Service rep was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to efficiently answer all of our questions. Looked for every opportunity to make it a better deal for us. Only drawback was the checkout process was slow due to connectivity issues right in the store, but not due to the reps fault. She even shed light on it being a new process that had some bugs to work out.
Upgraded phone tech transfered content from old phone to new phone. I was there when the store opened. It was fast. Employees were very helpful and got me going in practically no time at all.

I know Covid has changed some things, but whats the point of going in store where there is 0 information available about any of the phones? We looked around. Decided on a phone. Tell them the phone we want, and they ask which color. Well.... we didnt even know there were colors available, due to the lack of information. Stores used to at least have each of the different devices information on cards. The associate didnt really offer any useful information whatsoever. Get told about how a wireless charger is included, except you have to pay for it. Turns out due to COVID that the store doesnt put the phone together at all, no screen protector put on it, no transferring your information for you, nothing. Was absolutely a waste of time going to store in person. Had way less information available and worse service. No point going in store, may as well just order online.... at least you can make informed decisions there.All this isnt even considering how long we waited to be helped since the associate wasnt even looking up from her phone for a couple minutes until she finally did and then helped us.
Went into store to purchase a new phone and the staff was so rude and unprofessional that I would rather keep my old android than upgrade with them. Will never upgrade through this store. Been a Verizon customer for 15 years and never thought about switching to a new carrier until today.

My experience was amazing as always. Shay has always given great customer service when we come in. I also observed the rest of the staff being thorough and detailed when dealing with their customers. While being helped I observed the manager being very calm and professional with a rude and disgruntled customer. The manager and the staff member handled the situation perfectly without stooping to the mans low level. With this staff you can’t go wrong. Thank you all.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I drove 30 minutes to this location about a SIM card. When I arrived they refused to let customers inside the store claiming customers are only seen by appointment. However, I called 10 minutes prior to arriving & the gentleman on the phone told me it was fine to come into the store, never once mentioned anything by appointment ONLY. I’m disappointed because one I drove too far to be turning around & still leave without service. Secondly, I would have appreciated if the young man mentioned that they were only doing appointments instead of lying to my face saying they’re phones were messed up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I went back to this store after a 3 year hiatus. The staff there restored my faith in the, Shay was so awesome taking all the time I needed to answer my questions and help me. I would like to add she was very nice and friendly. See it wasn’t just her, I watched as other employees interacted with customers and they were the same way.So for now I will return if I need anything.
My fiance sent me in to have a screen protector put on my phone, that was ordered in store, and they acted like they did not want to do it, even though she was informed that all I had to do was bring phone in and they would do the install.Also expect long wait times as they are always very slow to do anything, average wait time is 45 minutes to an hour and half.
Store made me feel comfortable with the purchase and told me a fantastic price, but it was fallacious. I was way overcharged. Watch out!

The main thing I ordered was not good at all to me. Had egg white omelet because I am a heart patient and have to watch my diet. Coffee was very good, fruit was good, and I had a bite of pancake...it was soggy..but the butter pecan syrup is fantastic. Ashley was our waitress and she was excellent!

Tried stopping in this office one Friday night to ask a few questions about why my new Galaxy Note10+ would not work in my home. Got nothing but excuses from an employee named Zakiya that basically refused to go ask anyone else for help. She thought that if she didnt know the answer no one would. I just ended up walking out in frustration. Went to the Eastchase location in Montgomery the next morning and was given the best customer service anyone could ask for....

Had an issue with ordering a new phone and opening a new account. Went in and was told to call a help line about the order and the next available rep would help. 40 minutes later hung up without problem solved and not a single person tried to assist in the store. 6 people that walked in after us had already received service and had left.Now an AT&T customer.

My phone was going crazy and they got me back on track quickly. I didnt have to wait long and the staff was very professional. They saved me from throwing my phone off a bridge. Good team there.
Reps are nice enough, they just have no means of triaging their customers. Everyone goes in the same bucket regardless of the reason for your visit. Say you just want to buy a case or replace a SIM card ... thats right, you go in the account maintenance/new phone line and a 5 minute stop becomes a 30-60 minute ordeal.

Staff needs to brush up on company policies. After being told several times (both on line & in store) that I only had to pre-pay for 1 month before I could transfer a phone to a post-paid account, I show up yesterday to be told I had to be on a pre-paid plan for 6 months.Today, after 4 hours on the phone (mostly spent on hold), I found out that when I originally paid for 1 month pre-paid last month, Verizon didnt enter SIM card # in the computer showing I had paid to get the phone unlocked. And.... you dont have to be on pre-paid for 6 months!!!! WTF....

Started my new service last month. Two days after starting my new service my phones (mine and my fiance) have had issues. Sometimes making a call or receiving a call you can not hear the other person. Tried getting assistance in fixing the problem/problems and NOTHING !! NO HELP AT ALL. They wanna send you a REFURBISHED PHONE AND NOT A NEW PHONE. THE REFURBISHED PHONE HAD PROBLEMS ITSELF. (VERIZON) IS HOPELESS !!

The first time they charged me five dollars to print out a final bill, which ended up being the wrong one anyway. So I wasted five dollars, and now I have to wait an additional three months to receive my credit card to pay off the phone because I switched to Sprint. The second time they didn’t charge me but they made fun of me to my face when I was in distress over this bill that they could have prevented if they had given me the correct final bill. This final bill is a week’s paycheck and more, and here their staff are making fun of my distress. Plus they’re too obvious and loud in their meanness. I’m having anxiety and they’re making it worse. I have severe social anxiety disorder and it’s this kind of stuff that makes me afraid to come back.

I give them 4 stars only because today the gentleman told me that someone put my phone on hearing assist. It could have been higher 2 weekends ago.
We got two Moto Droids, two mods, 2 tablets, and screen protection and cases for all those devices after a Thanksgiving sale. We were assured there was no contract, and that the lines connecting our phone data to our tablets could be cancelled at any time with no charges. They straight up lied to us. We signed our receipt of payment and it turns out they sneaked in a contact agreement which we could not read on their handheld device- and in order to cut the lines to the useless POS tablets it would cost us over 300$. This is fraudulent activity! When you are being told you are signing a receipt but in reality are signing a legal document. We are furious. Weve tried calling corporate. Weve chatted online. All of whom told us to go directly to the store. The store was not willing to fix anything and now we are stuck with crappy tablets that suck our data and two very unsatisfied customers. I wont ever use this store again.

The representative that I saw today did a very good job. TJ worked hard to help me work through a complicated situation and did so with patience and kindness. She looked for ways to save me money without cutting quality. I know that anything that is electronic in nature will at times have complications and cause people to be unhappy, but that did not happen today. To whom it may concern;I wanted to share my experience not only with Verizon corporate, but with the world in general explaining why to never use Verizon services! On 7/7/17, I bought a used s5 in which Verizon stated was lost/stolen. The phone had never been reported lost/stolen by its original owner, it was simply a ploy to get me to buy a new phone from Verizon. Not only, was the phone blacklist for no reason, they blacklisted/ suspended my mothers note 4 and service after 2 years of ownership and use. Verizon Has added additional services to my bill without my consent such as insurances ect. When my mother Signed up for Verizon they promised employee discounts because she works for the school system. She completed the requirements but has yet to receive the discount promised. The Verizon rep. told me when she enrolled the system was down and she had to start all over again. Every time I call the reps. note the account but, when you call back they can never find the notes. My main complaint occurred on 7/8/2017 when I visited Verizon @ 2755 Legends Pkwy, Prattville, AL. Its for this reason Im writing this letter. My complaints is as follows; (1) when I entered the store and got waited on Zakia (not sure how to spell her name) asked have you called the 1-800 number because there is nothing we can do here as if I didnt belong there with my issue. I replied no, but you can call! after getting the bogus block removed, (2) they kept saying they had no sim cards for two different Verizon phones, although they are the Verizon store. She suggested I drive to the Montgomery store which was an additional 15-20 miles, in which I had already drove 20 miles to Prattville. (3) An employee used a Bluetooth speaker to blast Michael Jackson songs, while he dance like MJ at the door. the music was over bearing and his dancing at the door was hardly professional. (4) The worker name Nikki, kept mumbling things about me under her breath. She said to Zakia, she wouldnt leave until I left. (5)When I asked Tiffany the store manager, For her name and the corporate number to complain she refused to give me any information and I was asked to leave, in which I did. I admit I had an attitude but, I refuse to pay $200-$300+ for a service that I cant use. When I put gas in my car, I dont remember anyone from Verizon who offered me gas to go to Montgomery. The transition to Verizon has been nothing but a nightmare and visiting the store in Prattville reminded of going to the projects/hood where the music is blasting and the employees are rude as hell. NEVER again will I choose Verizon for ANYTHING. Monday I will looking into my legal options and begin my lawsuit for breach of contract, false advertisement and discriminatory practices. YALL stay blessed!
