I didnt know anything much about pianos, but I had just bought a new house and I had a great place for one. So I went to see Scott White at the Kawai store and he was fantastic. He really educated us on the different types of pianos and helped us make a choice. All the time he was a gentlemen and made us feel comfortable. The experience was excellent from beginning to end----from talking about the selection of pianos, optional player piano systems, communication and delivery. Scott was always on top of it. Couldnt be more satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Kawai is an amazing public supporter of music students in the area. They have allowed us music students at UTD use their rooms to practice and rehearse, where their rooms are equipped with ventilators, stands, and sanitation. This has been so helpful during Covid, where the practice rooms at UTD have been closed. They are a great company. Grateful especially to Scott, Amanda, and Yoshi. Thank you Kawai!!

Scott White was not only very informative; he also made our experience purchasing a beautiful piano very comfortable. They really take pride in the work that they do. I purchased a new K-600 in February 2021. I went into the showroom on a Friday afternoon to look around as I was just starting to shop for a replacement piano. Kawai was my 3rd stop. They had a full range of pianos in-store to choose from. I initially went in to play the K-500s but absolutely fell in love with a K-600 and got a heck of a deal. By Monday afternoon, I was playing it in my living room. Scott was terrific to work with, and the purchase process was a breeze. The technician came out for the first tuning about a month later and I couldnt be happier. Looking forward to many years of joy and making beautiful music in our home.

I was looking for a digital piano with a touch that resembles traditional acoustic pianos, and stumbled upon the Kawai Piano Gallery after searching for music stores online. While I wasnt familiar with the range of Kawai instruments, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, encouraging that I try the wide selection of pianos at the showroom. While the showroom is huge, they care truly for finding the right piano fit for my needs. I am very glad I discovered this place - it is clear that those who work there are not only there because they want to sell something, but because they truly enjoy and are passionate about music. The depth of knowledge, patience, and unbiased recommendations without trying to upsell are truly a refreshing experience.

The reason I choose Kawai piano is because Kawai offer a warmer, fuller quality of tone when compared to a piano built by Yamaha. Yamaha is a great piano, however, Kawai offered that richness tones that captured my heart. I bought one of the lowest priced products Kawai makes at this location; the ES8, which, by the way, is one the best digital pianos you can acquire for under two grand if not much more.. I spent hours researching digital pianos and was looking for one in the 2k to 4K price range. I loved the keyboard action of the ES8 and when I first sat down and played a few notes I thought, “this sounds just like an acoustic grand piano.” I tried to convince myself to move up to the MP7SE or the CN29 even the CA78 but they never won me over. I want to thank Preston, the sales guy I worked with, he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient; letting me tinker and pluck for over three hours on my two visits. Many thanks.

Our son has been practicing piano for 6 years and it was time for an upgrade. After much research, we felt that Kawai tops all their competitors. During our first visit at Kawai Piano Gallery in Plano, TX. Scott White provided us with superior customer service, ensuring our needs are met and much more. Originally we were set on the GL20 but after the advice of our piano teacher, we came in for a second visit to test the GX1. Even on his day off, Scott sent me photo and comparison information between the two pianos. To top it off, he also had the piano newly tuned for us during our second visit. As you can imagine, the piano sounded wonderful!!! Overall we had the best purchasing experience ever and are forever grateful to Scotts professionalism. Our son even received a few helpful tips to playing well. Since our purchase our son enjoys practicing piano much more and takes pride in owning a Kawai.

Recently, I used the auditorium of Kawai Piano Gallery for my daughters Senior Year Piano Recital. I am highly impressed with their outstanding customer service. Scott went out of his way to provide all sorts of support that I needed. The Sound quality inside the auditorium was superb. They arranged the chairs nicely. They also tuned the Piano before the recital. It was all done professionally and I am very thankful to them for that.

Had a wonderful buying experience! I was impressed with Scott’s knowledge of all types of pianos and which would suit our family best. We were even more impressed with his and the piano technician’s service from beginning to end, including multiple trips to our house after the delivery to make sure everything was in optimal order.

From the moment we walked in we were amazed. They have an excellent selection of gorgeous pianos. We came in having an idea of what we wanted to look at and hear and Scott never pressured us to spend more money on something outside of our budget. He didn’t try to sell us on anything, rather he informed us on the technicalities of each piano we chose to look at and let the pianos sell themselves. The piano was actually for our son who is fifteen and he really discussed it with him as an adult. Even though we had settled on a piano and were ready go home and mull things over, Scott let our son go and play on their piano in the concert hall with no qualms whatsoever. It was a great experience all around and one that I would recommend to anybody without hesitation.

I too had an excellent purchasing experience. I was not pressured, nor given misleading information. In fact, the salesman suggested a used Kawai that was in mint condition at a very competitive price. Ive had my RX-2 for a year now, used pretty much everyday and couldnt be happier with it--until I trade up for a Shigeru SK-3 ;-)

Received good service from Kawai today that helped me choose the right piano among the various collections they have. They provide detailed knowledge of the brand and history which is inspiring. Was impressed by the fine craftsmanship of Shigeru model as well and can feel the passion they put to make it good.

Warm services. They can tell and know we wont buy any soon but they still provide pretty good introduction. They have a huge collection of piano.
