Lee. Arrived at 3, open sign was lit, but doors were locked. No one there. Figured maybe they had to step out for a moment, or use the bathroom (in which case, put a sign on the door letting people know!), so I went to run some other errands, came back a little over 30 minutes later, same thing. Another potential customer was there ringing the doorbell, no answer.If you need to lock your doors during business hours, put out a sign and kill the open sign.....Edit in response to owners reply:Please accommodate us when we are not available either making school runs or taking a break. Come back that’s all.I did come back, the door was still closed. Rather than creeping my profile (seriously?), you could just listen and put a sign on the door / turn off the open sign. Rather than listen to the issue, and try to resolve it, you chose to spend time going through my personal profile, and attack me. All I asked for was you to put a sign on the door, which would have taken far less time or energy.

I walked out after first being silently stared at by the man who reluctantly came to the counter. Then, I told him I wanted to ship something - no response. He then asked me, what were you doing over there?, there meaning what appeared to be a self-service check-in I had been feebly attempting to use, since no employee had yet appeared. I said, Ill go somewhere else. He said, Please do.

I have been using this pack and ship location since 2014. These guys are amazing and very helpful. From easy package drop off system for their customers to making Copies/Printing/Faxing/Scanning etc..Place is tidy, organize and good customer care. Staff is always kind and nice to me. I highly recommend this place for your shipping or office works.

Shipped a package on the 14th. (Plano TX location)Via them and usps. Weighing 3lbs. Cost was $35And still not deliveredOn the 16th I mailed 2 packages to same addressOne of them weighing 12 lbs and only cost $31And was delivered same week.This place is a scam and takes advantage of every one who goes thereIf they are willing to do this on shipping, what curves are they taking on tax prep.Maybe the IRS and USPS needs to go in and audit

Kish is an amazing guy that takes care of his customers and does a phenomenal job doing my taxes. this will be the 3rd year in a row i have used him and im satisfied every single time. I highly recommend this place.

Something as simple as mailing an envelope seems to tough for this store. Two weeks later neither envelope have arrived, and the store is of no help at all or even pretend to want to help. Store is under construction and a mess.

Store hours not consistent with what is posted. This is the second time I have gone there to find the doors locked and nobody home. First time, I let it go. Second time, need to caution other potential customers. Sad thing is when they are open, the service is solid.
