Rude people, stuck in the 70s. No payment methods available other than cash, held the car an additional day because they never answered the phone or returned a call.

Horrible service. They lost my car keys then made me go look for it. Then they gave me one price, and told me to come back and then increased the price for no reason. Do not go here! Super unprofessional and not friendly at all. 🤢

Complete overpriced, they towed my car from the highway due to a accident and I was told my price would be $125+ $15 every night it’s there just to get there the following morning to get my car and be told I have to pay $220. Only because “I didn’t mention my car was in a accident “ wouldn’t the person who towed it to their establishment that works there bring that up? Nope !!! Biggest scam ever smh

Poor customer service and extremely rude. Pooler Police Department called this towing company at the scene of the accident before we were able to process claim with insurance company. They towed the car to their facility and stored overnight. I called the next day to arrange for towing of the car to the collision center through my insurance company and spoke directly to Burnsed to inform them of the process and asked if they needed anything but was only told they needed verbal confirmation of release. When the other tow company arrived, they would not release until they received $275 cash, because they dont accept credit cards. Very unprofessional and a complete scam.

Extremely over priced. Police departments go to accident haulers. DO NOT let them around your property. They have stolen $1400 worth of snap on tools out out my car. Unfortunately for them, I have serial numbers on every tool and Im coming for them HARD. Be ready asshats.

I had my vehicle towed to the facility because i had a wreck on I-95 . They were recommended by the police department. Although the police department is unaware of there actions ?????? John told me it would be $120 to tow and $20 dollar a day to leave it there. Ok I understand. But failed to tell me there was a gate fee and a fee for hoisting it onto the truck.

First and foremost any review above a 1 star was definitely left by an employee, family, or someone who is an acquaintance of an employee or even the owner. The only reason they received a 1 from me is because unfortunately Google does not allow a ZERO rating. Its understood that most if their business comes from the local PD, but even still the customer service is TERRIBLE. Everyone is extremely rude, very incompetent, very nasty establishment. I will never give them a dime for ANY services. Please find your service elsewhere, do not give them your business .

We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to open them gate then the lady tells us there’s an after hours fee to open the gate when it was 3:30 on a Friday says they will only take cash. So I said I want proof of this because they didn’t tell us this when they town the car 20 minutes earlier. Had to call the cops to get them to come back to open the gate and then there was no fee after I called them cops. They just wanted to keep my money. I will be filing a formal complaint at the police department about this tow company. I would literally rather push my car home then use this tow company

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. They are very rude over the phone. I called to pick up a vehicle that was towed in. It was 4:32, a very rude woman told me that she couldnt give me any information regarding the vehicle because they close at 4:30. I advised online it shows they are still open and if she answered the phone, why can I NOT find out how much storage and tow charges are. She told me Its 4:34, we close at 4:30, so like i said, you have to call back tomorrow. I feel like they didnt want to give the information because they wanted to get an additional day of storage instead of allowing me to pick up the vehicle. They are very rude and if your in the pooler area and are in a wreck, DO NOT ALLOW THE POLICE TO CALL THEM TO PICK UP YOUR CAR

They towed my car proximately 426 miles and charge me $195 then charged me $25 for that night to keep it until the next day I came and got it at about 9 a.m. and then I had to pay for another day storage because theyd already been open for 1 hour. So thats $245 for one car towed that I could drive out of there. And it was because I couldnt find an insurance card into Pooler officer gave me a ride back to the place they towed the car cuz there was no hold on it just ridiculously gouging people

Burnsed Towing is the most rude and very crooked money hungry business in the towing business. My vehicle was towed on a saturday morning and I asked the tow driver if I could come get my vehicle in a few hours, i was told the place is closed saturday and sunday. I called on monday morning and asked about the bill $$ and i was rudely told to bring CASH only. I asked the person on the phone could i come at 430 since i was at work, was told 9-4 is the hours. I picked up my vehicle on tuesday morning and was charged storage for saturday, sunday and monday. RIP OFF RIP OFF SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE 10 star rating.

Literally the worst towing company I have ever been to. Terrible customer service and the workers are very rude! I honestly don’t know why the officer even called this towing company anyways. PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM!!!!! TERRIBLE!

I think they did a decent job on my car. they communicated to me, didnt charge too much. overall, i recommend if u need a decent place to fix ur car at an affordable price...just dont set a very high expectation, but they do make acceptable results.

Elderly African American worker was making advances on my friend and myself when we went to pick up her car. Extremely disturbing, unacceptable and unprofessional. If you are a young woman DO NOT go. In a very remote location, nothing public around. Extremely unsafe. If you have to go, DO NOT GO ALONE.

Probably the most unclean, unprofessional, lazy, business establishment in Pooler. I don’t understand how this place is in business. I counted maybe 3 stray looking, unhealthy dogs walking around the business. The workers are very rude and hang up on your phone calls that you have to actually go there in person just to ask a question. They are not accountable for your vehicles. Your better off leaving your vehicle on the side of the road.
