The two gentlemen that showed up to move me were professional and quick. They carefully wrapped and moved everything in a very timely manner and when arrived at the new location, carefully moved, placed and unwrapped everything. They then checked for any scratches or damage with me. Also, there price was very reasonable. I would definitely use their services again.

It was a high tension move for our friend, so we offered to help diffuse the situation by offering to move her things out for her. Just a one and half room move. We had experienced the good service our friends received from two men and a truck just recently for a similar move. We were so pleased with the service and professionalism of our two men yesterday. I believe the lead fellow was Marion, who had such a calming effect on the whole scene and Jackie, his associate who was very pleasant. Both worked hard and efficiently. So very pleased with the move and we recommend them highly.

Narcisse and his crew were absolutely great. They were so responsive, fast, and helpful. They came even earlier than expected, and were done MUCH faster than we thought they would be, so we got to kick back, relax and have something to eat much sooner than we thought. They knew exactly how to pack the delicate China that belonged to my grandparents, and the large pieces of embroidered, framed wall hangings that my great great grandmother made in 1914. They gave me a great deal, too!It was a pleasure working with them - Highly recommend using them!

Movers Terrance and Tony were very nice and communicated on the whole move process and did the job relatively quick for a 2 bedroom in a 2 story house move to a 2 bedroom condo. The only issue was 1 old furniture piece didn’t make it to the move smoothly without issues. They were very nice about fixing it. 5 stars for their customer service but 4 stars because we had a damage to one of the furniture items. I would suggest if you decide moving old furniture items evaluate the piece carefully before deciding. Take all your items out of drawers so they don’t need to charge for use of their boxes.

Bryan and Cesar were excellent movers, they were on time and we didnt have to lift a finger! They worked quickly and efficiently and handled everything with care, they were so nice and personable and the price was the best out there and worth every penny! Derek Butler and his crew are great. We couldn’t believe how fast they worked, yet extremely calculated and precise. It would have taken my friends and I 3 days to move my furniture and that group of guys had it done in under 3 hours. It was unbelievable. The guys were very polite, receptive to our feedback, and went above and beyond to help exceed our expectations. I’m hoping I’m not moving any time soon, but I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

This was my first time doing a non-military move, and I have to say, the team from All My Sons Moving & Storage, made it a seamless one. Their team leader (Derrick Butler), in fact, the entire crew of 4 were professional (but Derrick Butler and one named William were standouts that went above and beyond), cheerful, friendly and reassuring. They walked the location to confirm what was going to be moved and proceeded at pack everything up and loaded on the truck. Derrick was careful to continually explain the process to me and resolve and issue on disassembling or securing something to be moved safely.When we got to the moving location, they did the same thing; did a walkthrough with my and proceeded to put and reassemble everything in place. I even changed my mind about a few things and they helped my successfully relocate everything. They even helped with some objective organizing and opinions on what looked good…and believe me, when you’re moving, another set of eyes is truly appreciated. And I must say, they did everything with a smile.I can’t say that everything was perfect (I did notice some extra screws, washers and some clacks on one particular piece of furniture), but their courtesy and attitude made this move one of the most pleasant moved I’ve ever had. I’d recommend them to the military TMO to use for local moves for our service members moving household goods in-and-out of storage for local moves. Their customer service and professionalism (at all levels) is top notch.The highest compliment I can give them is to say that I’d recommend them to a family member for their “Ambassador” treatment.

I chose the flex plan expecting my furniture to show up in 2-3 weeks. My furniture showed up in 3 days in perfect condition. The 2 movers Gerard and Fred were excellent. Made sure everything was where we wanted it before they left. These 2 movers never once complained about having to take heavy items up stairs. They just did it. I would definitely use all my sons again, especially if I could have Gerard and Fred as the movers. Thanks.

My issue was the pricing the quality of work was good.. They give u a hourly price but are not upfront about all of the hidden fees that they add to it... Which brings the total to way more than what you were actually quoted. My suggestion would be ask before hand what would be your total cost including the hourly fee after all the hidden fees are added before hiring them... I will not be using them again

This receive a 5 star only because of Darnell. The company was suppose to send 3 movers and they only sent 2. One of the mover did absolutely nothing. My husband had to assist Darnell who was exceptional. He is well mannered and kept his mask on the duration of the move. The move began at 11:00 and ended approximately 7. Darnell went above and beyond

All My Sons were exceptional! They loaded the truck, drove it to the new house over 1500 miles away and unloaded 3 days later. Very professional and smart when they had to maneuver some big furniture through tight spaces. Best of all, they were no more expensive than the big companies who unload all your belongings into a warehouse, then back into another truck and give you a 7 to 21 day window. I highly recommend All My Sons!

Extremely disappointed!! We paid so much money for a move that caused us to have to replace most of our items! The movers were nice and all but we have multiple items that were DAMAGED! TV, furniture and wall art! The movers didn’t even know how to reassemble our bed after THEY dissembled it! This moving honestly caused more stressed and an EXPENSIVE stress!! Before you choose this company I encourage you to actually look at other moving company’s through thumbtack they have smaller moving company’s but they are more CAREFUL with your items and 10x less expensive!! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed!!

My fiance and I had a difficult cross-state move, taking things from three places to go to 2 different houses in 2 different states. Brett was great at coordinating and scheduling the move; answered all our questions and had everything scheduled to perfection. On moving day Ronny and his crew were great, fast and extremely efficient. There was a scheduling snafu such that our move had to be rescheduled. However, the Florida Senior Manager, Mark, was exceptional at service recovery. The move was rescheduled for the next day, and Mark ensured we had a top-notch moving team. The team leader, Terrance Clark, was absolutely awesome. They helped us within 4-5 hours without us lifting a finger. It was truly amazing to have a stress free move with good guys. Really great experience and service. Larry and Joseph made our moving experience easy. Moving out of my apartment was an obstacle itself as I lived on the 8th floor of a building but regardless, they had a positive attitude about everything that needed to get moved (we had a lot of stuff) a lot of heavy furniture including a purple mattress (king size) they assembled the bed in 15 minutes which would’ve taken me 4 hours to do. I can say I’m happy about how fast they were and their level of professionalism.

I dont really have any bad things to say about the movers themselves. They did a great job and were very friendly. The only problem with the movers I had was a broken window which management never contacted me over (accidents happen but communication is not great with management) and I was told they would arrive between 11AM-2PM so I spent 4 hours waiting near the storage unit until they arrived at 6PM instead of doing other things I needed to be doing. Again, things happen but communication was not great. My biggest issue was that I was quoted for a move of my storage unit and unfortunately the company didnt have a large enough truck to fit all my stuff from storage. I was then asked to pay an additional fee (about 25% of the price of the first move) to bring the rest of my stuff. So Im basically being told to pay 125% of the original quote to get my stuff down here even after I told the company of the issues I ran into with the crazy movers before them where I had to get two trucks. Ultimately poor communication is my biggest issue here and lack of follow through on service. Everyone Ive spoken to or worked with has been very nice but I wouldnt feel comfortable using this vendor again.

Run away for your life! They are terrible! They should not be allowed to stay in business. They gave me a quote for $820 for 4hrs, but they charged me $1420. They are only nice to you when they try to get your business, once you hire them and pay them, if you have a concern, their attitude completely change. They made a hole in my house. Dont use them! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I love these guys. I had 3 guys /1 truck. They really did their thing. What a great day and great experience. 2 good to be true, but it was true. Great pricing also. They was quick, safe, and flexible. Their professionalism and courtesy was a plus. I had a few different moving service, but I will stick with them moving forward 👍.

Although the two gentlemen who performed the move, Thomas and Gio, were wonderfully efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with, the guy in the office was the opposite. I was overcharged by a few hundred dollars vs what was discussed and when I challenged it, he became extremely rude and belligerent. He claimed he told me of the additional charges but he did not. I take great notes during conversations and he absolutely made no mention of any additional charges amounting to over $300. I requested to hear the recording of the call for training and customer service purposes but that has not been provided as yet. I intend to follow up on this and report them to the BBB if necessary.

The crew did everything I could’ve wanted today and way faster than I’d expect. Great service all around. Highly recommend.

This was my first time moving with a moving company and I didn’t know what to expect at first. What an amazing company. They were kind and informative and left me feeling stress free about my move. From the beginning the communication was great! I received multiple phone calls to make sure all of the information was correct and that we were both on the same page. They even gave me a call when they were 30mins away which I loved! Marc Woodson and Lonnie were the Movers that helped me. I absolutely loved them! They were kind, respectful and a joy to be around. They asked questions to make sure everything was packed properly and safely. I was lucky enough to have them again when my belongings were being dropped off at my new place. Do not waste your money using this company!!! I never write reviews but I felt the need to warn people against this deceitful company. The gave me an estimate price and then charged me more than double, they find mini loop holes in everything they say to charge you more. Also they damaged a few pieces of furniture and I have been trying to contact them for a week and they are not responsive, delegating my issue to other departments that never end up contacting me. Worst moving company in Miami!

A very honest, careful, friendly professional moving company. Brett assessed my condo, knew exactly how long the move would take and gave me a fixed price quote without using hourly rates. I was stressed because I sold and bought two condos and had to move and close Monday and Tuesday. This necessitated storing my stuff on the truck overnight. The crew arrived promptly. I had no furniture just 25 boxes and they moved me out in an hour and in in less. Very cooperative, strong friendly young men. I would highly rec this company and use them again.

Both of my movers Mark and Brian were doing a great job until I moved my furniture around and my dresser fell apart and they didn’t tell me about it and don’t want to pay me back. Another thing, Was that but they literally charged me $800 for a 3 hr move when they told me the wrapping was included and charged me $85 for boxes “6” boxes that they never used when all my belonging were already in boxes that we bought ourselves and they told it’ll only be $139 an hour. They also charged me 18% fuel charge and my move was literally 5 less than a mile away! This was the worse experience EVER!! They were referred to me and I will never use them again! They have false advertisement which they don’t tell you about at all until they charge you $800 for a one a king size bed and 2 dressers! DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEYRE A SCAM ALL ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! If I can leave them no stars I would.

Mark and his crew were amazing! They were extremely efficient and packed all of our items with care. Our move was not easy! We moved from a third floor walk up apartment to another third floor walk up apartment and they did a fantastic job moving all of our furniture with great orientation and due diligence. Bad experience, do not recommend. Booked three movers, only two showed up with no prior notice for the change. Chipped dining room table, damaged bookshelf, broken vases and glasses, desk chair dropped into a puddle on the street and damaged the arm, box of books fell into a puddle and got soaked, the list goes on. It took me 30 minutes to get from one apartment to the next. The movers left at the same time as me and it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then they damaged the elevator door sensor in my building. Extra charges on the final bill in the packing materials section, no attempt to provide an itemized list of charges when asked. Worst. Experience. Ever. Beware!

I don’t even have words to express how amazing this crew was. Sometimes in life we go through situations that are life changing which is especially hard to endure during these uncertain times. These guys came into my life at just the right time! They were fun, charismatic, worked hard, and most definitely went above and beyond to make this process easy on me. Honestly I knew from my first encounter with All My Sons Moving and Storage that this was going to be a smooth process. I would hire them again over and over there is no doubt they are hands down one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working with. Derek the lead crew member was a true blessing!
