Rented two 26 trucks with car haulers for a 1300 mile one way trip. No problems with the equipment. I had excellent service while dropping off the trailers after office hours- two of the mechanics came out to help disconnect. The office staff was also very helpful while dropping off the trucks over two different days. ( I also switched drop off locations, as the original one that was planned for me only was open a few hours a day) Much Thanks to the Pompano Beach Penske location.

Amazing place... I love their pricing and service. Will definitely rent from them again. I did a BIG move and they dont nickel and dime you. Customer service is Top Notch. Its a flat rate and 99c per mile. Insurance is pretty resonable too.

A place you can rent Trucks and do heavy duty work.

Call and call with no answer, so I call the 1844 number and get through to I believe is customer service and which Justine connect me with Pompano and Carrie answer with a dry telephone voice and puts me on hold and then picks up the phone and hang up. If your not a company doing business with Penske, I guest a local customers move does not matter. Google needs a NO STARS for places like this. Good luck doing business with this place!

I would give no stars if I could.. Disappointed I wanted a cargo van rented a cargo van was given a gas guzzling 16 foot box. Thanks 1st and last rental ever.

After a year I am not renting a vehicle I am so happy I rented one from penske and had a really good experience everything worked great. The service at the pompano store was really good and I am really happy with everything.

First truck my company rented from the was infested with German roaches the second truck all the AC vents were broken and the AC would blow smoke into the cab while you were driving they were very friendly and helpful but they need to fix their trucks for sure

I tried to return the truck after hours and i couldnt find the key drop box, so the next morning the guy on the main office was super nice/friendly and he told me that they were under construction. Ill give this place 3 stars rating because there wasnt any paper or sign explaining this situation with the drop box key and i did spend like 15mins at night trying to leave the truck on this facility. Supposedly the key drop box its located on the back of the facility on the gas station area (according to the office guy). I hope they fix this small problem once construction its done.

Don’t go there if you need to get fueled at a reasonable time. The guy that fuel me took his time talking to other workers. When I asked him to fuel my truck so I could get out of here he had an Attitude.

A little busy

Horrible horrible horrible service they gave us the wrong size truck that we had a reservation for for over two weeks. We were supposed to be on the road at 9am and we are still here waiting at 2:26 pm for them to get their act together. Also, no customer service at the front desk the lady working In the front office today 01/31/2020 at 2:26 gave my husband and I an attitude. She was so rude. I am getting her name and calling corporate.

My husband had his truck serviced there. I never hear him complain about their customer service

I had to wait more than one hour to get the truck because the guy who works in the rental office arrived 35 min late.

Not only is the woman that works here incredibly lazy she is a total rip off. For my local move I was charged $150. I had the truck for one day, and didnt get anything extra except for the cheapist insurance. She was too lazy to remove the blankets and the dolly and said I could use them for no extra charge, then charged me. I filled the gas back up and was still charged for gas. Warning take pictures before and after, hell take a video because this place is a total rip off. Stick with uhaul.

Horrible experience. Rented a sleeper tractor for the first time. Not one person ever gave me the right answer on any question asked. The truck didnt have a complete paperwork, IFTA permit, that I had to chase after I had rented, My cash deposit, supposed to have been returned when the truck was returned, I am still waiting for. Cant figure out how four people could be so badly trained, including the manager!! Please go somewhere else.

Rented a truck for a one way move. they gave me a truck with a broken dashboard, AC that only worked in one pisition, windshield wipers that slapped on the A post on every wipe across the window, and a filthy cab i had to scrub clean before the move. would not recommend this location

At Budget, they did not have my 16 foot truck rental ready so I went to Penske Truck Rental. They had a waiting list but they let me rent one in the last minute.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. My company has been renting truck with this location for 5 weeks, every week I come to pick up the truck that was supposedly reserved they either dont have the truck or there is always some issue, the staff is very unprofessional and rude.
