Its really hard to believe that they have good reviews. My husband and I have been calling for weeks. No one answers the phone. And the one time they did answer the lady got our contact info and was suppose to call us back. Havent heard from them since. That is not how you run a business. Just unacceptable. What business doesnt answer the phone?! ****UPDATE: after me making this review you guys responded stating that you have no record of me in your system. False. We recently purchased 2 garage doors from All About Garage Doors and could not be happier. The salesman was professional and informative. The installers were timely and professional. The doors and openers are amazing. Although 2021 has been an interesting year to build a house, All About Garage Doors did not disappoint.

I had a hole in one of my insulation panels in my garage door and it was an odd size that couldnt be fixed with the off the shelf do it yourself ones you can buy. Didnt have much to go on except a faded label on the side of my garage door. Jordan in their front office helped me track down exactly what I needed. Before I headed to pick it up Jordan called and let me know that the panel was a little faded and they didnt want to sell me a product that wasnt perfect. I was okay with the fade and they gave me a great deal on it. Excellent customer service!

Second Tom was very engaging and clear that he had dealt with customers in the past. All in all this could not have been a better experience.

I requested a quote for service on a Saturday. The response was immediate. I agreed to use them on Sunday and just requested they contact me to schedule for sometime in the week. They came on Sunday evening, at no extra charge, even though it wasn’t an emergency. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue very quickly. Excellent service. Excellent communication. We would highly recommend without hesitation.

I can highly recommend All About Garage Doors if you are looking to replace or repair your garage door. Everyone I worked with throughout the process, from the sales team to the installers, were awesome to deal with. I never felt like I was being pressured or over sold. The intallation crew was experienced, competent and very efficient and they cleaned up all debris and made sure there were no stray screws which could end up in one of my tires. Great experience. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family. They came out to fix my sensor and had it done in just a few minutes. The nice technician even helped me figure out how to reset the password for my garage door! The technicians are friendly and its clear they are experienced in the field.

Scheduled a garage installation in the morning between 8-12. By noon the technician had not showed so I called and they said he was on the way. By 2:00 pm no one had showed up and no one was answering the phone.EDIT: a different technician came out a week later and did a great job of installing the garage door. No complaints with the quality of work

Going builder look to a custom look makes a huge difference. They are well built and close so smoothly, you can barely hear them. They are well insulated. The exterior hinges complete the look and the window add light inside the garage. We highly recommend them for their great prices, quick turnaround time, professional work and superb customer service!! We couldnt be happier with the overall process and final work. The technician did a great job installing the garage door opener, but it would have been nice to have a phone call before 5pm, when the install window was 12-5pm. The job got done around 7pm and it would have been nice to plan for that.

One of my torsion springs broke at night, trapping my car in the garage. I called the office, which mentioned their office hours were 9a-5p, and left a message. I was called at 8:30a, and the repairman arrived around 9:15a. In addition to the repair, he checked the door and mechanism completely, performing basic routine maintenance. The service was prompt, comprehensive and professional; I couldnt ask for anything more!

Scheduled an appointment 5 days ago to have my garage door fixed I called them because they were the ones who installed it by the Builder. Took off work for the morning appointment from 8-12 by 11:50am I called to see what the ETA would be and she said they could be there between 1-5 which did not work for me since I had an additional appointment to go to and asked could they do 3-5 and they agreed. 5 minutes later I received a call from the service manager and he stated that it is outside the service area and the $85 trip charge would turn into a $120 trip charge. I’m stuck on the fact that when I called to schedule this appointment that was one of my first question considering the phone number came out of Wendell and I’m located in Sanford.I decided to cancel the appointment due to the fact that there was no pervious contact stating they were running behind and also the issue of being out of the service area and charging me an additional $35 should have been resolved before the day of the appointment costing me money and time by having to take off work.

I made an appointment online and they fixed my broken spring. The technician explained the benefits of replacing both springs instead of just the broken one, and did so without pressuring or pushing a sale on me. He also made some other minor adjustments on our garage door and now it is quieter than it was before the initial problem.

Would never get them to do anything for me i sat at my house all day they were supposed to be here at 10 I called at 10:30 and was told between 11 and 12 it is now after 4 oclock i have emailed them twice i have called twice only to get an answer machine . The installer showed up at 4:45 and stayed until 8. He came back Sunday to finish the door. I feel bad for him, he probably catches hell from customers who get treated the way I did. He was a really nice person and did a great job so I can only assume that its just poor management. A call would have gone a long way. Its a shame I had to waste a whole day

Have had All About Garage Doors perform rountine maintenance as well as 2 repairs over past 6+ years. Great technical staff as well as office personnel. All techs arrived on time, were courteous, friendly and willing to explain what work was to be performed. Cost was very good. Repairs have been as needed. No lingering issues that required repeat calls. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ROUTINE SERVICE AND REPAIRS!

Same day service, VERY fair price (and I priced around as I knew exactly what needed replacing). Dispatcher sent out William and he phoned when he was 30 mins out so I could break away from work. William was professional, worked efficiently, very knowledgeable, and had a super personality. Nobody likes spending their hard-earned money on home repairs, but this was the most pleasant experience I have had with any type of home repair company. All About Garage Doors came recommended by a coworker and I highly recommend them myself.

This company did an excellent job with my garage door install. I was concerned about having the door sealed from the top, sides and bottom because there were a few gaps in my existing door.They did what they said and all sides are sealed well. They had to replace the bottom seal on the new garage door with one that had more depth to fill gaps on the left & right sides due to the curvature in the garage floor.

These guys are scammers. They charged me 300 dollars to come fix my garage door in Fayetteville and they no showed. Have been contacting them for a week and they do not pick up. We notified credit card company and lucky for us we have filed a fraud report on them. Please email me if you want proof that this scam artist took my money and did not show up.

Terrible!!They are overpriced! Do your homework before using their services!Do not let them do any work without a quote.
