Received excellent customer service when deciding how to proceed with my daughters phone after being damaged. They were very patient and helpful and explained all options. After receiving the new phone, they were super helpful in setting it up and she was thrilled to have all of her information and photos transferred to the new phone even though the old phone was not operable. Could not be happier!!

We have a large family using eight different devices and various accessories. Everyone has different needs and habits. Michael V. has been a great help to all of us making sure each person has the right phone for their needs and their habits. We have quite a variety of personalities; dad doesn’t like change, some of us are accident prone, and others use their devices to manage all aspects of their lives. Michael has helped us on several occasions find the right fit for each person not only in devices but even in the accessories for each person. He is very knowledgeable about all the devices and the accessories. Personally, I am amazed at his patience with all the questions many of which I am sure we asked more than once. Thanks to Michael I feel we all get the most out of our devices and make the most of all the bells and whistles for each device. We all are very busy juggling life in general and we struggle to find the time to visit the store once let alone for every issue or family member. Trying schedule with time with each family member is difficult in the best of times, but this year it has been even more difficult with the need to be cautious because of the pandemic. Michael is always willing to work with us to find a way to schedule us in and has on occasion been very understanding about last minute changes. During those visits to the store, he made sure we felt comfortable with the procedures in place for preventing the spread of COVID. From helping us schedule a time to visit inside with reduce numbers to being willing bring purchases to the car. On two occasions, I have had to call him from out of state to help deal with phone issues. The first time, I was on the other side of the country when my husband who was at home reluctantly needed to replace his five-year-old phone. Michael handled the situation with his usually wonderful manner coaxing my husband into a new phone and making sure the transition as painless as possible for my husband (and me!!). The most recent of those was when we were all out of state and my daughter’s phone broke and she was driving in a different vehicle and needed to have a phone. Fortunately, we found an old phone for her to use because we couldn’t wait for insurance replacement. Michael took the time to walk us through the steps and called to follow up and make sure my daughter had everything set up so she could have access to a phone. It gives me great piece of mind to know that each family member has access to the help they need from someone we trust and are able to stay connected even when I or they are out of state. Thanks to Michael I believe we are getting the best value for our money. It seems like every time I talk to him; I save money. I can’t find the words to express how grateful I am for the piece of mind I have. THANK YOU Michael in my book you are the best!!!

I was disappointed to have an awful experience here about 4 months ago and everytime I step in this store. This is the only store I would go to for the 4 years we have lived here and have always had amazing customer service until now. Their employees are not well trained and I felt they told us whatever we wanted to hear to get us to buy new phones. We had to order our phones and when they came in it too 2 visits and 6 hours to get the phones activated. No one seemed to know what they were doing. We were told we would get a deal for trading in our phones. Im still waiting for the deal to show on our bill even though I have been in twice to address the situation. They seemed inconvienced to do our trade in and made me come back for a separate visit to do so. Was told they were too busy to deal with everything I needed done on my account. Its disappointing how downhill customer service has gotten and I feel we were ripped off. Next time I will just do everything online myself.

The reasoned I gives them a poor grade is BECAUSE I told to take ANOTHER phone to them and trade my new phone for ANOTHER for I dont have change Verizon network and now I got to unlock this anothers network, if wanted to kept Verizon network, I,ve been with Verizon for over 20, years of longs .all I was told to trade it to Verizon customers and they will give me a up phone free, without any fees and free just long it take the another network phones BECAUSE it have a locked on the phone and I did as they told me and I did it one of the Employees act as they own the COMPANY, The customer service Employees told me to take it the legal Parkway Version Stored..what is the problems????

Had a horrid experience at the other location up the road and Stephen helped straighten things out. I will look for him when I need anything cellular. He was extremely informative and very patient with me as I was exploring available options of moving my families cell plan from a different carrier over to Verizon. He kept me informed over the next couple months of promotional opportunities that would best benefit my situation. Around Christmas, we met with Stephen and he got us all (5 lines) set up with Verizon. More impressively… he continued to follow up with management (for over three months) to ensure that a rebate I was promised was reflected on my account. Thank you for your personalized attention and follow through... says a lot about him personally and Verizon. Highly recommend asking for Stephen C. if you need any help with Verizon!

When my husband & I recently upgraded to the iPhone X, Siobhan went the extra mile to ensure we understood all features & were comfortable using our phones before we left the store. The staff at this location are amazing! My mom decided to upgrade her plan to unlimited data and they were so informative and helpful. Not only did they find a plan that worked for her family but they saved her money by changing her plan. She was so impressed she recommended their services to my father in law who was wondering if he should also alter his plan. The staff informed him that he didnt need to change his plan because it would be more than what he needs and would actually cost him more. How refreshing to have a sales person tell you the truth and actually choose NOT to sell you something because its not in your best interest. Needless to say when it came time for me to order a new phone I chose this location and staff. They spent a lot of time explaining to me about each phone and what I needed. They also explained how to transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone and walked me through the entire process. Very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful staff. So it was time for an upgrade and I really didnt have a clue what i wanted next. I walked through their store and it was very clean and the people were very easy to ask questions. Once i made up my mind it was probably one of the best experiences at a verizon store Ive ever had.My rep was Natali, she was so cool and explained everything. She didnt even give me a hard time for switching back to Android. She explained everything in detail and made it such an easy process. I have been a Sprint costumer for over 12 years. And since I have moved to Alabama 9 years ago my service has been terrible. I finally made the decision to switch to Verizon. The ladies at the Verizon store are amazing, so helpful!! Alisha went above and beyond to make sure the process of switching companies and purchasing a new phone were as easy as possible. Alisha even kept me and my family laughing the whole time we were in the store. I have always dreaded getting a new phone. The process of remembering passwords, downloading apps, and set up of a new phone in general. However this has all been so EASY!!! I cracked my screen cover within the first couple of days and went back to the store to replace it. Molly was great with helping replace my cover. Even though I still think she sold me a wet wipe (I got the liquid glass screen protector). Lol inside joke. I just want to give a special thanks to these 2 girls and Verizon for making this change enjoyable! If you just need to laugh and smile go visit the staff at Verizon, great staff!!!

We have been with Verizon for a very long time. It offers great service and people like Kara keep me coming back. Kara and her coworkers are SO helpful. They take time to explain things and are very professional. They are always willing to help. I have also dealt with Montgomery stores who are also friendly. Prattville is my favorite right now because Kara is there.

We have been using this Verizon location for several years, and I have never been disappointed in the service. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door! Granted, I have had to wait a few minutes sometimes when Ive been in because there were other customers ahead of me... but NEVER as long as Ive had to wait at the other Verizon store. In fact, if I were a stones throw from the other store, I would get in my car and drive to the Cobbs Ford location, simply because I know Ill be treated right! Hands down, some of the best customer service in the River Region! They ALWAYS take the time to go above and beyond what you would expect from a cellular store! Keep up the good work!

Walked in with a phone that was not up to par. It was about 2 years old. I was greeted by Matt and he listened intently to my problem. He asked me a series of questions about my phone use and made several suggestions of products and services that world suit me. He helped me make an informed decision about a new phone. He got the phone in the store the next day. The conversion had been painless and inexpensive. Matt is an all around good guy and is definitely an assist to his company. Over many years of using the Verizon corporate store I have been very dissappointed with their service. They have very poor customer service, they don’t want to be of any help with a problem. They only care about selling you something. I’ve been told to go online rather than receiving help. You wait in long lines which you can do anywhere. Then I found this store which over many visits I’ve received the best and highest customer service. The representatives at this store care and have been most gracious to help every time. I went in today for some more help and ended up buying an iPad because of the incredible service that I receive at this store every time. I will only ever do business with Cellular Sales and I tell everyone that I know that needs only the finest and best service to go there! Thank you to all the representatives that have helped me!

Attention Verizon phone users. Customer service lives! Where? Not at the corporate store, but at the independent store in Prattville. The staff was extremely accommodating. Blake not only helped with my phone selection, he set it up my new phone... something the corporate location refused to do.

Through the years I have had many opportunities to visit phone stores of all kinds,and have had the opportunity to meet the men and women who work for said companies,I have had good service and I have had bad service,but I can honestly say that this young man is by far the nicest,kindest. most knowledgeable and helpful representative I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Weve been a part of Verizon for years and the Cellular Sales Team in Prattville by far beats any other store Ive ever been to. Always polite, and the biggest thing is they dont push you to buy or get into anything you dont want to, which, in my opinion, is a big factor in choosing where youre going to buy a phone or start a new contract. My family and I have always dealt with Travis, and hes always on top of his game. Very professional and he really has your best interest in mind. I went to this location on a whim...had to be in Prattville on other business and knew I needed a new cell phone so I stopped in. Kara greeted me with a smile, full of enthusiasm, lots of knowledge and was eager to help me! She had a lot of patience being that I am a 62 yr old woman with minimal tech experience. She suggested different phones to meet my needs, showed me how they worked and I left with a Galaxy Note9, screen protector, Galaxy Tablet, Asurion Insurance and a HUM for my car!! She text me her personal information just in case I had an issue later on...which I did and she answered me right back. I worked with Hannah as well. Kara was training her and she did a great job too! I will definitely be telling my friends to go to this store!

I tried calling numerous if times, the day prior and the day before but no one ever picked up, but as I am standing in the store the phone rings and Reps answers so either Google has the wrong number or they like to pick up whenever they want!!! Im so glade Im done with Verizon! !!

I just want to thank the people at cellular sales because they were so kind to me and they just help me I’m disabled and I can’t hear good and they did such a great job and were so patient and just so happy it was just a pleasure to do business with you guys thank you so much for having people like this As a matter of fact I even came back and bought a wireless charger because they showed me how to use it and everything because I don’t know how to do these things but I am so thankful for these people thank you so much

I was helped by Siobhan Kilcoyne and was very pleased with her customer service! She took time with me in choosing what best suited my needs and wants, answered a lot of questions and set up my new phone. She was helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. Thank you Siobhan!

Experienced outstanding service from both Michael & Molly Vecsey on two separate occasions. Their knowledge, willingness, & courtesies resolved my two problems. I will continue to use this store for all my phone & tablet needs. I was very pleased.

Had a recurring issue with my LG tablet; the Google Play was stopping constantly disrupting videos and radio streaming. Michael quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. What impressed me, he went the extra mile by ensuring it was working on all the apps and then shared about the Hum app after I shared with him about my concerns with my elderly parents.

A particular employee that has, unfortunately, been the individual Ive dealt with on more than one occasion is the single reason I will NOT be using this specific location. Travis- he is completely rude, he rushed through helping me without properly answering any of my questions. On a separate occasion, all other employees were busy, he seen me enter the store and proceeded to the back where he remained for the next 15 minutes before returning, then offered his assistance. My final time using this location and he assisted me, he was inappropriately rude to a fellow employee as I was standing directly in front of him. All other employees are friendly and quick to help...aside from this individual.
