If I could rate the store a 0 it would be 0. Went into store to purchase new phone, I picked out phone, paid for phone, employee unboxed and activated and then handed me the phone. Realized it wasnt the phone I picked out immediately and I let her know right then it wasnt the phone I picked out. All she could say was its to late, I already activated the phone, it cant be returned. After dwelling on it for 2 days I called customer service, customer service apologized and said numerous times that that wasnt right and they would be sure that I got the phone I had asked for. So I did as I told, returned to the store, explained it to the manager, manager said he couldnt do anything so he contacted district manager, district manager said they couldnt do anything about it, I then called cooperate office, they couldnt do anything either. What a joke when it comes to doing right by there customers and correcting what there employee screwed up. Be careful dealing with the Prattville Alabama location and the entire district thedm covers. Not to mention I repeatedly let them know that all I wanted was the phone I picked out, and I would pay any difference in price. They didnt care. Filing complaints with BBB and switching carriers.

I purchased a phone for my business then decided to go with another service. I NEVER used the phone. The very next day, I attempted to return the phone since there is a 7day return policy. Meah, the MOD, refused to return the phone even though I had the payment receipt. She said that I needed the detailed receipt, which they never gave me. They didn’t even pull up the account or look at the unused phone. I will never do business here again.

Never again. They have zero knowledge. They wasted the whole day and did nothing.

This was my first experience with this Metro store, and it will be my last. I walked in and was immediately bombarded with loud music and a microphone that made me walk out and have to get my work earplugs. I come back in and attempt to change my Metro PCS phone, to a factory unlocked phone. Not only did the staff lie to me about being unable to do it, they tried to cover it up by explaining non-existent phenomena. The staff is less than useless. Save yourself the money and the time.

Customer service and the management are unqualified. Refuses to help this customer. I have the store manager on video being rude and showing how unqualified she is.

Very nice staff but the more expensive phone I bought will barely get a signal. Now I have to wait 3 months before they will unlock it so I can use another carrier.

I purchased a phone for my 14 year old son on 6/24/16 and they charged my bank account twice. Went yesterday after work on 6/29/16 with my bank statement and the Manager and employee was just filled with nothing but giggles in trying to reach the district manager. They took a picture of my bank statement and sent to the District Manger whom called about 20 min later stating that he will contact me at work this morning when he confirms that my money is back on my card. Well, after being here at work all day and no email or phone call. I called and asked for the Manager and was told she was gone and the District Manager is out of town until Tuesday and the District Manger told the unprofessional employee to relay a message to me. That the 2nd transaction falls back on my bank. I was appalled... This is the most incompetent people I have ever came across in communications and customer service. I make my living in Medical Billing CSR and never would I treat anyone with the lack of respect as these people have for their customers. I had to file a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. This company will not stay in business for long in Prattville due to their lack of empathy and compassion regarding their mess up by taking my hard earned money!!!!!!! BBB is also being contacted in this situation.... I will never go back to this location again !!!

There is olny one person at this place that is not rude his name is Will and hes very nice and customer friendly but the other ladys that work there are very rude and they tried to charge me for a free servis and had to call the company on them about it

Every since Tangie left the store is falling apart! I went in today there was probably about five customers the lady left to go to lunch instead of helping the customers first. They are very unprofessional and downright rude at times!

If I could I would not give them a One 🌟, this place is a poor excuse for a business. They are a bunch of idiots just looking to rip customers off. They sold me a after market tempered glass screen that doesnt even fit my phone,and would not refund my money. I called the idiot store owner and he made it seem like I am responsible because I dont know there product line and that they sell customers garage at 4 times the price. I will never go to this store. While I was in the store another customer paid for his bill and when he asked for a receipt the sales guys says I cant give you a receipt for you payment because our printer is not working. The customer storms out muttering under his breath this place sucksI said I couldnt agree with you more. Why wouldnt you tell the person that your printer is down and you wont be able to provide them with a receipt before they pay you, you idiot.

Every single time we go into metro PCS Prattville location they never help us, they always tell us to go online. But why are they even there if they cant help me do anything with my phone. Pathetic excuse for service.
