I have gone to the Prattville location multiple times to pick up some things that were delivered here for me. Each time I have gone in, they have been very friendly while providing quick service. One thing that I really appreciate about the employees at the Prattville location is that they arent obnoxiously pushy about trying to get you to join their network or buy their phones.

Dont go here at all and dont even try to call them because if you try to ask them how much a phone is they get snappy over the phone and apparently dont understand the meaning of an unlocked phone. I asked about getting an unlocked phone not service since I already have a provider and they snapped at me then asked how much a phone was and refused to tell me. As far as I see it the service sucks when it comes to even asking the simplest questions

Awesome customer service with reasonable cellphone prices and service plans

I went to the store located in Prattville on March 19 && the woman that was working the close shift, it was around 6pm, was so unprofessional && she seems to have a hobby of stealing peoples money.. I came in to have a SIM card switched from one phone to another.. Well she tries to charge me $20 to do so 😐 I have had many many phones && I have never in my life paid to have a pbone switched to another, it usually just takes putting the sim card into the new phone && nothing else to it.. Well I told her I think I would rather take it somewhere else.. Then she goes on to say that it looks like it may be that my speaker isnt working.. That has nothing to do with why it cant recieve calls or why I cant send a text.. I will never come back to this store, I only ever came here today because my usual store closed at 5.. This store looks like its just beginning to try to make a name of itself (bare minimum in phones, cases, etc.) Hiring people like this will guarantee you will never get the business sales going in the right direction, because Im sure Im not the first person she thought she could hustle
