Went to the 680 Freedom Plains Rd (Rt 55) store because I had a tire lose pressure unexpectedly overnight. Dan diagnosed it to a cracked rim (alloy wheel). Happy to know whats causing the leak! I decided to attempt to get the rim repaired by my dealer, and worst case Ill need a new wheel. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and did not charge me for the diagnosis! Highly recommend! Have bought tires here previously at very fair prices and would do so again!

I went to mavis and Andrew had helped me out. I was super impressed with the way he explained what I needed done to my car. Highly impressed with their services.

Went in a while back because my front end was shaking over 40 mph during Covid. I had a medical issue and Collin took made sure to minimize my exposure to other people. He balanced the tires and rotated them to help the issue and recommended new tires and a lower control arm that completely solved the issue. Definitely going back here for anything else I might need in the future

The experience here was over all amazing. They are honest and kind workers and dont try to get over on you or charge high rates like other shops. Their work is very thorough and clean. I will recommend anyone go there for work on their car.

Great overall experience! I had my front/rear brake pads and rotors replaced quickly and with no issues whatsoever. Mavis.com is where I bought the tires. Great price. Made an appointment for 9 am. Car was dropped off before 9 am. Ran some errands. called at 1030 am and the car hadnt even been started yet. Now we are well into the afternoon, still waiting on the call. Horrible service will never recommend or go back again. This is the Lagrangeville NY location. Only getting 1 star because I have to give one to post this. Garbage.

I have had issues with my car for some time now and nobody could figure out what was wrong. I brought my car to mavis on RT 55 and the manager Andrew was absolutely amazing. He took my car for a drive, thoroughly looked at the entire car, then walked me through everything he found. He then worked with my budget and offered me the credit card through them and I was instantly approved. Within a few hours, short handed no less they completed a days worth of work on my car. On top of that as busy as they were with many walk-ins the entire time Andrew was greeting and helping each customer in a timely manner. I’m extremely grateful for Andrew and his team and will for sure be a long term customer !

Went to this Mavis on route 55 at 730pm on a Thursday night because I just came from an oil change and was told my tire had a huge bubble it was unsafe to drive. So I called them up and they took me in immediately and changed my tires for me. Andrew was amazing! He made sure my tires were good to go. I highly recommend this place!

Realized I had a headlight out and was right down the road so I showed up without even calling to let them know I was coming. The job was done faster than I had anticipated. Adam greeted me and was incredibly helpful. He had my headlights changed and gave me an honest assessment of anything I may be expecting to fix in the future. Very reasonable prices, all employees were friendly and accommodating. I felt right at home and will definitely be coming back and recommending this location to my friends!

I got a flat tire and it happened to be the same tire that I had just replaced at a different Mavis a few months prior and I wasn’t offered a warranty, so I would have had to pay full price but when I went to this Mavis Justin was kind enough to discount the price. Best mavis to go to hands-down.

Went out to my car this morning and found a deflating tire with a nail in it. I was dreading going to a tire or repair shop to have it checked and fixed or replaced. Expected it would be a long wait or a discussion about selling me a new tire ot two. I decided on Mavis on Freedom Road because I was headed to the shopping plaza next door. Very lucky choice! None of what I had dreaded. They could not have been nicer, faster or more professional. It will be my first choice going forward. Would highly recommend them.

My battery died next door to this Mavis while I was getting gas at the Gulf. I walked over and asked if they could help me out and the manager, Mike Lopez, came over immediately and helped give me a jump. This is the second time my battery has died so he took the time to test it for me and it turns out it is bad. I dont know what I wouldve done if I didnt break down right next door to Mavis. Thank you Mike for coming to my rescue and generously giving me his time without anything in return. They helped this stranded mom!
