Called to come out and change a spring hanger. Didnt know how to do the job. Had me wait all day. It was on an empty end dump trailer. If you do call this company make sure its a very easy job. They dont want to get their hands dirty. I guess thats why all of the 5 star reviews are from the mechanic and his family. Check it out.

Hello,Called in for road service at 10am to get 4 batteries replaced was told 1.5 hrs wait I agreed. Guy showed up at 1:30 pm said he’d be back in an hour left. Called them at 4 pm to find out phone goes straight to voicemail called driver back at 5 told him he would be a while yet and never showed or called. Horrible customer service with high prices. Do not waist your time on them.

I had a 9am appointment to get a dot inspection I showed up 10 min early and nobody was there. At 9am still nobody so I called Nick and he said he would be there shortly. At a 945 still no one has shown up so I went across the street and had my dot done and will not be using xxx anymore his lost I have several trucks too.

Has had my truck several times and cant fix it but still try in to charge me

After call 5 time no one pick up how do you say open 24 hr
