Brian was amazing. He helped me find what i needed, after I gave him my limits and parameters, walked me through the backup transfer process and constantly offered advice. Im happy with my upgrade because of his attention and determination to get me what I wanted.
Porch’s was excellent. The entire staff assisted me, and they provided help with difficulty porting from Verizon. I am grateful for her patience. I highly recommend this location.

Visited the store on Friday to upgrade two phones. We were greeted immediately by Chelsea who was more than happy to answer our more than normal questions, walk us through our potential charges thoroughly, and was very patient as we attempted to transfer all our data. She couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant to work with while we there. We had a great experience and will be back!

This place is completely pointless. Anytime I come in to have anything done all they tell me is do it on the app or call tech support after tech support tells me to go to a location. Must be nice to get paid to play on your phone and occupy space all day.

We went to the store to get screen protectors, cases and accessories for our new phones. On entering the store we were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Then quickly assisted by helpful professional and knowledgeable salespeople. One of whom was Mercedes who quickly assessed our needs and found the correct equipment for one phone. Excellent service. She had assistance from Cody who helped complete everything. Both were great.The atmosphere in this store is completely different all the sales team seem to enjoy what they are doing. They all work together. We felt Cody was the strong positive influence, encouraging and teaching his people.Great store, great service great people!!
Employees were fine. They were doing their job. But the way business was handled sucks. Found out from another location that they werent a corporate location so they were not able to do a lot of things at this location.

I want to think the young lady that help me today. I have been a gold tier costomer for 20 years. I spent over $4000.00 with AT&T last year alone. I have never had such a bad experience in a place of business. You had a bad attitude before you even asked what I need..not can I help you? Wouldnt even given me to explain that I just bought a $300.00 phone for my 74 old mother. An their was a promble with sisms card. You cut me off. You stated you were not going to touch the phone that I purchased a hour earlier. I ask for a refund then. Planning to go to Montgomery location and buy a phone . Still AT&T... You got even madder and stated you can give me a refund because you wasnt going to lose your job.
Morgan was the Best!!! Every problem I had she fixxed with with ease! She’s very knowledgeable and her customer service skills are awesome! It took a very long time for a necessary update to finish running and it kept having problems so it wouldn’t complete, but she figured it out and fixxed it and even fixed problems with the 2 other phone lines on my family plan. I normally HATE having to fix issues with my AT&T lines but she made the whole process painless!!
Kristin was simply amazing. I’m transitioning back to Alabama and was having issues setting up a new line of service online. I called on my five hour drive and told her exactly what I wanted and that I was limited on time. Not only did she listen to what I wanted, but she got me in and out of there in a timely manner. She was kind, and such a joy to work with. Truly appreciate you helping me set up my new line of service today.
Prattville AT&T needs to be restructured in customer service with assistance to customers. I purchased a iPad case but Aaliyah (AT&T employee) and I both realized it wasnt the right size before I left the store. She wasnt able to give me a refund because she wasnt management. Aaliyah asked the manager but since she (manager) couldnt locate her device I wasnt able to get it; therefore, I was sent to the Wetumpka AT&T who didnt have a case that would fit nor could give me a refund since the stores are under different entities (bought by other companies under the AT&T unbrella). So, I came back to the Prattville store to get a refund and the employee tells me it will be 3 days before the refund would be noted on my account. AT&T this is BAD for business! My mother and I went to the store with my newborn daughter expecting to be there for hours, due to past experiences. I needed a new phone due to having low storage. Christopher assisted us and was very knowledgeable of our issue and plan allowing us to do a shared upgrade without deactivating my fathers phone who was in a whole other state. Not only that but he was extremely personable and funny. He was reassuring and engaged in our transaction the entire time. We walked in and at 4pm and left by 447pm! The fastest, easiest and hassle free upgrade I have ever done at an AT&T store ever!

I just got a brand new iPhone 12 with Verizon the other day. I’m not entirely happy with the service and the price I’m paying at Verizon. I stopped by AT&T to see what they could offer and compare prices. When I walked in the building, I was not greeted or anything. They weren’t busy at all. The store only have 2 other people in it. None of the workers EVER said anything to me. Not we will be with you in a min or nothing. NEVER SPOKE A WORD TO ME. After about 15 minutes of sitting there, I walked out. Very very very unprofessional in my opinion. I was there to switch carriers and literally give you MY MONEY. I will never use at&t because of this. Very unprofessional and rude
I had a horrible customer service experience at this location with the manager Bryant. I came into the store for a simple exchange and waited over 45 minutes. The iPhone charger I had purchased from AT&T was defective. Every time I plug it in my phone states that it does not support this accessory. He immediately began to give me excuses as to why he could not exchange the item stating that it was extremely damaged. I will insert photo below. I stated that the material was white braided material so some of my makeup may have transferred. The charger is not damaged at all. He proceeded to blame me for the defective charger and refused to exchange the item. I will never return to this location again. The manager clearly displays poor leadership and customer service skills.

Drove all the way from Eclectic to Prattville because the website said it was open. At 3:32 in the afternoon, Door was locked and no answer when I called. Waste of gas, time, and still no phone. Make sure you call first
Always a pleasant atmosphere all the associates are very knowledgeable and oh! so helpful. One of the most appreciated thing I love THEY dont pressure you to buy and that will lead to purchase whatever you can afford and not something you may regret later.

Walked into the store and they had 4 people working but only 2 of them helping customers. I waited for 45 minutes and still hadnt been seen. One of the employees a younger guy packed his stuff up and left when they were 4 customers still waiting to be seen. Another employee left the store to take a customer their phone next door to Jim and Nicks while they ate. Totally dropped the ball on customer service. I honestly want to switchback to Verizon.

Came in this location to get an upgrade for my old phone and to get my step dad a new phone. We were help by Terance, an associate of AT&T. Terance not only helped both myself and my step dad get new phones but also kept us entertained the entire time. I highly recommend this location due to the friendly staff!
The way it was not all that long. Could’ve been 10 minutes. The attendant was thorough and most helpful. He honestly took time to try and explain everything to us and answer all our questions.When you go in thinking you can add a line for five dollars a month and get a special deal on the phone for $10 a month that’s just about all the cost you are thinking of before you go in. The attendant explained everything but we’re still stunned and a bit confused as how it got to be $75 a month!RESEARCH! RESEARCH! RESEARCH!BEFORE you go in!

The employees at this location are friendly enough and always have been. My problem is that they are not knowledgeable enough about the products, or service or promotions they have. Not even the plans. Went in to return a phone i ordered online and they had no idea what to do after sitting there for 40 minutes they told me “Oh order track just not working, they’ve been having problems with it”. Since I couldn’t return the phone in store when I went to upgrade I ended up having to open a another phone line/number so I could upgrade until they receive the old one back. I’m not to upset about loosing my number of 5 years but the employees need to be retrained or something. I knew more than they did about their own products, and wonder why customers order items online and don’t come into our community stores. SMH.

Jr. was very courteous and patient with me since I hadn’t purchased a new consumer plan in about 10 yrs. A lot has changed since I had a palm phone and some associates can make you feel really bad for not knowing about all of the current features. He didn’t do that. He was really nice and he should get 5 stars today!! 😊
We had a very good experience getting new phones and changing our server to AT&T. The process was time consuming because of getting new phones set up and turning in old phones. Our sales person (Terrance) was very patient with us and very knowledgeable about the phones and the process.
