The folks at the Prattville store are rude, unhelpful folks. I wished everyone of tmobiles associates could be as awesome as the call center folks. Believe i wont ever step foot in the Prattville store again

Went in check out the service plans for the Magenta Max 55+ plan. I didnt get the Ladies name but she was very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. Ive got about 28 more days left on my current cycle with another carrier and will be back to get the plan.

Went in to upgrades 4 phones and the Store employees were unaware of promotions specifically “Jake”. Changed the whole carrier and he ends up telling we are not eligible for the deal. We left and handled swap with customer support via messenger. Going into the store was a complete waste of time.

My daughter and I came in to the Prattville location and received outstanding customer service from MaKayla and Terry. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. MaKayla went above and beyond to take care of us and Terry willingly assisted with our transactions as well. We had a great experience and truly appreciate the excellent service. We will definitely return to this location in the future. Thanks to MaKayla and Terry, theyre number 1 in my book!

Had a great experience the first time around, my phone got shut off so we went to the store to figure it out. The lady was extremely rude and argued with me about the fact that I didnt pay for the three months prepay, I have the receipt with me. She told me to call customer service and get out of the store. Two hours later they turned my phone on and corporate has been contacted. I will NEVER go to this place again, no customer should ever be treated rudely if they are respectful.

My husband and I made the switch yesterday and couldn’t be happier. We were able to keep our phones and cut our bill by $175. Mercedes (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was absolutely amazing! When I walked in they were pretty busy and she working with someone who was deciding on a phone, while they were deciding she started helping us and ended up helping both of us together. She was knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done! If she didn’t have an answer she knew where to find it. This girl deserves a raise, a promotion something for her over the top customer service!

They did good. Much better than the online customer service. Added a line and changed our plan. No trying to talk us into things we didnt need or want. .... Well blet me retract that. Service was good but I have been fighting about my bill for two months now to get it straightened out. They did not apply the correct plan as we asked for and then continuously tell me because its pro-rated. No its the wrong plan in which you advertised and after month one nothing should be prorated. All plans should be simple and easy. This is the monthly cost, PERIOD! This is what you get with that plan, END OF STORY

T-Mobile Prattville is great! We had a wonderful experience. All of our questions were answered honestly and we didnt feel rushed or pressured! Mr. Brock and the team are great!

I have been here a couple or three times since its opening last year. I have yet to update on a new phone and plan, but they have been patient with me in the process. The main concern is not them but the phones on their network that are available. I dont blame this place for the lack of quality cell phones on the market. And it seems that even though I have been a loyal HTC owner for the past six years that will come to an end very soon due to the fact that HTC doesnt have a presence in the cell phone industry in the United States. I know they have one but it is not of the highest quality.My reason for this post is due to the fact that the staff have worked with me in my preparations of a new phone and plan. T-Mobile coming to Prattville was one place I really wanted to locate and they finally did. I look forward to making this happen very soon and know they have my best interest in mind in this selection. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years now, even when it was called Powertel and Voice Stream. I just hope they wont disappoint when I make this change.See you guys soon.
