You will not find a more honest and fair Management and Staff. If something is not done right or not to your expectation they always make it right. Their are two Alexs at this location and they are both awesome. They cared about my situation and made sure I was updated with what was going on. They are both fantastic representatives of Savannah Tire.

These guys are awesome. My trailer tires had issues on the way to NC. I went to Walmart and and they were not willing to work with me because the trailer was packed. These guys went out of their way to fix my tires with a loaded trailer. I appreciate the extra effort and commitment to great customer service. Alex, took good care of me. Thank you. Now I can drive the next 4 hours to my destination.

I had a great experience! I walked in to get my tire pressure checked and Alex found a nail in my tire. He immediately told me he thought he could fix it, started on it, and had the nail out and tire fixed within 30 minutes. Kelly at the front desk was super nice and friendly, and she helped me out within minutes too! I will totally come here again!

Abby was very personable, pleasant, and professional over the phone and in person. She seemed knowledgeable and was courteous and kind in her interactions with customers. She not only informed customers of the cost, but also explained, in general, the process used to diagnose and correct/repair the particular problem. I observed this over the the span of about 2 hours that I waited for my car maintenance to be completed, which was actually a little less time than I was told it would be.

Went Friday without app. A 2hr wait. Lady recommends get an app. On Sunday because its slower. Today she doesnt give me a wait time cause she only has one person and I already have 2 cars ahead of me. Its 9am employee inside doing circles gossiping and joking with another employee. The reason for an appointment is to not wait for service. Not coming back.

Angels work here !While driving from N.C. back home to Florida, my AC compressor went with my 2 dogs and sister in the vehicle. My sister had just spent 42 days in the hospital and my small dog was experiencing signs of heat stroke. We came to Savannah tire not knowing if they work on Air conditioning but luckily for us they did and we were welcomed with smiles and compassion for our situation. Abby and Kelly were fantastic and let my sister and 2 dogs stay in the cold air conditioned showroom while Eddie fixed the air conditioning. We were back on the road quickly and cool, what a blessing this place was. Not only did save the day they saved my dogs!!! And all for a reasonable price,,,,Thank you again,God bless all of you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was traveling back to CT and needed a new tire. I had my car towed there and arrived at 7:30 am. 2 women were inside and wouldnt open the door until exactly 8am eventhough they could see I was waiting with my wife and son. When they finally opened they said they were booked and could not take me. They clearly have no empathy and even less of a concept of customer service. Go to Kaufmann around the corner. Great service! They bent over backwards to help me.

Had an appointment at 8o’clock my car was there for five hours before they even started I told him my car was hard to drive they wouldn’t let me pull it in the tech almost ran my car into the curb I had to run out stop him and back it up for him then he still wouldn’t let me pull it in and he Grining my gears and after all that my tires are not balanced properly and I paid almost 400 just to go to another tire shop and pay more money to have them properly balanced

I got my car serviced on march 14th and I have been calling them ever since because they double charged me I kept on calling and was told that they will give me a refund it has now been almost 7 months and still have not gotten my refund I called today and they tell me that they have checked with their bank and that it doesnt show that I was charged double of course they not gonna say yeah we did double charge the client ! A bunch of crooks I have spoken to several people already and nothing has been done I was have been charged 530.00 . If I could give zero Stars I would !

If I could give a negative star I would.. Appointment for 11. At 1 oclock they said they didnt have the tires we asked for when we made the appointment. So then they offered some tires at discount . Well ok. One hour later they said we had a Crack in the rin. Its on the inside. We havent had to out air in that tire at all. Since they put it on the last time we bought tires. Sent us back with the same tires and a cracked rim. Do not recommend.

Great service and prices to complete anywhere

Came in for an oil change at 0900, finally got done 6 hours later. Never asked me what type of oil I wanted either. Got my vehicle back and the charge was like 76 dollars! I asked about a military discount and the guy told me it was included. I expressed some disbelief because of the price and also because I never told anyone there i was in the military. He made an adjustment to under 70 dollars. You can do stuff like that if you have the prices posted. They do not. I wouldve liked for them to communicate a little before they charged me. Never again.

Just passing through Savannah and my Check Tire Inflation light came on. Stopped at two convenience stores with air stations but both were out of order so I Googled tire store and this one was the nearest. The folks were totally kind even though I didnt need new tires. They checked/filled all four and I was out of there in 10 minutes. The young tech took the time to explain exactly what he did and I tipped him nicely. Its nice to see some people still practice good customer service.

I was told my car was going to be ready on a Saturday and I didn’t receive my car until that next Wednesday. Everyday that I came in after Saturday I was told it was going to be ready the next day and that they would call me that morning but I never received any calls.I was also told that I was suppose to receive a rental car that Sunday morning but when I called up there they renege on there claim. I feel as if this particular savannah tires is completely unprofessional and I missed a whole week of work because of it.

Made appointment on a Wednesday morning to install new tires and replace all tire pressure sensors. Received call at the end of the day to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. Paid at the counter then went out and started my vehicle and noticed big yellow tire pressure low light on dash. No one bothered to tell me they could not program the new sensors. Took it back the next day and was told they could not get to me that day. Took it back next morning and left it there all day. Went to pick it up and no one had touched it. This went on for two more days. Vehicle sits parked and no one touches it. My vehicle should have been top priority since they failed on day one. Finally late in the day Saturday they took it down the street to Kaufmann tire. Kaufmann had the issue resolved in less than five minutes.

Dropped car off at 11 a.m to have 2 tires put on. They said it would be done at 5p.m. and will call when ready...I called to insure it would be done at 3pm and they said yes. Go to pick it up at 4:45 and it never moved. They never called or anything. What a joke of a business, and shame on me for ignoring the bad reviews of this.

Got 2 new fronts, treated me right at a good cost.

Horrible, if we could give zero stars we would. We had a flat tire in the middle of a road trip, stayed at nearby hotel brought our car in early morning were told that they would start service in an hour and five hours later since we did not receive a call we came back car was still on the ground and had not been looked at. The lady was not helpful. We looked for another place after they told us it would be an additional hour before they took a look, then another 45min of labor so 1:45min total after they had it all morning. We asked for the car back so we could take it somewhere else. They purposely lifted the car and took the emergency tire off and told my husband that they already had the tire off. He told them to put it back on and give us the car. Another guy came in and said “it will be 10min” (so you had the whole morning and told us one more hour before it got worked on and now it’s just “10min”) he asked for the car back. We got it and left. Found another place near by that were ready and had better pricing. We over heard, There was another customer on the way out that had been quoted for 630, got the work done and now they were charging 745. These ppl are not transparent. Look for another place to go. Save yourself the money, time and headache.

We have taken our cars here for years but never will again. I got an oil change and a few hours later I could see smoke coming from the hood. We pulled over and there was oil all inside the hood and no oil left at all.... they forgot to put the cap back on. They literally had one job and couldnt even take a second to notice it wasnt completed. The competency level for their employees must be nonexistent and their manager obviously doesnt check to see if things are done properly.

Disappointed in the timelines of service. I called on a Tuesday for a 9AM appointment on a Friday for a check engine light that was already diagnosed as a coolant temp sensor issue. Despite the appointment, the car was not even seen until 5:00 that evening, and only after multiple calls to check on the status.I was told the part would be in the next morning and the car ready shortly thereafter. It wasnt until multiple calls were made that I complained my way into the car being ready 10 minutes prior to closing time.The staff was professional, but the processes and supply partners leave a lot to be desired.UPDATE: Received a call from the District Manager. He was understanding and apologetic. He made it right. Thank you for following up.

Pam was excellent from start to finish as I took my car here for an oil and filter change, and an alignment. She gave me a great deal on the two new tires I needed as well as new windshield wipers. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything and were very friendly! I would definitely recommend Savannah Tire to anyone needing a great mechanic at a great price!!!

I only came to Savannah for a day trip with my cousins. Upon leaving our hotel, we noticed there was a nail in one of my tires. Our first instinct was to go to the Walmart right across the street. However, their auto center was closed for the day. So we googled the closest tire shop and this one happened to be on the other side of the plaza. When we got there we asked how long would it take to get one tire plugged. Their response was to leave it all day and pick it up the next day. Again this is for ONE tire you guys. It’s not like I needed the tire taken off, replaced, balanced, rotated etc. I legit just needed the nail taken out and the tire plugged. We let them know we’re from out of state and they still couldn’t do anything. If you can’t prioritize your workload to maximize your money, regardless of how small a few is for such service, then you honestly shouldn’t be in business. We ended up running back to Walmart to grab the kit to plug the tire and doing it ourselves. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I broke down traveling to florida and needed a tire..she told me they were booked and couldnt help for a day..I call that bad customer service..asked if they know if any other tire shops in the area,she said no.... asked a person next door at the gas station,they directed me around the corner to caugmans tire shop where they helped me even though they were also booked.

I was in a tizzy Saturday morning. Decided to make an impromptu trip to take my daughter to see her grandmother that she hadnt seen in years. Got up early to get on the road, and realized one of my tires was losing pressure. I found not 1, but 2 nails in my tire. Went to tire place #1 in Pooler, and after a very brief inspection of my tire, was told I had to buy a tire. They wouldnt repair it. Went to tire place #2 in Pooler, after arriving - I noticed there were 3 service desks with workers at all 3, but only 1 customer at 1 of them. I stood there for 10 minutes and was never greeted or acknowledged. I left, and went down to Savannah Tire, where I was promptly greeted, even though they were very busy. The next available attendant called me up, and I explained the situation. He immediately came out and did a thorough inspection of the tire. It was discovered that only 1 nail had actually penetrated the tire, and that it was indeed repairable. He got me in quickly, got my tire plugged and patched, and refused to take payment. So very thankful and blessed!! Thank you Savannah Tire guy for taking care of us and getting us on the road!!! You are very much appreciated!

On July 18th, we took my boyfriends truck to this location to have all 4 tires replaced. They said they were busy so the truck was dropped off and left. They said it would be 3-4 hours and finally called and said it would be ready at 4:45. When he arrived to get his truck, the tires were put on inside out. The guy that done it claimed he went inside and asked my boyfriend if that was how he wanted them and my boyfriend was not even there to be asked. The manager said they would be fixed the next day. When we went to get the truck the next day, all four rims had deep gouge marks in them. The manager said they would be fixed how they were when it was first dropped off. We dropped the truck off again on July 21st. We were told 5-7 days and today, we were sent a picture of the rims. They look horrible and look nothing like they originally did. We will NEVER use this place again!

Sent my truck to have the tries replaced and aligned they told me I need a lot front in parts before they could do it this. So this what they didnt know i already had the the truck dot inspected only thing it needed was tires they lied also a week after I got the left front inside wall failed almost killed me. I still have the tire and pics. Please take your ride somewhere else for safety sake!!!!!!! RnR tires is the best and they know what they are doing

This place gave outstanding customer service. I had just gotten a car delivered from a truck and noticed a shaking as soon as I got on the road. I was in a hurry, so I brought it to Savannah Tire. I explained my situation with the manager. Within an hour I was on the road again. Im grateful to the entire team that assisted in getting me on the road quickly. Will definitely return for future service.

There is no point of making appointment with them and they dont keep the promise.I made an appointment at 6pm and was there right on time. But they said they cant work for mine since they are overbooked because one of their other store is closed. It was still fine at the moment and they redirected me to their other location saying my tires will be delivered to there right away and I could get Service during the day.But I heard from the other site that they couldnt request my tire delivery and even they cannot reach out to the store. They keep asked me to get other tires which are more expensive than I chose at appointment.Nobody apologized to me for my wasting time and treated me if I were black consumer. What I told to them was just cancel my reservation though.I know they are professional and this can happen occasionally. But I would not get any Service or buy something from where dont know the price of time of their customer, especially treats customers as if they are making big deal out of it.

This place is HORRIBLE. If I could give them zero stars I would. I went their today around 12:50 pm to have a tire replaced because my old had gone flat. When I got their they said they were busy. They assured me though they could either patch my tire and put back on or I would buy a new tire and have it put on. They said it would be 4 pm when it was all done. I said OK as long as the whole job could get done today. I check with them multiple times and the lady up front insisted it would done today. I went into the store after 4 pm and they said it would be just a little longer. Finally was it was done at 4:50 pm. When I went in I noticed the patch had been done but not put back on my car. The lady sorry they would not have time to put it back my car today and I would have to come back tomorrow. She added were busy and you are lucky we could even do the patched HORRIBLE Place avoid at all cost.

We blew a tire on our RV on the way to FL. We found Savannah Tire on Google and stopped in. They had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes!! They were very helpful and polite. They also checked all the other tires and made sure we were good to go for the rest of our trip.

Excellent customer service!!! I was that guy...the one who rolls up just before closing time wanting a tire plugged. Well, not only did they stop what they were doing and got my tire plugged (after struggling with it much more than is typical, they said), they let me walk away without paying a dime! I pleaded to pay them and they refused. I still tipped both guys handsomely for their trouble. About 7 months ago I also got two new tires installed by the same shop and had the same kind of excellent experience. I highly recommend this shop.

Poor service! I will never be taking any of my vehicles back here. Took them 3 days to do an alignment and mount and balance 4 tires. They installed the wrong control arm. They charged me for parts that didnt get replaced. I have yet to receive a call from them. Ive had to call them everytime. Ive been in touch with corporate and they are just as sorry!!! Also 2 of my irreplaceable center caps fell off on my way home. I will never have a complete set of them now thanks to Savannah tire! This is also my second time having a poor experience with this tire shop. I highly advise that you use another shop. A shop thats more professional!

I came in this evening (2/7/19) with a large screw in my tire on my car. They were busy, but squeezed me in and got it patched up quickly. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely come here again.

Customer reps were solid and professional.Service took an extremely long time. Was told 2 hours. Was easily double that. Tire pressures were all over the place and not matched. Wheels were dirty when put back on vehicle. Technicians were slow moving, and lacked attention to detail in their profession. I made a point to observe them. Extremely unimpressed, not only will I not return at this time, I shall not recommend this specific facility to anyone.Hopefully this is not representative of the other stores in the area.

Called and got quoted for $190 for two new tires to be put on. Pick my vehicle up and its $375. They charged me $89 for an alignment i did not ask for, as well as replacing 10 lug nuts that were beaten up that totalled almost $60. They said they tried to call. No missed calls and even if they had and I hadnt answered, they still proceeded to perform these services without my permission! Lost me as a customer...

Worst service ever called at 9:33am to have them change 1 tire that I was providing. Asked how long will it take to be done..the lady told me that there is no wait just one car ahead of you. I left walked across the street to chic fil a and Walmart. When I came back my vehicle was still sitting outside the shop not pulled into the bay(11:30am)on top of that it was 4 other vehicles that was pulled into the bay that wasn’t there before I left. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I’m just now leave (11:51am)
