Truckers Beware-booked a load picking up at this shipper before reading Google Maps reviews. BAD mistake. They are super slow and a complete lack of effort. Really bad. If you want to sit and wait for hours then this shipper is for you.

10/7/21 Loading takes forever! My load wasnt ready and I sat most of the day. If thats not bad enough, theres screws and nails all over the ground and Im sure to have one or two stuck in a tire. Avoid this place if you can! Nice people, but obviously they order trucks before the loads are ready to go and we get stuck sitting here waiting.

One of the worst places Ive been to, 4 hours in the dock, they have not even started loading, Stay away from it if you can!!!! Now its been 6 hours still here I asked them how much longer they told me get back in your truck will let you know when you are done, so rude, thinking about leaving and never come back definetly!!!!

5 hours to get loaded.They start making the product after you checked in.They’ve enough spaces for overnight parking.

I can confirm-it is 5 hour+ that I am here waiting to get loaded... Arm yourself with patience,because people working here are milking it big time.....

Great place. Was unloaded in less than an hour. If you deliver in the morning you can park over night. Dock workers were very nice.

Supervisors need to go. They are not consistent with the staff. They get rid of the good employees and keep the ones always causing issues. They refuse to listen when there are complaints that need attention now. They allow there to be drugs being done on sight. They are so far behind because of lack of communication, allowing people to work who should of been fired. The workers are being overworked because they are so far behind.

Great bosses good work environment awesome incentives.

Garbage facility to pick up a load sat here over 5hrs they do not care don’t call for a truck if your not ready a absolute waste of time missed my going home because of this load

DO NOT PICK UP LOAD HERE. everything is hand loaded onto each truck. I’ve been here for about 5 hours already and they haven’t even started. There is also two other OTR trucks next to me who have been here even longer than me. Shame on this company.

Everything a personal issue. No professionalism to be seen. Everything disorganized, fire smart people for no reason, keep the dumb ones that kiss butt. All about peoples ego, not real success or improvement .

Staff/ employees were very personable, offered helping hand, and informative. Seems to be a clean and laid back work environment considering industry and manufacturing processes.

Their phone number at their website is invalid, so trying to get information about a tub is a waste of time. If I could give a review of 0 stars I would have. What a waste of my time. I will never go to that website again.

Nice place to pick up from they work with you and try to get you out as soon as possible.
