I had car troubles while I was out of town. My car was overheated & had to be fixed before I could get back on the road. I checked with three other places in town and they couldn’t get me in the same day. I was so happy that Goodyear could. They were very busy but got me in and got my car fixed in a matter of hours! Really appreciate their speediness so I could get back home!

Wonderful staff, excellent service. Youll see a few reviews below mine that arent too great. But I dont know what thats about. I cant recommend this place enough. Theyre honest, they know what theyre doing, and they wont let you leave without knowing exactly what they did and why, dont charge more than needed, and wont do anything without your approval first. JC and the team are amazing! If youre looking for a mechanic shop in the Pooler area, youll find a great one here.

I’m sitting in the waiting room right now and I just had to leave a review. The employees here are so professional. I really thought the worst for my tire, but they took their time and found out that I had a leaky valve stem. The price to replace it was wonderful and they did not take long at all. My appointment was at 10 and I was done by 11. I’ll definitely come back to this location again.

Went and got an alignment on my truck this morning got there early but no problems in and out good service.

Purposely did a repair in a manner that was not proper which I told them not to do. Then messed up doing it and caused twice the damage the car started with. All with a horrible attitude. I should sue but Ill just leave this review to warn others off this place.

My truck was diagnosed twice for air conditioning issues, the first time it cost nearly 160.00 for work that I dont believe was needed. The second time I was quoted for 760.00 and was told this was the problem. It was not. Now Im out alot of money for their technicians to get field experience at my expense.

Went to get tires. What a joke. I ended up leaving.

They list 5 choices in tires on web site and allow you to write down the ones you want and set up an appt. When you get there you find a much higher bill and hear these are the only ones we carry even tho our website tells you something different!

I can’t say enough about how polite helpful and professional these guys are . We were in Savannah on vacation and had a tire leaking . The guys at Goodyear Pooler Georgia got me back in business in a hour . They were very busy yet still got me taken care of THANK YOU !!!!

I had a tire issue on a Sunday. I met JC at Good Year in Pooler Ga, he let me know the tire couldn’t be repaired and that he would have to order a new one . He contacted me Tuesday morning at 830 to let me know my tire was in, mounted and balanced . Ready to go . Excellent customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Highly recommend.

If I could give them 0 I would. I took my car to them for an oil change and tire rotation and they messed my car up. They bent my rim and my hub cap came off, the from of my car also has a dent on the front of it that was not there before I took the car. So my husband and I took my car back and the manager argued with us and was very rude. They guy said the bent rim was from a pot hole.....I sent it to my brother who is a mechanic and he said that it was defintely a tool. I contacted customer service and I was working with someone. They complete went ghost on me. I have called multiple times to customer service and no one answers. I will never use this place again and I will also let everyone in the area know that they are very rude and they will mess your car up. I’ve heard multiple stories about other peoples cars being messed up from here as well.

A life saver. Had experienced a flat on Saturday over Labor Day weekend. Used the full spare to grt back home and Goodyear was OPEN ON LABOR DAY MONDAY! So glad they were. Didnt have to miss a day of work.

I blew a tire late in the afternoon on Monday 12/09/19 on Highway 95. My truck was towed to this store and I arrived near closing time. I cannot say enough about how Josh Grover went over and above to get my tire changed and back on the road to Jacksonville. Excellent service!!!

These folks are fantastic. We had a tire blowout on our travel trailer Sat, March 21, 2020 on I95 about 30 miles south of Savannah. We called and spoke to Josh who said they had the Goodyear Endurance tires we wanted as replacements (it was our third rubbish China made Westlake tire to fail in our travels). The blown tire also took out the wiring to our trailer tail lights, signals, etc. Upon arrival these folks swiftly replaced both tires on the right side AND got our turn signals and brake lights working on the trailer. Everyone there was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They got us back on the road very quickly. Cannot say enough good things about this experience. If you live in this area you cannot go wrong with this place. Thank you to everyone there.

I went to the Pooler location about a week and a half ago for just an oil change. Took about 2 hours, not too bad based on customers before me. The lady at the counter was friendly the entire time, even when informing me that I would need a full set of tire changes and an alignment soon. Fast forward to today. I’ve had my washer fluid low level light come on 3 times since that visit, and this morning my oil low percentage alert came on. Apparently when I brought my vehicle in, they decided not to reset the oil percentage, or top off my washer fluid as they claim to do so. Guy at counter looked quickly and said it was full/good, but upon another look, didn’t correct me when I said it looks empty (didn’t say anything at all to be precise). But hey, I should definitely get a new full set and tires as well as an alignment from them.Will not be returning, and will be getting another oil change today or tomorrow because I am unsure of whether they actually did one or not. Only reason for two stars is because I cannot fault the people at the counter for the actions of the mechanics.*Note* Only driven 500-600 miles since the oil change

Whenever I have visited this location it has always been a pleasant experience. The associates are welcoming and warm. They know exactly how a customer should be treated. Excellent service!! We have hard to find camper tires that most places don’t keep in stock. We called them and they were so helpful and took care of us right away. The sales staff was great. The individual who changed out our tires was an a$$. I asked for someone to come out and wipe off some grease that was on the inside handle of the door. And when he came to wipe it off he claimed he didnt do it. I didnt ask who did it. All I asked was for someone to whip the grease off the inside of the door.

Quick service and amazing diagnostics! Took the car in to fix a flat. Had a vibration in the steering at 70+ MPH. They were able to find an issue with the power steering leading to an alignment issue that was wearing away the inner part of the tire. Will be headed back soon for the fix. Excellent work and they had the tire repaired and back in place within 45 minutes with a full bay.

If you are sick, my opinion is you probably shouldnt be working to spread your germs to customers or other employees. You arent yourself when you are not feeling well hence the poor customer service I received. We were traveling visiting my parents and I went in today for a small nail in our tire. I was hoping it could be patched or repaired. Initially I was told by Sean it would cost $21 if it could be repaired. Already I was put off because Ive had two tires repaired twice at other Goodyears and it was free under their program and it says this on their website (free repair). I brought this to his attention and he obliged. Sean just came off so snide and rude any further interaction I had with him.After I was told I would need a new tire, I asked if they offered a military discount. Sean told me the price of the tire and he said well it will only be like a dollar something off the cost of the repair. Okay, no need to be rude about it though, you know. After I got my invoice I was just looking it over as anyone should when they are signing something. He said impatiently is something wrong? I said no, just looking things over. He didnt give me the discount. It was just the principle at that point. My parents have lived in this area for almost 10 years. We visit often and I always drive by and see this place open. $261 for one tire was an unexpected expense we plan for. After the way I felt leaving this establishment I wont ever go again.

Arrived there for a 8:00 appointment that I had scheduled and greeted by one of the guys at the desk complaining about my appointment and how it shouldn’t have been scheduled cause they were busy (which 8 is the first appointment of the day) but any way 2 days after the appointment I noticed a scraping noise under my car when I went over small bumps. I looked under my car and the panel to get to the oil plug wasn’t screwed back on. Won’t be going back there apparently serving customers is inconvenient to them and they try and rush your car out if the garage that they forget to put the panel back on the car

On our way north from Central Florida our Ram 2500 started making a clicking and grinding noise in one of the wheels. Joel got us checked in quickly and his team found no issues and no concerns. While they were at it then also fixed a trailer tire with a bad valve stem we got new just recently.My wife and I are back on the road for the next 800 miles and the good work they put in to ease our worries and get us road worthy means we’re relaxed and ready to keep going north.I can not recommend this place more. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks, Goodyear, for making our road trip possible again.

I went to get news tires and was told I need new front and rear brakes, so instead of just paying for the tires. They came at me with an extra $1500 in brakes. Refused then took my car to the nearest reliable mechanic and I only needed front brakes. Everyone at the front desk has an attitude when you don’t want work done to your car. Will not come back.

Very easygoing and welcoming atmosphere! Great customer service. They found the problem with my car and had it fixed quickly. They also did it for a very reasonable rate. So many people nowadays expect a handout. But their prices were definitely right for the type of work they had to do. You get the service you pay for. My family was traveling from Jacksonville, FL to Greenville, SC. I had been checking my tires for a couple of weeks and thought they were good for traveling. Long story, short.... The inner edge of the rear tires were wearing severally with the cord probably coming through at the worst time. It was 3pm on Sunday when I discovered and began frantically calling around for a shop to replace them so we could continue driving to SC for vacation. This Goodyear was the only place out of 6 that had 2 tires to fit our Honda Odyssey. Sean (manager) really accommodated us with a tight time crunch, even working another car himself so his technicians could get to mine in time before closing. They were able to get the alignment done, show me the printout specs and explain some options for the lack of rear camber adjustment on the Odyssey. We drove over 700 miles on them to and from vacations with no issues or noticeable wear. Ill have the camber looked at now that Im home but thank you Sean for helping us in a Sunday night bind. A hotel room for 2 kids, 2 dogs and a missed vacation day would NOT have been cool.

WOW! Picked up a nail in my tire :-(Went to Goodyear to get it fixed. After a little time, the attendant said, Fixed! I went to the counter... How much? FREE!!! We fix flats on standard rims for FREE! HONEST PEOPLE! Have them service your car!

So I need to get a repair done on my car. It took longer than they said it would, having to wait an extra day to get my car back, they had to replace a part twice because one was bad. Anyway, $700 later they said my car was fixed. I get 50 miles outside of Savannah on my way home back to Atlanta and the engine overheats again, this time blowing the engine. So I sat on the side of the highway for 3 and half hours waiting for my parents to come pick me up on Christmas day! Thanks for nothing! $700 wasted. Absolutely would not recommend this shop.

I brought my Volvo here because it is the closest to my work. Paid over $100 to get front light and break light put in! Cost on lights were about $11 total and I paid $80 for “labor”! Ridiculous. I can’t do it myself, so I figured suck it up and pay it. I did. Two days later my Windshield wiper stops working. I go in ...again, because it’s less than a mile from my job. They quote me over $400 over the phone! This time I was smart enough to ask for a breakdown. The wiper service part is $197 (which only cost $100 when I call advanced auto by the way) the service is about $100.... So I inquire on where they got $400 from. They also “happened” to put windshield wipers on my quote and taxes...I asked what’s wrong with my current windshield wipers, are they broken? Mind you I got new windshield wipers less than a month ago. The woman on the phone says “oh I don’t know”... So you and the mechanic just put new windshield wipers on the ticket, and I assume the “labor” .. (not taxes) to go along with that without checking to see if I really needed it...I’m 4,11” and look about 18years old so I guess I look easily bamboozled. Never again. Fool me once.

They tried to tell my exwife it was a Federal law that tire pressure sensor had to be replaced. They wanted $225 for the fix. Thinking she was stuck because it was towed there. I had a wrecker pick.it up and take it to a competitor who put a valve stem in for $20 and if they would have had it in.stock he said $89.So these guys tried to take advantage of a woman in distress. I wouldnt trust them with anything after that.

Maybe a coincidence, but I end up with a oil leak the several times Ive been to this location (three times). The GM belongs as far from customers as possible, and their staff is like the other posts show (no sense of urgency). The one hope the place may have is a service manager I recently dealt with that does seem to care about a job well done and helping customers to understand the root cause of their issue.Overall, definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone.

Zero Stars! They only get one start so that I am able to post the review.. HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! FIRST OFF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MECHANICS.. I initially went to Goodyear to get a oil change and a diagnostic service done on my car because of a rattle noise with my car. However, when you get a oil change you supposed to get a free tire rotation! Long story short Goodyear try to have me pay $179for diagnostic services of my car after proceeding to tell me that they could not diagnose my car with any issues .& couldnt start cause they would have to replace my ignition switch to start the process for a total for 349. So, if you didnt diagnose me with the issues on my car why would I have to pay them? However, what does my ignition switch has to do with whats going on underneath my hood? However, they did the oil change but never rotated my tires that I didnt notice until I got to Eltons Auto. And as soon as I left Goodyear I went to Eltons within five minutes my issue was diagnosed And within 45 mins I was rolling out the shop car running as good as new!! Very old school mechanic that doesnt try to get over!! I dropped my care off at good year at 8am did leave until 12:30 and they didnt do jack but a oil change!! If you for got a simple free tire rotation on a car lord knows how many other people you have done or services you have forgotten! But wait of the mechanic was to busy joking around neither nor worrying about the next song on the radio they may could have been a bit focus!

Such scammers! I went to Goodyear to get a flat tire repair. I waited over an hour while they “diagnosed” and said it was not repairable since there was a nail in the wall of the tire and I would have to buy a new tire. Along with that, they said that my tires not have much tread life and it would be best to replace all 4 tires. Kaufman Tire diagnosed and fixed the nail in the tire within 5 minutes and I was ready to go. He even glanced at the tires and said you have plenty of tread left.This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this Goodyear. But now it is definitely and unbelievably my worst and last!

AT ALL COST, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! These guys are the worst. They potentially could have killed my wife due to substandard workmanship. We purchased the tires from them and had an alignment. From the get go the alignment was wrong and took it back to them, they corrected it a little but, was never correct after they aligned the car, took it to Mazda who corrected the alignment. The tires were always bouncy and poorly balanced and they claimed we had a bad rim which was a flat out lie, the same rim is still on the car running true, they also told us the a universal joint was bad on the front axle at one point, 30,000 miles later and still no problem and by the way it’s a rear wheel drive car. They replaced one tire that could not be balanced at one point but the tire they put on was far worse with a lot of weights to get it to ride a bit smoother. The last 3 months she took the car back because of low tire pressure, they serviced the tire only with air and never looked at it during the tire rotation, it had a nail in it which was not repaired and she had to drive the car with a flat tire, My wife is not a mechanic and I work overseas and she did not know what the problem was. They filled the tire with air two more times and let it go. A Hugh bubble appeared in the sidewalk which proved to be from running flat continually, IT WAS READY TO EXPLODE! They are dangerous thieves, DO NOT TRUST YOUR FAMILIES LIFE WITH THIS STORE, THEY COULD POSSIBLY DIE AT THE HANDS OF THESE IDIOTSI had a truck they tried to rip me off with on unecessary work as well, told me parts were bad of which I had just replaced a week before, 100,000 miles later and the same part they told me was bad is still on there.Beware of this establishment, they are the worst I have EVER dealt with. They will rob you blind if your not careful and don’t know what your looking at. I have been a mechanic my whole life which help me spot these frauds.

Called a day prior to set up oil change and check engine light issue. Arrive before the appointment time the day of the service. 1hour and 30 minutes later, I asked the service guy where they were at with my vehicle. They hadnt even MOVED IT! They then wanted to get it in there. I told them no because I did not have the time to wait another hour and a half when they should have already had it DONE! They tried to give me a free oil change..Really??? The business just wasted an hour and half of my time and thats my compensation? Please do not waste your time with this company. I have used them in the past and they definately are slow to do anything and will not keep to the time they tell you. This was the last straw. Absolutely horrible experience.

Overcharging. Taking advantage of people for money. Kauffmans did the same job for less than half!!!!! Total RIP off place and you get a good laugh in the face from the manager working up front also !!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!!

I have a t mobile tracker in my car to tell me what’s wrong with my car, I told them what was wrong but they still did a diganosis which was fine, until I got my car back. They told me my check engine light was still on only because they left my keys in the ignition over night so they had to jump it before they gave me my car back. They fixed my wipers and other little things but didn’t fix the misfires in my cylinders, and still charged me almost $600 for my car to still be dangerous to drive. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Installed four new tires on my car. Had problem with my Goodyear credit card and Nikki helped me resolve the problem. When I had questions about the tires she even brought out the actual tire that was for my car to show me how it looks. Very satisfied with my visit here. $200.00 rebate from Goodyear, free instalation ($100.00), and free tires rotation for life. Cant get any better.Thank you guys!

I was driving down 95 and maintenance light came on. This shop is convenient to the highway, we scheduled my appointment over the phone, and they got me in and out in less than an hour. The people at the counter were very hospitable.

Got an alignment done about an week ago on Sunday. The next day flat tire. I looked at the tire to see if nail or something was in it. (Nothing). So i Went back for them to check it out. Said nothing is wrong. So why did the tire go flat??? Anyway Thank God for common sense I went to another tire place and the mechanic said I need a new tire. THANKS SO MUCH RICHARD at Goodyear for (NOTHING)!!! I pray I never have to go back to Goodyear. I knew something was wrong because of how the vehicle was driving.

Just walked in to get tires. Everyone standing around and not working. Manager said that they had no room to change tires that I could come back tomorrow. Not a care in the world. I scheduled a oil change and it still took 3 hours for a basic oil change. Then they didnt even tighten my oil bolt enough so I was dripping oil all over my driveway. This place is unprofessional and cost more then Walmart.

The salesman Dj Washington was very helpful and sweet. He was able to provide me with the correct services at a good price!

Good deal on 4 new tires but service is way slow

This is a really bad and unprofessional place we took our car because of an AC problem they said it was the compressor we paid almost $1000 dollars to get it fixed, only a WEEK later it stopped working again, when we took the vehicle back for warranty they said the problem was a hose licking and that we had tp pay $400 more! How is that possible of course we didnt do it and since we know about that stuff we changed the hose ourselves just to realize the compressor is not working properly either. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE theyre nothing but a huge SCAM!

Brought my car in because it kept stalling out. They read error code from engine and replaced/Fixed my Crankshaft Sensor. However, they also noted that my battery and alternator were not working properly and instead of offering up to fix or solution, they let me leave. Car stalled out again. Never coming back here again. Should have trusted the bad reviews I read here

My left exhaust pipe had a bad soldered connection. Called Goodyear and told them the problem. I was told no problem they will take care of it. I had my wife take the car in to be serviced. They fixed it by tying it up with a wired clothes hanger😡 and had the nerve to charge me $20. Is this a joke? Now the sales manager Kyle M says oh we only install new exhaust system so why would you accept a job that you cant service?

If you want to donate your hard earn money Good year auto servicecenter Pooler is the right spot for you. They charge $50 labor just to change air filter. They take pride for ripping people off. Its a shame.

If you have anything bigger than a bicycle take your vehicle somewhere else. Cant replace a valve stem in a 35 in tire

I recommend - Be leary of at least this Good Year. I started having car problems 100s of miles away from home. This place charged me approx $50-$60 JUST to give me a ridiculously HIGH ESTIMATE ONLY. This estimate fee/pre-charge may be normal in some shops idk... But the estimate that was approx $200 more than the shop down the road to fix 1 power steering hose. Good Year even TOLD me that my car REQUIRED an alignment AFTER the hose was replaced BECAUSE of the parts that over lapped/intertwined would cause my car to go out of alignment. NOT KIDDING & NOT APPRECIATED. I felt like I was treated like a stupid female. I recommend Poolers Auto. They fixed my car fast for over $200 less without an additional $50 + estimate charge ....& my car DID NOT require an alignment afterwards.

Went to this location for a nail in my new tire, Goodyear man told me that they do not plug tires due to corporate policies & tried to sell me a new tire. Kaufman tires on Towne Center are honest, they plugged my tire, no charge.
