This was by far the absolute best experience Ive ever had buying a car. Christy and Joey are truly the best. It was quick and easy even though I had difficult circumstances. The SUV I purchased has low mileage and it was priced over a couple of thousand dollars under value. It was truly a blessing to deal with Mira Auto Group.

Staff was very helpful. Helped me stay within budget and with a decent car which will be for my teenager once she gets her permit.

Stay away from Mira Auto sales!! I came here looking to purchase a car and was told somone else was interested in the car and in order to test drive the vehicle they needed a $100 deposit and upon my return I would get it back. As I started test driving the car I knew somthing was wrong and took it to the nearest Advance Auto and they ran codes and told me there were lots of codes but Mira Auto sales removed them. I then proceeded to take the car back to Mira and once I returned and told them I didnt want to purchase the car Joey, the salesman refused to give me my $100 back. Again DO NOT SHOP here. Terrible business. STAY AWAY

Administrative staff (someone named Christy) was extremely rude and discourteous. Application process had various technical holes. As a general consumer, I would not trust.

Joey and the rest of the staff made my car buying experience very comfortable. There was no pressure and they let me check out 3 cars very patiently. The vehicle I bought has a chip in the windshield and they are going to get it fixed free of charge. Joey also offered me a lower than sticker price before I even thought to negotiate. Very fair prices on the vehicles and all come with free Carfax. Would definitely recommend Mira Auto Sales.

I bought my car after a lot of research of the local market. I found prices at Mira Auto Sales were most reasonable of all the places I visited. Charlie and his team are very helpful unlike other car dealerships who try very hard to sell their cars to you.

I recently went to purchase a car from Mira (first time purchasing on my own). Even with my crazy work schedule, low down payment, and recently starting a new job, they were able to go through reasonable options with me and figure out the best financing plan/company. Joey, Kristi, and Charlie were all EXTREMELY patient with me, as I had to wait over a week to actually purchase the car. When I purchased I wasn’t aware there was a crack in the windshield, but they actually mentioned it to me and wrote in the contract that they were to fix it. The car was clean, fully fueled, had a brand new key fob, and looked good as new! I couldn’t be happier with my car and the whole experience!

Good inventory, but when we test drove a car and was ready to purchase a lady came from the back and said the card was already sold. Im not sure why they didnt mark it sold on the lot, and I still see it listed in their inventory, but it is depressing that they didnt seem to know what cars on their lot seemed to be sold and not sold. Or maybe it was a bait-and-switch, Im not sure.

I took my younger brother here to purchase his first vehicle. He had no credit and was working with a low down payment. Christy was very helpful and worked diligently to cater to our specific needs. My brother walked away with his very first car and we both are very pleased! I would recommend any new buyers to go here you wont regret it!

Christy was absolutely amazing through my entire car buying process and made it very easy for me. She one of those rare genuine people that you look for when buying a used car. My only complaint was the car was dirty on the inside prior to me buying the car and they said they detail all cars on purchase. However, after my $10,000 purchase they claimed to have it detailed but the same dirt was all over the dashboard as before and there were still crumbs on the seat. In the end, I loved my new car so I went home and cleaned it myself.

My car buying experience here was the absolute worst. I bought my car 3 months ago and I have had problems with it ever since. When purchased, there were no warning lights on because apparently they had them turned off because they all came on 2 days later. They gave me a fake key fob and it kept going out every 2 weeks which of course made the car not start so I had to purchase a real one. Joey was very unhelpful in the matter. He told me that they didn’t have the “real” key and that they only had a spare which they gave to me. Also, I never received a spare tire as I was promised. I usually do not give reviews but this was by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

In the market for a new vehicle I have been to other car dealerships and no other dealership was able to get me approved with my credit i call Mira auto sales spoke with Christy she told me to Go online to Mira website and do the online Credit application she called me back the same day said I was preapproved and that all I had todo was find a car that I liked I went online and found the perfect car for me a 2009 maximum I went to the dealership they hooked me up with a low down payment and got me a warranty on the car with Pro guard.....the car had a few problems but they fix it and I was able to pick it up and take it home the nexts day thanks Christy and everybody else at Mira auto sales

Ok, I want to thank Mira staff for the excellent customer service and making purchasing a vehicle feel very easy. Went there about close of day Saturday looked at inventory, was greeted by sales and not harrassed. Found 2 vehicles we liked and told them Monday we would be back with decision. Monday morning showed up, every thing went as planned and smooth, left with our new Totota Tundra. Thank you again. I went to Mira because I needed a car and didnt have the best of credit. I ended of dealing with Ben and I found the car that I wanted, which was a 2007 Cadillac SRX. When I went into the office, I was the only one there and I filled out the application. Ben then had other customers and he seemed to forget that I was there. I left a note on the application asking him to call me back when he had a free moment, which he never did. I ended up calling him and he got some additional information from me and said he would call me back in 30 minutes. Three hours passed and he didnt call me back. I finally called and he told me that he was forwarding my information to the bank. The bank called me and got some additional information and said that I was good to go and that Mira would be calling me back shortly. Again, hours passed and no one called me back. Finally, I called them back again and the guy on the other end said Ben was busy and would call me back. I told the voice on the other end that if Ben did not call me back then he could consider me a lost customer. Not to my surprise, no one returned my phone call. Considering that they are in the business of making money, they did not seem to want to do business with me or take my money. Their customer service skills are horrendous and I wish I had never wasted the 4 days trying to deal with them. Awful experience.

This time last year my son bought a truck from here, not even 15 miles down the road we heard something, stopped at a shop put on lift, fixed what we heard, and found out at that time the Catalytic converter was bad not only was it bad, but three days later found out that both converters and both resonators were bad. 1800 for the front and 1000 for the rear, this dealership said all was fine and would help, but they did not dealt with issues with this truck for months and months, now a year later still having issues with this truck, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. i am paying more to fix this truck that what we bought for could of had something brand new. Stay clear unless you want problems!!!

My husband purchased a 2007 infinity from this Mira Auto in mid November. There were issues with the car starting the first week of purchase. He took the car in and was told to come back to so they could fix it and he came back another day. Only to be told by the mechanic that he will call him when he is able to fix the car. Once they finally did call back to fix the car, my husband was out of town for work so the car just sat. Not too long after that, my husband was driving the car and it completely shut down. We were told to have it towed in. The mechanic stated that the car had a timing issue and other issues that was not the fault of my husband. Naturally, we thought that my husband could just get another car from Mira Auto and switch everything over or get the money back. WRONG!!! At this point Mira Auto is still not working with us to resolve this issue.

Crappy cars, high prices, not willing to budge on high prices. When I pointed out that the car smoked, they didnt seem surprised nor did they care to adjust the price. Theyll just wait for someone to come along who doesnt notice. Buyers should definitely do their homework and take the car to a mechanic before purchasing. They will sell you a lemon and not think twice.

1 star is way to many for these con artist,I bought car at 70,000 it started giving me trouble the week of purchase,had to replace the engine at 78,000 miles ive had 3 thermostats put on, it needs a power steering pump, new motor block, the transmission is going out, and the alternator is now gone, and im not even at 85,000 miles I called to talk to someone about being sold a lemon, and acted like they didnt even know what car I was talking about. I understand its a buy here pay here but Jesus Christ, they did nothing to even point me in the direction of a solution, I guess they didnt have to they already had my money, PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Buyer Beware! Stay Away From This Dealer! They are liars and rip people off by selling cars with major mechanical problems then refuse to repair! They do not respect women. Do not go alone if you are female or you will be subjected to advances including trying to come to your home to check & repair car problems that you WILL have. Do not buy from them without a full car inspection from a full mechanics shop. I was only given the option of 2 cars and dealer picked the best for me without my approval. I needed a car and was naive so I allowed it. Within 36 hours the SUV was experiencing severe issues that I reported. Ben Omar, did agree to repair vehicle as he continuously was asking me to dinner, comedy club, etc. He took the SUV to repair, I thought, but when it came back to me within 1/2 hour the front differential and both CV axles were so bad the SUV was unsafe and undrivable. They refused to fix. An expert mechanic has given me a statement that this type issue was present previously before I purchased vehicle. I tried to resolve with BBB and Mira lied stating that I test drove many cars and accused me of fake and false documents providing my address and refused to fix vehicle. How did I get financed with fake address documents? They had so little to dispute they had to come up with something I guess. They need to be shut down for fraud and everyone that has bought junk cars from them needs to file with the Attorney General so we can keep them from doing this to others. As you can see from their reviews they do this to many people. They give used car dealers a very bad name. I may have to repair my car but I feel justice will prevail and I wont stop until the truth about their bad business practices are known to the buying public.

Meh. They said theyd clean the car but it was incredibly dirty. Thought theyd put in a full tank of gas but nah. They didnt ensure that everything worked--cigarette lighter didnt work. Radio didnt work. I had to be the one to go & get it fixed & that took hours. Theyre paying to fix the radio, but thats gonna take another week. People who sell used cars need to do better. Annoying :( I knew that I wanted the car & was ready w/ the money. Why couldnt they be ready 😒😐 how are you gonna sell a car w/ a non-working radio? & tire pressure all messed up. Lordt. Why. I went to Mira auto sales and DID NOT have a good experience at all!!Im in the market for a decent used vehicle, so I visited Mira for the first time some time in may... I test drive 2 cars, ( NOT TO MY SATISFACTION!!!) and find out the details & the price etc.I speak to this guy named Joey, at first glance he seems like an ok guy ( typical sales guy), he tells me whats required, and so I told him Ill be back.I came back about 2 days ago, & test drive 1 vehicle I saw on line, ( AGAIN NOT TO MY SATISFACTION)... VERY DIRTY & UNKEPT!!!So I then go inside & ask to drive 1 more vehicle just to make sure of my final decision, and this JERK asks me ( VERY RUDELY) how many cars have I test drove?.... And then says Im wasting his time!!!Thats not how you do business!!Not professional!!I have to test drive the vehicles before I give MY MONEY IDIOT!I would stay FAR FROM THIS PLACE!YOU SEE JOEY, RUN AWAY FAST!HES A NON PROFESSIONAL TOOL!!!

Just brought an 07 Acura TL from Mira. Its been a wonderful experience from start to finish! All the staff was extremely helpful from Chirsti the finance manager to the owner Charlie! The breaks on the car were dried out the OWNER stuck to his word and got them replaced he even did the due diligence to do the work himself! WOW! Everyone here is extremely helpful and pleasant made my car buying experience one of the best Ive had...no pressure purchasing, reasonable prices and great cars! Thanks guys at MIRA!! I will be referring a few friends to this establishment. Overall experience 10 out of 10

Buyer beware, I understand they buy auction vehicles and resell them. But they should be able to recognize a flood vehicle and warn their potential clients even if it has not been reported as a flood vehicle. I almost bought a 2011 Burgandy Honda Pilot from them, I took it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, who brought me into the bay and showed me a water line in the engine compartment, below which had some mud/dirt, and mud and rust deposited in crevices.The sales man gave me a auto check report supposedly for this vehicle earlier which showed no damages and I will make it available if anyone buys this vehicle and has typical flood issues later.I have made MIRA aware of the issue the mechanic found, but that vehicle is still advertised as no issues reported. They asked why I thought the car was a flood vehicle I explained the waterline mark in the engine compartment, so it may be pressure washed by now.Buyer beware

I was sketchy at first never having dealt with a used car dealer before. I truly expected to be raked over the coals because of my bad credit, or flat out told that they couldnt help me. I found the opposite to be true. The finance lady bent over backwards to get me into a car that i could afford. After my test drive, and personal vehicle inspection, i found some issues with the car. The sales team also bent over backwards to fix any of the problems i found before i ever signed the paperwork. There are a few things still wrong with the car, but at my budget, i cant give that team anything but praise. If Im ever in the market for a used car again, i will definitely return!

BUYER BEWARE! These people are liars and theives. I purchased a 2006 Honda Accord from Mirror Auto. From day one I have had nothing but problems with the transmission on this car. I paid over $12,000 for this vehicle less than one year ago...Ive spent over $3000 on it and now I am being told by Honda Dealership that an additional $4000 worth of work is needed. To top it all off...I took it to Carmax in attempt to trade it and they appraised at a WHOPPING $2000. The owner was so arrogant and disrespectful and just like another reviewer stated very disrespectful toward women.

Mira Auto Sales is nothing more than frauds. I purchased a 2007 GMC Envoy from them and it broke down within two months of me buying it. Then I got hurt on the job and was unable to make 2 payments. Yes! 2 payments and the Envoy would have been paid off. Once speaking with them they assured me that I had until June 30, to pay the small amount owed. On June 10, they repossessed it and refused to accept any money from me. I contacted them again on June 11 and requested information to submit to my attorney via email. I called them also several times since then and they refused to accept my phone calls. Ive called several times and got this fax machine sounding noise during normal business hours.

Sold us a complete lemon. Within the first week the check engine light was on, before 30 days the rear wheel bearings had to be replaced along with the brake pads. The car is again really messed up. Its costing us more than its worth. Dont shop here!
